Jimmy L pathetic customer service rep told me he couldnt take this game because it had and minor scratch at the top claimed that were all the game data is. I guess he also smokes crack in his free time. Game works flawlessly will never come back.

First of all, I want to open this review with a positive note. The two gentleman at the front were very kind, polite and eager to help me. However my experience heads south from there. I went in today to trade in two PS5 controllers, which I saw on their website had a 30 dollar trade in value for store credit without a pro-membership. So I should have expected to walk out with at least 60$ in store credit. Of course being salesmen, they offered me to renew my membership subscription fee. I countered with I am only interested in getting the most net gain out of this trade in as I was looking to buy a PlayStation card to load the trade in money on. The last time my membership was used was 3 years ago, so to me that was a waste of money. I was assured however I would receive more even when paying the subscription. That however did not happen. I received $50.11 and not the $60 I was expecting to get today. I am sure bad intentions werent the case for this, but maybe some pressure to push the subscription plans on customers. I am not too upset as it only cost me $9.89 from a net gain, but this was still a lower than great experience . Also, for those who will say something like Well why didnt you turn down the subscription?. Remember, I was assured I would gain more from paying for the subscription and I wasnt looking or asking for a subscription, it was pushed on me.

Had a lot to chose from and also had great prices. I found a copy of Farcry 5 for 29$ everywhere else it was still 50-60 $ and it is in brand new condition for ps4.

Awesome! Grabbed a ps4 for $200 with 3 games. Shawn in Bay City was amazing when helping me on the phone. Ended up going to Midland because I thought thats who I called in the first place but they were just as accommodating. Both stores are so helpful and polite! With 2 boys I will definitely be back!

Great place to pick up used games, consoles or controllers. Never had an issue with anything used from here. Also a good place to just check out new or old games. The employees all know their stuff and you can ask them just about anything gaming related

The store manager is always friendly and they often have some collectibles in store that other local GameStop shops dont always seem to carry.

Anthony the store manager is always a pleasure to work with. We got an extended warranty on our switch and it stopped charging, just went right in and swapped it out for a new one. No hassle.

After calling and dealing with 10 other gamestop that just seemed annoyed with my questions I finally was able to get some help through the midland store. I was pleasantly surprised with how wonderful Amy treated me and helped by not only calling other stores for me, but calling me back personally 10min later to inform me She was able to get the product I needed. I will now be traveling the extra 20min to visit the midland store thanks to the fantastic customer service!!!!

Very small and cramped. The suite itself is too small and because they have added merchandise on shelves in between the games, it is really hard to navigate around people if the store is even slightly busy. From my experiences, the staff was usually very uninterested in being there and it showed, often having full conversations while I was waiting for assistance. Unless you are looking for a fairly hard-to-find game, save yourself the stress (and money) and go to Walmart.

One of my only reasons for going to the Midland Mall I allways get greated with a happy face and the people that work there are all ways willing to help you if its for a trade information about a new or used game or that new game thats right around that corner. love going to this store.

Although the store is of relative small size I enjoy visiting often. Just about every time Im in the mall Ill stop in. The employees are super helpful and friendly and always create a positive experience.

My heroes, the third GameStop store was the charm. Saginaw store sold mine, so Midland store saved the day. Thanks...little extra gas money, but worth a mini SNES.

I used to enjoy shopping here. Nowadays, this place is nothing more than uncomfortable. This location and the managers/supervisors who work here easily fall into the stereotypical Gamestop criticism you hear about on YouTube. The current manager is very stuck-up, overbearing, and unfriendly (even though he swears and pretends he is friendly). Ive seen him berate his trainees right in front of me, so this manager is also unforgiving towards his coworkers who make even the smallest mistakes. He also tries to bully you into renewing your Powerup rewards membership even when you dont want to (and you have a RIGHT to not renew if you dont want to), making it seem like you have to renew or else youre a bad person or maybe hell come after you or something (lol). Recently, I stopped in one last time for a good deal and to see if the atmosphere changed. Nope. He asked me, Howve you been? Havent seen you for a minute. A minute? Dont you mean a while? If that was supposed to be funny, I didnt laugh, and nobody else would either. Also, this store is one of the places that stores all the new copies of video games in a drawer WITHOUT the shrink wrap. I asked why the new copies are like that. He said, Because these new copies would grow legs. Im assuming thats some sort of dated, unfunny cliche? I later found out it would be more likely to be stolen is what he mustve meant. But why is the wrap STILL taken off even though it is put in a locked drawer? There is no logic with this company. All in all, Im glad to be done with this place. Dont be fooled by this store managers charming appeal. If Gamestop continues its practices the way it supposedly is with such cocky, unlikeable leaders, people wont be supporting it much longer.

Absolutely a joke. Got lied to multiple times since Wednesday. Got a call and told I had between 9 and 10 to pick something up because I was on a list well got lied to went to get it at 915 and got told they sold out. What is the point of getting on a list just to have them sell it on you. Bunch of bullshit!

Meh. Nice folks but Ive had my pre-orders sold before I could pick them up, and they sometimes sell opened games as new. Thats not new, guys!
