Highly Recommend this place! They are very knowledgeable and both the Dr and Receptionist were polite, caring and made me feel comfortable the minute I walked in. I had pain on a weekend and they were able to get me in right away, calm my fears and get me taken care of. Dr Rose was very thorough in explaining what she was doing and why. I will recommend her and this office to everyone I know. Thank you for the great service!

I needed a hearing test and hearing aids at age 50. The staff is so warm and friendly, they made me feel great about this choice as a “younger” customer. The test was easy. They were forthcoming with the results and didn’t pressure me to buy. They had loaners for me to try before buying. They’ve been extremely attentive with follow up care and providing needed supplies for my custom hearing aids. Fit and comfort are a priority. Would 100% recommend Allied to friends.

I had contact with pleasant, patient, and kind people who gave me all the information I needed. Then, they fixed my hearing aid for a reasonable price, and gave me back my well-fixed and cleaned hearing aid. The young woman who took my hearing aid was always smiling. I know that because her eyes were smiling above her face mask. :)

I highly recommend going here for any hearing needs. The doctor was very nice and informed me of my hearing problems and how to make it better. There is also handicapped parking and is wheelchair accessible.

After a negative experience with an audiologist I had been working with for more than ten years, a friend highly recommended Dr. Kern to me. I was just making my big transition to Bluetooth technology, and found Dr. Kern very patient, giving me all the time needed to clarify or discuss any issues. The testing carried out was very much more comprehensive than what I had experience at my previous audiologist. The staff was courteous and thoughtful. I could go on and on, but I won’t bore you with further accolades. Give Allied Hearing a chance. You won’t be disappointed!

I am having a problem understanding people when they talk. They did extensive testing and made adjustment that appear to be working. I am trying out the adjustments out and will determine if additional adjustments are needed . Great service easy to work with and always strive to make sure you are satified.

I enjoy the doctor and his staff, so friendly. My hearing aides were cleaned and returned to me promptly. I recommend Allied Hearing if you are looking for a new pair of ears.

They wanted $850 to adjust the tone on my hearing aids. Its a crying shame that the hearing industry rips people off.I would not recommend them.
