Wonderful selection of dresses! Staff was very friendly and my consultant was THE BEST AND SWEETEST person, and she made my experience very relaxing and fun!!! I was not rushed like other places I went to and felt cared for! If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!

This is not a plus size friendly store unfortunately. Even though they go up to plus size when you order, the samples they had to try on were so small I couldnt get into them. I only fit in to maybe 5 of the 10 or 12 dresses I wanted to try. I bought a dress and the next morning I changed my mind. I called the entire weekend with no answer. Their hours are very short and theyre closed Sunday and Monday. I had to go to the store Tuesday morning and by then it was too late to get my deposit back. My salesperson was very sweet but really clueless, and I pretty much just helped myself to dresses. The fitting rooms are small and stuffy. They did allow me to pick a different dress, but while I was calling with no answer and stressing, I made an appointment at Davids Bridal in Lubbock. Their selection was much better, they had every dress in my size to try on, and my salesperson was so helpful. I bough my dream dress at Davids Bridal and I couldnt be happier. If youre a small size and cant travel to another city, or are looking for a prom dress, I think this store would be a good option. But I really dont recommend it for brides.

The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They treated my whole party like family. Ten out of ten would recommend again!

Absolute Bridal did an amazing job with my wedding dress. They altered my dress to fit just right. I received so many compliments on my wedding day. After my weddibg I needed a j hook replaced and they fixed it free of charge. I would recommend this store for anyones special day.

I bought a wedding dress from another store and took it to Absolute Bridal for alterations. I am so in love with this dress now!! I came in to Absolute Bridal dead set on a specific dress that I had seen online but had never tried on. The bridal consultant suggested that I have some fun with my appointment and try on different styles and shapes just to make sure that dress was “The One”. Thank goodness she did, I ended up walking away with my dream dress that just so happened to be a completely different bridal gown that what I told them I wanted and was even a little cheaper!! It was so relieving to me that instead of just sending me on my way with the dress I had thought I wanted, she took the extra time to let me and my bridesmaids have some fun and get a true idea of what My dream dress was! These employees truly care about their brides and it is evident that they are not just there to make a sale. After purchasing my gown, it came in 3 months before my wedding and I immediately began working with the owner and head seamstress Tilly to make it perfect and unique for me. She was incredible and listened to every single one of my requests! She even offered to let me come in after hours to try it on for one of my out of town bridesmaids who was visiting! Absolute Bridal is the place to go for superb personal, customized, and professional bridal services. I brought in an aged wedding dress that belonged to my grandmother, and Chantilly delicately handled the lace while making the dress my own with a customized fitting that preserved the original style and aged cream color. She is an Artist of the highest trade, and I would recommend her, her skill, and her bridal store to any newly engaged bride-to-be. You wont be disappointed!

I love love love this place and was sooo happy I found and went to this place. First time ever being in a bridal store. I was on a crunch time due to a bad situation on my first original wedding dress. But I am at loss for words and more than happy I bought my new wedding dress here . They helped my mom and I get in right away literally 2 days after I called helped me find my dream dress and treated us so well. Felt pampered from the moment we walked in till we left . From buying off the floor to making my alterations appointment which I go soon and making arrangements cause I am from outta town I am over all pleased and grateful for this place and the staff.The whole champagne room experience was amazing just like you see on tv. Alterations were spot on, exactly as estimated and finished well within time, even after the date was moved up quite a bit. You will want this to be your first stop when bridal shopping, cause it will probably be your last.

The owner and her employees are so nice, friendly they greet everybody with a friendly smile I took some brand new blouses for alterations and when I got a call that they were ready I went to pick them up and when I tried them on they fit perfectly I was so satisfied with the alterations they did. If anybody needs any alterations done go to Absolute Bridal they will take care of all their customers n you will leave that store happy n very satisfied.

Called a day ahead, no available appointments, but squeezed us in as a walk in. didnt have to wait long at all, and although we were unscheduled and fitted in, our sales girl was amazing. she pulled dresses that we had in mind, actually made it hard to choose! we were treated with undivided attention, and super knowledgable. we chose the dress that same day! they offer love at first sight discounts, and since we purchased the floor model (which nearly fit perfectly) we got an extra discount. the store is lovely and the entire experience for our group was just wonderful. I would highly recommend going and looking at the prom, bridesmaid, suits etc store also, right next door!!!

We needed a specific bridesmaid dress from David’s Bridal. The closest one from where we live is 2 hours away. I walked in on a whim and asked if they could help us size my daughter to call in the dress and avoid the drive. They were so nice and helpful and when I offered to pay for their time they told us it was no problem even though it was not their dress. We will be back for prom needs!

You must make an appointment but even then you still dont get good service. They threw us in a room and told us to help ourselves. After a few minutes we were told to move so that way a another bride could have that area.

Went here for alterations - they do an amazing job!!! My dress couldnt have fit more perfectly, and they were so patient with me deciding how I wanted things! They do get busy, but thats because they are the best alterations shop for miles...the main hand sewer really knows her stuff and will work with you to get it how you want! Im afraid a few of these bad reviews are people who werent clear that they were upset, I could tell that the shop owner works hard to make things right and satisfy everyone! Shes the best!

I had a great experience here. I didn’t buy my dress here but brought it to them for alterations and they did a wonderful job. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable the whole time.

Just stopped by really quick to see what they had and the store was very cute!!! The ladies there were extremely helpful and nice. Even if I asked a question and they did not know they were willing to get me an answer. My wedding is not until next year but Im super glad I stopped by because they just made me so excited to start my journey in finding THE dress.

My daughter and I went here to shop for a prom dress. We arrived 15 minutes before closing because my daughter works until 5:30. Crystal was extremely nice to us and gave us her undivided attention even though it was close to closing time. She never made us feel rushed and helped us with the whole process. Excellent place to go for a unique designer dress!

They ordered me a size 10 dress when I am actually about a size 5/6 and then I had to pay a lot of money for alterations and when they did alter the dress they took huge parts of the dress out and didn’t even use the same color thread to sew it back up. I had a maroon dress and they used white thread that you could visibly see on the outside of the dress. It started out as a good experience but quickly turned into a not so good experience.

I absolutely loved the dresses. It was down to two at the end but everyone was so helpful. I said yes on the first time being there. They were so amazing. Im so thankful for everyone there!

I got engaged in August of 2016, and planned my wedding for September of 2017. I came into the shop in October of 2016 to start looking at dresses and the girls were absolutely phenomenal in helping me with sizes, colors and overall - getting them on. Not to mention I was a walk in and didnt have an appointment that day, the owner and head seamstress was busy with her own clients and appointments but still insured that i had a good experience and was helped to her best ability. I ended up purchasing my dress that day and when it came time for alterations the process was unbelievably a breeze, she made things so comfortable and like I was an actual person not just a number, she even HAND STITCHED with my dress on while I was there. An unbelievable talent and passion she has for what she does and I will recommend Absolute Bridal to anyone forever.

I bought my dress here a year before my wedding and loved this place so much! All the girls were so helpful and sweet and Tilly (the owner/head of alterations) molded my dress to fit my body perfectly. She literally made me put it on and HAND SEWED the parts of it she was unsatisfied with towards the end. I wouldnt have EVER even noticed the things she noticed. I couldve worn that dress everyday for the rest of my life...thats how beautiful I felt!

Wife leaving review here — Went to find my bridesmaids and flower girls there dresses, 2 dresses I was interested in they didn’t have the price in inventory yet, and the flower girl dress I was interested in they didn’t know the sizes it went up too. Left name and #, and was told I would receive phone call with all the info they were lacking. I have called back twice and still 2 weeks later, NO INFO! Will definitely not be having my bridesmaid put there money into this business.

One of the best bridal shops I have ever been too! The staff was amazing, very kind, generous, and knowledgeable. They gave us all the information we needed, they even provided drinks and snakes for no charge. I would defiantly come here again, the store is beautiful and very elegant; besides a beautiful shop the employees are what made our experience so awesome, and unforgettable. I definitely recommend shopping here for a wedding dress, assesories, alterations, or just to browse around and see your options.

They were 5 star in the beginning but now were a month from the wedding and my dress isnt in yet. They told me It would be in a month ago. Now its one month until my wedding and its still not here and alterations still need to be done. Not only that but I was told over the phone not to worry about anything because they have always gotten the dress done before the wedding. She said they have done alterations the day before the wedding before. Thats right. They have made a bride wait until THE DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING TO FINISH HER DRESS! Also they are taking NO responsibility whatsoever! I will never recommend this place to anyone ever.

My wedding is in December and when I went the lady who was helping me was awful. She did not measure me so how was I supposed to know what size I was. Also I wanted to try on different shapes of dress but I could not find any in my size. They did not have much of a selection to choose from either. I kept asking the lady that was helping us for prices on dresses and she didn’t know any of the prices. Do not come here if you don’t want someone who does not know what they are doing to help you. Glad I did not spend a penny here! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

In reading the response to Serena Scotts review; I am not surprised by an attempt to whitewash what actually happened concerning Serenas 1st time to shop alone. The facts are these: The oversized dress was taken in so much that the zipper was completely out of place. They attempted to deliver it anyway. When the zipper would not zip at all they actually let her walk out to me (her grandfather) to see if I could man it up. It was obvious that the zipper handle would probably pop loose if I persisted. I sent her back to the fitting room where they cut loose some of the shotty altering and got it where it work for one event. Lets face it. There is NO WAY anyone could have missed the off color thread. What I saw was a company that just wanted Serena gone so they could go to work on some other customer.The only REAL resolution would be to let her return the dress for a FULL REFUND. Other wise just accept the fact that you guys took full advantage of a naive young girl who was just wanting to shop for herself.The only thanks I see is this: Thanks for teaching Serena the age old law of retail; Caveat Emptor which means LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

Finding good places in midland is hard but this place was the absolute best!!!!!!! I didnt purchase my dress from them but i needed last minute alterations and Tilly went out of her way to help me with only a few days to get the job done. She even facetimed me when having issues with bustling the dress. I would highly recommend them. If i could go back in time, I would have purchased my dress from them knowing what i know now! Definitely reccomend them to anyone for dresses or seamstress work.

First, our consultant seemed like she had no idea of what she was doing and that shed rather be anywhere else. Because the final selection for the bridesmaid dress was $300, she said we could make payments, but didnt tell us that we would be charged an additional 20% to do so. Luckily, after a complaint to the owner, she did reverse that charge.Second and worst of all, I was ordered a size 14 dress when I am actually an 8-10. Now I have to pay $115 in alterations for a dress I already paid $300 for. Livid doesnt even begin to cover it!
