I went into western beverage today and I said hello, no one greeted back, the cashier Veronica was busy with a customer. I asked where a product was and the guy Kevin pointed somewhere, he was very unfriendly, I usually don’t speak on prejudices but the guy that pointed seen me standing at the counter while Veronica was searching for something under the counter, and did not wait on me, when a white woman entered she was greeted by both cashiers. I really felt awkward going and leaving this location. Sadly I will never return.

The staff are sometimes friendly and sometimes they arent. The last time I was there, there was an older lady working on the register, and she was clearly a new hire. The manager was so incredibly RUDE to the new lady that I was boiling mad when I left. I wanted so badly to say something to her but didnt. Now I know why I see different faces every time I stop in. A good manager builds a great team. Bad managers just keep hiring. Sad!

The cashier was rude, didnt help at all, I asked what she would think would pair well with strawberries and she just pointed me to the strawberry vodka like it was a dumb question. I know people are tired at the end of their shift but we all are. I had just ended my 7hr one but I wasnt rude to her. I dont think Ill be coming back to this wb any time soon.
