Good service. I forget my receipt but the girl who took my order remembered me and still have me my balloons. They were low on ALOT of inventory. Plates forks spoons table cloths and stuff for someone turning 40.etc. Very disappointing

Went there to find kids some costumes they had nothing couldent find what was wanting so just settled with whatever and not even the rt sizes for the children so thats y i rate this place 1 star

Awful experience last Saturday. We put in a balloon order and was told it’d take 15-20 min.. and that’s ONLY because the girl asked another cashier what a good time frame was and her response was “idk maybe when I get to it” so our cashier decided she would do them. We went shopping somewhere else to knock out the errand. Came back and they had no idea what we were talking about as far as a pick up, thank god we told the girl we wanted our receipt because we definitely would’ve been screwed.

Loved it! Very festive! Not only can you find Halloween decorations. But. My sister-in-law and I found some of the stuff we needed for a baby shower. The stuff we found is what we were looking for! Just to clear!

Pricey and took and hr to get and a arrangement done out of a package ....but great things they had to make a party ...

You can find party supplies for wide range of occasions from graduation celebration, birthdays to baby showers. Halloween costumes are also available here. The staff is courteous and helpful.

I had to get supplies for a pinata and I was really impressed with them! Their website was simple, and the order was prepared quickly for curbside pickup. When I arrived, they had carts spaced out in front of the building with the phone number to call. A staff member brought my items out and put them in the basket, for a no-contact pickup. Thanks to whoever is running this place for the diligence!

The two young ladies were VERY busy aaand took care of my short notice wants & balloons faster than quoted. 😉

This place recently changed ownership and now it is much better. They had everything we needed for a kids birthday party. They have stuff for every type of party. Really hard to find items and good prices. Recommend checking this place out for your next party.

Store was stocked decent but was hot on 9/26/2020. Uncomfortable us and our 3 yr old to shop. Cashier was friendly

05/11/2019 I purchased $280.00 of balloons for a graduation party. I specifically asked for a 10 am pick up (they opened at 8:30 am) so the balloons would be done that morning and they would have a better chance of lasting for the entire party. My husband picked them up & returned home - half the order was missing the other half was halfway deflated and the rest was NOT what the website described. We immediately took them back & when we arrived they told us they filled them that morning. They wanted us to GO HOME & GET THE RECEIPT. When we pulled up the receipt on email- they proceeded to inform us they were out of stock of many of the big items I had ordered. They stated the website and their store did not have the same things in stock. I explained that the website show how many EACH store had in stock when I was ordering them. When I explained we spent over $1200 on decorations with the color combinations that went with THE BALLOONS WE HAD ALREADY PAID FOR- they acted as if they could care less!! They NEVER answer their phones- when I asked to speak with a manager- she came out smelling like WEED & Basically having the same attitude telling me the balloons were blown up that day & asking if I paid for the stronger helium to Last 24 hrs. Which I had. After this experience - I can honestly say - it was completely UNACCEPTABLE to be treated in this matter. As we were leaving- another customer stopped us and told us they ordered balloons for a bridal shower and they did not even last the entire shower. I will absolutely not order from them again.

Well, maybe the rating isnt fair, maybe getting charged almost $40 just to inflate 10 balloons is a normal price. It just shocked the hell out of me.

Its a nice place to get items for any holidays, I just wish they go easy on Halloween costumes but its understandable why theyre expensive.

We just filled the Ballons with the Ballon Time Helium filler that cost 40 bucks. The Ballons have only been filled for 2 hours and they are already LIMP. Also the same tank only filled about 15 small Ballons and 2 large ones. This is a rip off. Very Disappointed.

My entire balloon order was an ordeal even though I placed it well in advance. It’s a good thing I went to the store to confirm that it would be ready on time, otherwise it would have been lost. My concerns weren’t addressed by management, despite expressing them in a polite but candid fashion. One of the (two) cashiers didn’t know what time the store opened. Wait time in line for my last 3 transactions was 15-20 minutes, and I saw several customers walk in the store, see the line, and turn back around to leave. I saw customers in the check out line put down merchandise and leave the store in frustration. Overall I’d rather get a root canal and walk through a pile of broken legos while listening to Nickelback than endure the Midland Party City Experience again. I miss Wally’s.

They charge $1.29 to fill balloons...the balloons you buy there!!!!! HEB DOES IT FOR FREE WHEN YOU BUY THE BALLOONS THERE !the staff at HEB was super nice and helpful too.

Seriously the WORST customer service EVER!! The employees stand around talking at the counter, on my multiple trips there I have received so much attitude and sass from the ladies at the cashier box. If you get balloons and there’s only one cashier be prepared to wait because the cashier herself has to stop what she’s doing to do your balloons. Terrible set up! BRING BACK WALLYS!!!
