Go above and beyond to help... when I first visited Midland years ago and my laptop ceased to function they fit me in immediately and solved the problem. They so impressed me with their kindness, knowledge and incredibly good rates, that I remembered them 4 years later when I moved here. Once again they have saved the day when my laptop crashed. They are the best I have ever seen. (And I have been to many shops over the years)

Fixed the problem.

I was extremely nervous to get new computers for our business, as we have a complicated system. Our old computers were outdated and we knew transferring over the data may be difficult. The Samsa Techs did a great job on the install and had no issues transferring everything over, and were very attentive making sure our entire system was up and running before they left for the day, even though it was after hours. I will do everything through them from now on.
