My cousin waited until the last minute to get her bridesmaids dress and we were stressed shed find something we loved for her. We stopped here and the service was fantastic! Within an hour we had a dress picked out and ordered. The service was so great Im sending the men in my family to get their suits there and taking my wedding dress to be altered.

I absolutely love this place. Vicky (the owner-operator) is so nice and a wonderful seamstress. Bought both my wedding dress and bridal shower dress here and will be returning soon for a Christmas party dress and any other special occasion dress I ever need.

I was actually extremely surprised to see such a low rating on her store. My experience with elegant touch was amazing. The owner is very kind and helpful. She does call you girl, but I thought it was endearing. I came in multiple times, and she remembered exactly who I was each time.The dress was GORGEOUS! It was perfect and extremely affordable, even though it looked like a very expensive dress.Her alterations were perfect and beautiful. My dress fits me like a glove. It is hemmed beautifully. She brought the dress down from a size 8 to a size 0 and you cant even tell it was altered.The only negative thing (could be considered negative) is the building is definitely old so it doesnt look like chain bridal stores. And (if you plan to keep you dress at your house or where your fiancé may see it) You will need to buy a black dress bag. She only supplies clear bags.

Let me juss say this lady is very unprofessional she never calls anyone by name she say HEY GIRL LOOK GIRL TRY THIS ON GIRL CAN YOU BELIEVE THE DRESS DIDNT FIT GIRL..... UGH I Do have a name HELLO. On top of the disrespect she was suppose to alter my bridesmaid dress yea that didnt happen!!What the hell did I pay extra for if your not going to do the job?!?! She said she has been sewing since she was 12 hahaha thats funny cause her work totally dont show it. Please if you want things done right or even have a white dress come back white I DO NOT recommend this lady for any of your needs.

I went in to order a dress Saturday March 8th, of which I made a deposit check for. I called her the following Thursday the 13th to make sure the dress was ordered since my check had already been cashed, the owner Vicky Carrasco, then told me she was glad I called because the company didnt have my dress size. Mind you, this was FIVE days after I had been in and THREE days after she had already cashed my check! So I went back to her store that Thursday to place a second order. She told me that she had to place the order the next day because the company she orders from was already closed. So I left there, only to find a dress at Dillards that following Sunday. I called her back early Monday morning so that she could put a halt on my order and asked if I could return the dress and possibly get a refund. She then said all sales were final and that the dress could arrive at any moment and that it was mine. NOTHING was done on her part to try and keep my business and in fact at one point when I was talking to her over the phone while I was expressing my grievance with this said policy she sat the phone down in the middle of our conversation to help someone in the store. She then picked up the phone and asked me if I was still talking?! While trying to resolve this matter, she hung up on me THREE times and said she had nothing to say to me. I have since contacted the Better Business Bureau and I am in the process of filing a police report. She has not contacted me since the afternoon of March 17th to correct this matter and she still had my $95! I will never do business with her again and I hope everyone thinks twice before going to her store. If you have to, get EVERYTHING in writing!!!! She is shady and has NO BUSINESS SENSE at all!
