Ive been trying to get a closet door ordered from them for 5 weeks. At 1st it was backorder, then it was they forgot about it. Reordered after 4 weeks and now they say the supplier is messing up. I dont care who is messing up I just needed the door. I will order some place else. Bottom line very unreliable about getting things ordered.

Do not buy hard wood for fine wood working from this place. I purchased some very expensive black walnut from here. I paid before I saw the stock. When I got it home the boards were all so bowed and warped I was unable to use any of it. In order to plane these boards flat there would be no thickness left to work with. I’m out $220 and extremely disappointed.

I wanted to replace some doors as part if a renovation. Odd sized doors. Quotes from lowes and home depot were about 1500. Builders and homeowners had me out the door with solid wood plus hardware for less than 500. High quality low price!
