I love my hearing aids and being able to hear and being able to have conversations without asking to repeat or talk loudly is amazing. Best decision I made is coming to miracle ear!

Laura is a wonderful person. Very efficient & knows what she’s doing. They helped my brother get hearing aides through their foundation. He is hearing so good now. Also I got my hearing aides from Laura’s location & have been very pleased. If you need hearing aides I would advise you to go see Laura & Destiny.

Simply getting my husband to agree to a hearing test was a chore but I never would have believedhe’d be wearing his hearing aides without a fight. We were greeted at the door for his appointment andI could see that Tim felt comfortable, almost instantly, when we met Laura DeLeon. Laura explainedeverything so patiently, yet not in an elementary manner. We both had no idea what a comprehensivehearing evaluation entailed but Laura certainly walked Tim through each step and if she didn’t get a clearreading, she repeated the entire section. Until Tim’s hearing eval with Miracle Ear Hearing aides, he wasresigned to a life without hearing our pets dash through the house or complete conversations with me.However, since meeting Laura, his life (and mine) will be forever changed because he can now hear many of the tones and pitches he didn’t realize he was missing. In my opinion, Miracle Ear has quite a gem in LauraDeLeon.

I called Miracle Ear because I was concern that I might not be hearing as well as I had now that I am getting older.I was having trouble hearing my family and in restaurants. I saw their add on TV and was able to make an appointment the very next day. Laura and Destiny made me comfortable about my concerns and gave me helpful information about my hearing loss. My hearing test and initial fitting of hearing aids were professionally conducted, and quite interesting. During the 30-day trial period that followed, Laura and/or Ruby and Destiny patiently answered my questions and made me feel right at home. I came to realize that their primary motivation was not to merely sell hearing aids, but was to leave no stone un-turned in solving the customers hearing problems (whether real or imagined). (BEWARE) went in to get newer hearing aids after all the tests. He has the new hearing aid in his ear .. they told him he needed the over the ear .OK.... then they (ALLEDGEDLY)claimed they called both our insurance companies 2 times..they do not cover your hearing aids they claim !!!!!and he had the newer hearing aids on so he heard what they said !!!!!! Your price will be $9000.00 hmmmm ok let me think about it . Today called insurance company they pay 80% ok everyone this is (alledgedly)deceptive at the least please call insurance company before you go to any Practice like this or for any medical ..(allegedly) this is called deceptive....VERY SCAREY !!!!! TO NOW KNOW THAT WE COULD HAVE LOST THIS MUCH MONEY!!! IF WE WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN PROACTIVE IN OUR CARE....
