While it is a tight fit a for a 16 footer to get back to the entrance they do have gates that are locked that they would be able to open but you would have to go during regular working hours for that to happen. The storage unit was exactly as described and the prices are reasonable.

Karen was super informative and friendly! We are super pleased with how secure the property is. We were also surprised and happy that we could create our own gate code number. It makes it easier for us to remember and adds an extra sense of security. Definitely recommend!

We used them for a holding a few house hold items while moving and we loved him. They worked with us on things. Karen was super informative and always nice and friendly anytime we spoke to her. I highly recommend them!!

Karen does a great job managing our unique needs. She takes initiative in making our delivery companies deliver our product properly into our multiple storage units. She is very communicative when errant deliveries are.made. She is a joy to work with.Ezra is very helpful in keeping our units well maintained. He also helps is with delivery problems.Securcare staff is fantastic!

I searched all over Midland for a great secure and reasonable storage facility and immediately knew I was at home when I walked in the front door. The staff here are PHENOMENAL. They will go out of their way for you. Cant say anything negative about this place. Definitely THE BEST in town.

Karen the property manager always took care of me and made sure all of my needs were met. Every time i would be moving things in or out she would stop by to chat and would offer me drinks and snacks. She was awesome!

Very friendly and easy to work with, I showed up over 30 minutes before they opened and was immediately invited in to do the paperwork. Super nice site manager and I see them out and about cleaning and checking on things almost ever time I come by.

The manager is wonderful to work with. This is a gated facility. However there are not any climate controlled units here. Overall I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage units.

I think the service stinks...I’ve put several thousand dollars into the pockets of these tight wads and I asked the Live-in mgr, for a small favor and she refused and then hung up on me..she still works there? Why?Does anyone think that they’re being polite when they make their collection calls? Lol..You’re kidding me right.

Do not trust these people in any way. The lady said she would reserve me a 10x20 with a half month off of the first month. We got there unloaded the car and the owner would not honor that discount. Do NOT trust them. Find a different storage facility!

Karen is a wonderful manager and also a great friend ... we have had some money problems this year but she helped us downsize and keep the price reasonable ... we have been here for 10 + years... so we know the difference ...
