Poor customer service. Youre better off buying through Amazon or Walmart.com if you need anything shipped.

Well I went their and they said I wanted to know the price for a flooring. They said if I was a contractor and I said no, and they said if I was working with a contractor and I said no. They said they can “only” give measurements to a contractor. Which I think it’s dumb, I just wanted to know the price for a pice of flooring. But I was just in shocked. I also noticed that as soon as I entered they didn’t come and greet us nothing. We had to go and tell. They were sitting down and did “not” make eye contact. I wouldn’t recommend it 👎🏽

Dont know if this is corporate or family owned but they have a very family owned type of feel. They have been great to us at C & S Floor Covering.
