Incredible experience with both Miranda and Jose. Had an emergency and they took it with a smile. They didn’t make me feel like an Inconvenience and still filled everyone orders they already had scheduled.Wouldn’t use anyone else in Midland for printing

I went several places looking for printer cartridges. When getting to your store you were out also. I was approached by an employee and asked if he could assist me. He said they had just received a truck and he would see if he received any. He found the one I needed. Office Depot is my go to place for office supplies from now on.

I bought a laptop that turned out to be a display model. I called and they said they would be happy to replace it with a new one. Betty helped me out and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to make it right. Her acts of kindness towards me gave me hope in these uncertain times. Office depot has a great employee in Betty. Thanks again!

I arrived 30 minutes before closing and had a small print job. Staff took care of me promptly & with courtesy. The closing manager helped with an issue and was pleasant to work with. Great people, Great store.

Drive from Carlsbad to buy a computer, ask it be set aside with my name on it. No one at the store knew anything about it, even though after 45 minutes, it was on the counter with my name on it, 3 ft from where I talked with 2 store members. Didnt buy it went to Best Buy, bought same computer in 10 minutes.

The store itself is just fine, but the quality of the photo department is lacking! Online, my photos I ordered that morning were due to be available by 5pm. I didnt receive the text but stopped by after 5 and they just processed my order right then. I took the bag home and to my dismay, the photos are printed on subpar photo paper! As though I had printed them at home with a home printer! Though I think my photo paper is better quality than these! The edges are also peeling from the paper cutter. I finally did receive a text that my photos were ready after 6pm. I do not recommend Office Depot for your photos. Especially if you want nice photos.

I am a teacher and it was AMAZING to go in and get what I needed and be helped so professionally! I always complain about the customer service in Midland, but Josephine here did an incredible job. I will no longer be shopping at Staples. Definitely recommend this Office Depot.

Arrived on Sunday before closing and before truck shipment could be stocked to shelves, Monday morning is a better time to shop after stock has been replenished on the shelves. The printer ink I need was completely sold out but the cases were buried somewhere among all the pallets in the back room and they had just arrived.

Worthless print department, unable to multitask and seem genuinely unconcerned with customer service. First and last time they will see me!

Very rude both employees working print desk. Actually started talking about how much they hate people and we’re gossiping. Won’t go back ever again . Went to ups and they were very nice !

Terrible customer service. Waited for over a half hour at printer service. When asked how much longer it would be I was told I was next in line. She was waiting for the person in front of me to fill out a paper and email it. So while she “waited,” she chatted with coworkers and fiddled around. Not sure why multi tasking isn’t possible? Surely my service could have been stared while waiting for an email to come through? Especially over lunch hour when people are in a rush. Have had poor service here in the past. This one put me over the edge. Left without my service. Won’t be returning.

The laziest, most unknowable people I have ever met. I think they are on isle 9 but dont want to say that and it not be right . Unbelievable. Also nothing I need for my office is in stock. Great place to find pens pencils and paper though.

I watched an awesome sales associate help another customer find their product, he went as far as checking the back to ensure she had everything she needed. Later as we stood in line, he noticed that the line was getting longer and jumped on the register to help check her out. Unfortunately she had a better experience than I. Despite being in the store for over 30 minutes, not a single sales associate approached me or even made eye contact. I attempted to get their attention twice, one was busy training a new associate and the other was helping another customer. They all seemed quite busy considering there were only six customers in the building. I left without out purchasing everything I needed and went across the highway to Best Buy to finish my shopping.

Great service! Took my laptop in and was given good & fair options. I was there for a bit and I was able to see management interact with employees; direction was kind and respectful.

Useless staff

Just left this store. Wont be back. Very rude employee told me not to get hostile, that she didnt need that because she is in her 3rd trimester. I never raised my voice and was not ugly. Asked her how long what she was doing was going to take because I was in a time crunch to get to my next job. They just lost a customer that has spent a lot of money lately.

Wish they had a better in store selection.

The entire staff is wonderful. I would give them five stars but they dont carry quite as much as Best Buy but then theyre a different kind of electronics dealers I give them 4.9 Stars!

I had a good review of this place until dealing with the Manager. Other than assisting you in finding products around the store, he will go no further. With stacks and stacks of NCR paper for tickets and invoices and such, he was unwilling to even let my buy ONE sheet. Not even willing to even attempt to get approval from anyone higher. Just lost all my business.

Made us copies of full size blueprints. They adjusted the color and made us a great copy quickly and with a smile and for a great price

I drove over from Ft Stockton a 2 hour drive... I had a banner made and was hopeful they could look at my computer while I was there. Brain spent time on my computer figuring out what I needed. He was so informative. I was clueless of the type of protection I needed and he spent time educating me on the appropriate protection I needed. I could tell this young man wanted to help the customer instead of having me buy unnecessary software. I really appreciate the time and concern he gave. I will always go to this guy for any technician problems I might have

I have been spent 5hr to get a business card, they dont care about customers, print and copy department is really slow, seems to me that they dont want to work.they need new personnel that want to work

Saved $30 on wifi extender w/amazon price match. Customer service was excellent. Helped me pick the right one for my home.

We are currently moving offices & so I ran to home depot to get supplies..$242 later I walked out with a basket more than overflowing & was struggling to get it all to the car. Danny ran over and asked his friend Dan to help me. They unloaded the basket into my car and were so helpful. They told me that they work for Home Depot but were just coming in. In this day & age where customer service is all but non-existent these two heros saved the day!I just wanted to let you know what an asset these two young men are to your team!

Office Depot is a great place to find hard to find office supplies and now have a friendly staff......................but: DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER IN FOR REPAIRS THERE!My computer was running slow and not staying on so I took it in. Before taking it in I noticed that it was very dusty so I blew the dust off it first. When they plugged it in it ran fine but I let them go ahead and do the diagnostic anyway. $169.00 later they said they took some spyware off of it and that it should run fine now.WELL, they also destroyed my acrobat reader, my quick books, and print capabilities on my tax programs. I started getting pop-ups constantly and virus messages. I spent a day on the phone with intuit trying to fix my tax programs. I had to download a new QuickBooks but thankfully I had been having them back up online. I didnt want to take it back to Office Depot as I figured theyd mess it up again. So, I got a computer repairman here and got it all fixed - to the tune of $300.00.I know I cannot get a refund from Office Depot - so Ill live with it, but dont want anyone else to ever have these problems.

They had what we needed and we were able to get help from the staff when we asked. Very satisfied.

Joe was a BIG help and VERY patient He helped me print and save a document to a flash drive.

I had bought the wrong printer ink and opened the boxes. Steve worked with me and let me trade out the ink I had bought for the ink that I needed. Saved our company at least a hundred bucks.
