Within my first week of living in Midland (which was last week), I knew I had to purchase steaks from Midland Meat Co. Some of the best beef I’ve ever eaten. I sous vide’d two of their Texas Strips for two hours to get a perfect 130 degree medium rare. Then I finished them off on the barbecue grill, searing them to excellence.The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I plan on stopping by weekly now because frankly I won’t buy beef anywhere else at this point.

Midland Meat Company is a top quality meat source for Midland. If you have not tried their beef you are missing out on an awesome experience. Their seafood is brought in fresh. Their number one priority in everything they do seems to be quality. The best family owned atmosphere you could walk in to.

Very nice and polite employees, they did not have what I was looking for so they dont hesitate to called there warehouse and 10 minutes later brought me the short ribs rack a wanted.

If you’re gonna cook a good steak, you gotta buy a good steak first. Midland Meat Co sells some great steaks. The staff are friendly and even laugh at my unfunny jokes.I recommend this place to everyone.Now if they’d just sell beers, because who can cook a steak without a beer??I think communists Do.

Excellent products, excellent service. This is a business I can truly stand behind! Their prices are competitive with big box brands, yet the quality of their meat is far superior. Im very impressed, and also relieved to find a source of meat I can feel good eating and feeding to my family without having to bulk order and freeze in large quantities.

The meat here is of excellent quality and tastes phenomenal. It was hard not to go back the next day and get more. My husband and I are from Houston, so weve had our fair share in good steaks over the years; however, these were some of the best steaks weve ever had.

Stopped by for the first time this week. Id always assumed theyd be much higher-priced than the supermarket, but apples-to-apples I no longer think thats the case. They had a great selection of perfectly-marbled steaks, and I also picked up some delicious jalapeño sausage (that had been packed that day) and short ribs. The staff was very helpful, pulling a tenderloin (my wifes cut of choice) from the back room when I did not find any in the case. And that extra service was with a smile, which is getting increasingly rare these days in Midland). Plus complimentary russets saved me a 2nd stop! Ill definitely be back before every steak night from now on.

The best meat in the area. I eat A LOT and I have been for the last 57 years (not counting the first year because I didnt have any teeth). From N. Carolina, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Indiana, Kansas etc. to Texas. Midland Meats is in my top 2 picks for steaks. My new grass-fed meat store ; -)

It would be hard to find better beef probably anywhere else in the world! They also carry other products from people who have high quality standards. The decor is perfect. If you can afford to shop here do it! Just plan ahead because their hours are a little ehh...hence the 4 stars.

Boy, let me tell you. Its best to walk in with a limited supply of cash in your pocket because everything in here is beautiful. The perfectests, bestest marbled steaks youll ever see. The price catches you off guard at first on some of the cuts but after you look closely it is on par because of the grade. I didnt ask but it all looks a minimum of USDA Prime but probably way beyond. Kobe, Wagyu... To summarise, one of their properly cooked beef Tender Loin / Fillet only requires a tiny dash of fresh pepper, very little salt (crack of Himalayan), a plate and a spoon. Home made sausage is also great and they carry other goods from outside vendors including Venison summer sausage. This is going to be a long and happy relationship. Im already hearing wedding bells.

Wonderful place to get quality hormone free all natural meat. Staff is very friendly and they give uou free baking potates when you pick up uour meat.
