The office staff is so kind and welcoming. The office was clean, well organized, warm and welcoming. They not only take pride in their jobs but also in their office and rapport they build with their clientele.

Excellent staff. From my first phone call to my appointment at the office. Very knowledgable and friendly. The community was clean and I would definitly suggest them to friends and family.

I called there the other day and talked to a very nice person, who answered all my questions. The park looked really clean also.

I lived at Science City for a year now and my experience have been beautiful. It is clean and welcoming a great place to call home! I have friendly neighbors we even exchanged phone numbers so we can be on the look out for each other. We have a front office with a staff...Stacey and Sue, two very nice people, I feel comfortable of calling them on any matter. Also there is Steve our maintenance man, a very nice gentleman always have a smile when I see him. He keeps the areas looking nice and especially in the winter the snow is always plowed, Thank you!

Science City is a clean, well maintained mobile home park with a variety of options for those looking to purchase a home OR for placement of a mobile home. The location is in great proximity to US10 and the new COSTCO.

Nice clean and quiet

Got a flat tire outside of the mobile home park. Nice wide entry allowed us to drop the trailer we were towing to get it out of the way and had room for 2 support vehicles to pull in while we fixed it. Regular traffic still had plenty of room to get in and out. 10/10 would break down there again.

My step dad lives here. Real clean, quiet park. Street names jive with the science and technology theme. Nicely landscaped, and real close to a nice bowling alley.

I like the new homes coming into the Community. I especially like our manager, and our maintenance manager. Would like the street lights fixed. We got good neighbors!

Not too bad of a park but theres definitely a management shift in place that has everyone on edge a little.

Nice neighborhood

Horrible management company. They dont plow the cul-de-sacs which results in an unacceptable ice rink in a senior community. Trailers are poorly made with cheap materials. My parents have a broken front door thats been fixed twice now and still doesnt work right. Rent is outrageous for what they offer. Highly recommend to avoid at all costs.

We have lived here 4 years + it is a good place to live for Seniors 55 and older no kids but dont know about the new company yet some things might change not to are liking will whate to see what take place.

I have lived in Science City for 27 years. The mantainence mangement is excellent as long as he is allowed to do his work. The lawns around me were not mowed for a month because the manager had him doing jobs for her instead of letting him do his work. I would suggest you get someone with experience in mange ring a manufacted home park instead of a party planner. Nothing has been done as promised for a few years now!! I do see much potential in the new ownership though. Do see the recent work has been much needed things being done faster. Like the list of future plans!!

Horrible staff that changes ever few months, they are not a senior living park anymore they allow children to live in the park and have had people stealing rent money!!!

Wanted very much to do business with them and no one every returned call or email.

Park staff has gone down. Cramming in trailers. Park needs work.
