After looking for a home in many different places in Midland and Odessa, and not being successful, I went to A1 Homes where Briseth helped me by listening to what I wanted and my budget and finally helped me find my home. She was a great listener, the whole process was smooth and easy, and I was able to get my home within 2 weeks. If you need a home, I strongly recommend you to talk to Briseth.

Do not recommend! all they want is to take your money and once they have it they will not do the necessary repairs to the home. We have been waiting since the beginning of the year for them to come and fixed many details that needed to be fixed in our new home but they just keep saying they will come week after week and no one ever shows up to fix them.

Yes, your lending company may be the one calling the final shots but it is also based on your companys policy in which you have set forth to operate your business on. As well as when a person walks through the door and see proof of what Im saying. Playing dumbfound with me in reference to my review is your choice but the fact remains Im entitled to my opinion just as any other citizen of this great country. #Fact instead of you asking how can you further assist me or explain to me your companys procedures youd rather resort to an undercover sarcastic remark. I was lie to by. Salesman do not buy anything from them. They were rude and didnt do what they said. They took my credit card # over the phone then after 4 hr I called them and they said I had to come and do it face to face John salesman said he left me a. Voicemail funny thing is that its not set up. And no one can leave a Voicemail he never called me back. But lied straight to me. They really did me wrong. Never do anything much less BUSINESS with these clowns you will be like me sad and so very sorry
