I got scammed one of the other game stops but ever since Ive been coming to this one theyre straight-up great staff helps me every single time I would give them 10 stars but I only can give them five

The Midland, Briarwood St GameStop has very experienced employees who were very informative, respectful, and very helpful to every question we asked. Store looked very clean, organized, and easy to find what we needed. I recommend this store to everyone. You want answers on gaming, just ask them and the employees are very knowledgable especially the Manager who is very kind, and does everything to make your visit the best.

If you dont do it with them online there is no real reason to go to the actual store cause they wont have it or they xant help yoi with anything.

Pick the game. Paid for the game. Drove home with the game. Then went inside my house to play the game. The Circle of my life. (The Lion King movie must be playing somewhere. )

The staff are why Im giving four stars instead of three. The staff have been great here lately but the prices on used games and consoles are crazy high. They will rip you off on game trade ins too. Sell old games on Facebook.

Manager Rikko is the most reliable source for any game info! Very nice and the store is always good at finding the right system and games for what you enjoy!

If you dont count shopping online it has the greatest selection of games...bc its literally a game store

Selection was great. They could use some more help over there though. There was only one person there early afternoon and the line at the register was 6 or 7 deep. Tough to get help in an oilfield town is what I suspect the issue is.

Absolutely love GameStop. They know me by name, as well as by my preferred gaming system, so they always let me know about new releases or upcoming games. They also know that were a house divided (by gaming systems), so they keep us updated on our systems, updates, DC, and everything else we need. They even allow us to ship directly to our house, which is handy when you live 2+ hours away! In the past, they have even allowed us to call in an order and let family members pick up for us, which is a huge help when were not expecting to be in town for a while. We always make a point to stop in when were in town, even just to say hi and get updates.

Our last visit was great. Me and my wife had a few questions about the new Nintendo switch. The employees answer all of your questions and had good suggestions on games for the console. The wher bother very friendly and efficient at there job.

I like the place, nice environment to buy games but they would not let me purchase an m rated game, borderlands 3, even though Ive played the others in the series and Im almost 17. Disappointed but its not really a big problem, would still continue shopping there.

The location doesn’t open until noon. They won’t do store credit on returns unless you have a receipt or the associate that sold you the product is there and can verify the product came from that specific GameStop. That policy doesn’t really make any sense. Will not be shopping here again.

They had a few things on sale but staff wasnt helpfull at all

It’s really difficult to shop at this location, mainly because of some of the employees. There’s always an issue, wether it’s having to deal with their rude attitude or they’re always “holding” something for another customer. Management should really step up the way they train on customer service. Customer shouldn’t have to feel bad, because of how the employees act.

Love gamestop my number one go to too buy games all the time they never displease me and inform me on up coming games and stuff. Also my go to place in case I forgot a friend birthday or need a quick geek gamer gift.

Been a loyal GameStop customer for a very long time, worst location there is a couple of good people. But there is a few ones that surprise me every time, no manners they can’t even look at you when you purchase an item, ask if you need anything else. And every time I ask for online game services like Xbox live they always ignore it, give me my receipt can’t even say oh thanks for shopping here.

The people that work here are great, really patience with my son. Highly recommend :)

We ordered a VR system from Best Buy, it was supposed to be ready for pickup today...It wasnt. We canceled our whole order (right at $500). I looked online and Gamestop said they had them available for pickup. Put one on hold and drove over. Sure enough, they had one, plus all the games we had picked out and returned at Best Buy (Worst Buy). Super happy with our purchase and the customer service we received!!! THANKS GAMESTOP!!!

Ive been shopping here for 6 years and every time when i go there to reserve a new time to there an issue but ive never expressed it...this time i am...i reserved mortal kombat the 100 dollar and was told i would get a scorpion mask along with it...i get a call today telling me that the game had a 9clock release i said cool does it still come with the and to my disappointment it doesnt...but initially i was told it would...all im asking is why every time when i go reserve a game why do the salesman lie to make a sale...ITS ONLY A VIDEO GAME its not that big of a deal smh

Sadly lacking in switch games, the are almost always out of bestsellers and trending games the service is not very friendly, and seems unhappy. There are a few upbeat people there, and it sometimes feels shady to me.

Havent had a bad experience at this location, and its great that the staff at this one know about video games. Also had a sales associate help me out in order to buy Bloodborne because I was .73 cents short

Plan on waiting at least 40 minutes per visit. One dude up front, 2 in the back, and a line halfway around the store.

Horrible customer service, the products they sale quit working within about 2 months. I bought 4 controllers within 2 months because they all quit working and they do not honor the warranty. I will never shop here again
