The entire experience was pleasant, from the initial phone call all the way through the arrival of the technician and subsequent repair. Their technician was very polite, professional, neat, courteous, and appeared to be highly skilled. I feel like he had my best interest in mind. They were quick to arrive, and a slew of spare parts available on the service truck. That reduced the likelihood of having to come back. I would 10/10 recommend them, and would use them again without thinking twice! The technicians name was Erazmo, and I would gladly welcome him back any time. We were very impressed with the professionalism of both the office staff and technician ! Not only did he fix thermostat and install our new ones; he found a part that was not properly connected (from a different company) and fixed that and explained what he was doing and why!We will definitely be using them from now on!

This is the best company Ive ever used. I had an emergency with my air conditioner breaking suddenly. Having a disabled child in the extreme heat was absolutely distressing. I called and they sent Edgar out to our home very quickly. He was very caring, proffesional, and honest. He explained everything, gave us our options and was up front about cost and everything that the repairs entailed.He went above and beyond in making sure everything was in good working order and caught future potential issues that he fixed easily that would have cost us much much more if left as was. I called for a quote on a new HVAC system and Oneway Heating and air conditioning responded promptly. Julio came out and walked thru my present sustem and told me what work neede to be done. He listened to my request for quotes on different models of system. They were prompt with a quote. I chose to use oneway. They arrived to install the system as scheduled.Julio, Edgar and Isaac worked tirelessly removing old system and beginning the new installation. They installed a new duct thru the ceiling and were very careful with sheetrock and also took extra care to protect floor and keep house clean. Very Disappointing Experience. After waiting a week with no a/c in 95 degree heat for them to have a unit shipped in, they sent out a damaged unit and then did not honor their offer. We now have a “new” unit that we paid full price for that has replacement parts and does not have the manufactures label or serial number on the unit. The whole process was a circus and completely not worth the headache. Only positive was installer was nice.Highly recommend using another company that cares about their customers a little more and takes care of business much better.

Our tech was extremely professional and encourage us to research our options, he called the unit manufacture to make sure our unit was under warranty. Our unit was sporadically shutting off, we explained this to our tech, he offered to follow up the next day and to have us call him as soon as it stopped working. When the unit shut off, we called and he walked us through how to temporarily reset the thermostat and scheduled the following business day.Even when my HVAC was fixed, he followed up. We would recommend to ask for Lennin when calling ONEWAY. :)

These guys are the real deal. Out of all the companies I have tried, these guys are hands down, the best. Their prices are extremely fair as well. I’ve had issues with my unit before and all anyone would ever suggest was to replace my unit and purchase a new one from them. Not these guys. Very professional. We had problems with the AC & Heating in our front room from the time that we moved into our brand new home over 2 years ago. Our builder used another company here in Midland that did a bum job so our front room was always hot in the summer and cold in the winter. We called One Way and Toby Melendez came out to see what the problem was. He could see right off what the problem was, and gave us a very fair estimate on how much it would cost. Now, months later, its winter and the front room is like a meat locker so we call One Way again. Toby came out with Ruben and totally fixed the problem. Our room is now comfortable and nice. After me and my husband went through a mobile home company and dealt with so many frustrations along the way, we were told that our newly bought newly built repo central AC was burnt out and with other issues, and had to pay an extra $2K for a new one on top of delivery/service delays (weeks, which is impossible is west tx). we finally got this guy from ONEWAY come take a look at it and explained that there wasnt anything wrong with the AC and the guys before didnt know what they were doing. after 30 minutes our AC was finally on and we only paid $450!10/10 would recommend this company

Didn’t flush out lines and ruined my ceiling with water spill. Refused to fix it even though they admitted fault. Owner was supposed to call me and honor their mistake but that never happened. Better off paying a more reputable Company like boseworth who came out and cleaned up their mistake. I lost out on a thousand dollar deductible to them. Just trying to save the next person.

We got our unit checked since we were not getting any heat and only the Aux. heat was functioning. Lennin came out and checked the outside unit and gave us quotes and said the compressor was found grounded and would need to be replaced, flush the system and refill it and that would cost us over $4,000.00 something and that would only be covered with a 1 year warranty, so he goes on to say we might as well get a whole new system that would cost us over $6,000.00 and would be covered for 10 years. SUB TEMP AC AND HEATING came out and found that the problem was a bad wire harness on compressor and replaced it. Now our AC/Heating unit works fine. Total cost was a little under $600.00. If you get paid commission I could see why he would tell us that we need a whole new system instead of fixing the actual problem. Im glad we got a second opinion or else we would of spent a lot of money when we didnt need to.

I needed my heater fixed because it was not working and I found ONEWAY heating and air conditioning online. When I called to see about getting a technician I was greeted by a friendly and helpful woman. Julio my hvac tech came out quickly and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. I initially thought I was going to pay a substantial amount to get my heater working, however Julio discovered it was a simple fix and he made the repair quickly. My heater is working great now and the price was very reasonable! I recommend ONEWAY if your heater/air conditioner needs repairs.

I sat in a mini-split system on my house that I was converting from an evaporative cooler. I needed someone to braze the copper, vacuum the system, and charge it with freon. Julio and Julio Jr. came out on a Saturday and were done in about an hour and a half. They were very respectful, did great work, and have competitive pricing. Highly recommend, great to work with and easy to talk to.

A year ago, I used Google ratings to find AC Servicing. One-Way was rated high and they got my business. Erasmo Talamantes was professional, courteous, informative and patient with my questions. He made some recommendations to extend the life of my compressor. I was impressed enough to ask for his card for future HVAC needs. Two days ago, in the heat of the day, the A/C shut down. Compressor was still running, but blower stopped. My spouse had a close personal friend recommend a different company, so I called them first. The technician diagnosed and found the blower motor bearings were bad, however the repair price was too high in my opinion. I had a window unit to make the house bearable and called One Way. This time Emily gave me a quote over the phone and it was reasonable, so I wanted to schedule. She put me on the days work list and said theyd notify me 15 minutes prior, then asked me to hold, came back on and said one of the Techs was available if I was ready - Lennin Ortiz was my tech this time. He verified the diagnosis, effected the repair and performed a once over of the rest of the system, advising recommended future preventive maintenace. Got his card too. One-Way will be my first call next time.

Alonzo and his boys did a great job! Came out on a holiday afternoon, with temperatures well over 100 and got my family back in the house that day. They will be my go to for any heating and ac needs.
