Absolutely will never use them for anything. They are subcontracted from my contractor and the owner never follows through. Has every excuse in the book. Promises he and his crew would be here to help his guy out. No worries. Does he show? NOPE! Won’t answer my calls or texts. And the number he posts is from the what’s app. I have his personal cell number and he still doesn’t answer or respond. His floor guy is great and I feel sorry for him. He’s not given the proper tools to complete the job and when he tries to get him to bring them, he doesn’t show. Joe is great! He’s the one sent to install my floors. Juan-the owner-stinks!

DO not do business with these people. They posted on West Texas Mancave, had an appointment, no one showed up, nor did they call to let u know they were running behind. Long story short agreed to get room done, installed next day, we paid cash, they only gave receipt copy, they were supposed to email invoice with warranty. Within a couple of days carpet shows rip. Tried contacting them, said they would send someone, no one showed up and not answering our calls. I have attached picture.

Not recommended! This company did work for my parents. Do you know what happens when you forget to put teflon tape on a shower head? Disaster! Water leaked down the inside of the wall, filled the shower liner under the tile, rotted out the wall, and causing black mold. Grout coming out of tile work. Carpet pad and carpet not staying down. Will not answer calls, will not return calls, and does not stand behind their work. Very sad a company does not take pride in what they do.

Dont do business with these people.They dont show up when they say they will.

They do a really good job. Kinda hard to get ahold of but being a small business owner in this economy I understand when you are busy you are busy

Awesome same day installation and the prize is great and they do beautiful job thats the right place to get your flooring from

Dont answer the phone and the only time they did they told me to go to the store and when I went it was closed... unprofessional
