Car was rear ended, and repaired at Custom 77. It was so easy, and the staff took care of everything!! Rian was amazing dealing with the insurance & took care of the bill entirely!! The service technicians did a great job repairing & painting the bumper!! The car looks like new!! We didnt have to do anything. Thank you everyone at Custom 77!!

The people were friendly, professional and knew their job. They were precise as to what my car needed. Their work was exceptional.

My experience with this company was not good. There were staff members that were rude, disrespectful, and belligerent. The receptionist or office manager was very unprofessional when asked questions. Custom Car kept my truck for over two months without working on it. However, the service manager (Bob), was very friendly, sympathetic, and professional. If it wasn’t for him, my truck would still be in the the repair shop. Bob showed compassion and he respected the fact that I needed my truck for work. He expedited the service and my truck was ready to go three days after speaking with him.

My Uncle and Grandfather have took their vehicle here over the years both my uncle and mother suggested I come her to get my bumper fixed after an accident.In January, I was in a car accident and my front bumper was cracked and grill was completely damaged. My first visit was receiving an estimate for the insurance claim. It was definitely a quick exchange; Rian will be the first person you see at the front desk. She is so amazing and helpful. She was able to answer my questions and also give me advise with dealing with Allstate.SN: If you have Allstate or someone who damaged your car has Allstate... PREPARE FOR A HEADACHE.Anyways, Rian was amazing and also the other guys. My car was there for several weeks and they kept me in the loop... I definitely liked that I was able to rent a car at enterprise and they met me at the body shop and I could leave my rental at Custom 77 when I got my car back. It was a smooth and efficient process.My car looked GREAT! They replace everything and gave my baby a wash. Would give TEN stars if I could ... Brought my car here after it was ANNIHILATED by golf-ball size hail in Wyoming. Hood, roof, trunk, fenders were in ruins. Somehow 77 was able to restore my car to new condition. It is perfect, flawless. Amazing. And the employees are super nice also. Dont know how they do it. Hope I dont need their services again, but if you need hail damage fixed, this is the place to go.

Dealt with a few shops in life, hands down they take the top place. Ryan is a great front desk person who actually cares and enjoys her job. Family owned shop, and it shows that its a family business that takes pride in their work. Went in for the initial inspection for authorization and everything was set up that week. Dropped off the following Monday and had an estimated turn-around time and knew who was handling my vehicle before I handed over the keys.

While Ive had the unfortunate luck of two accidents in the past couple of years with two different cars, the one thing that Ive been lucky with is that Ive done business with Custom 77 Auto Rebuilders. Both times, Ive had excellent customer service with this company and Rian, the receptionist there, has been amazing. She provided me updated info on the status of my car, how long it would take (both times they finished a day earlier than estimated), and the cost was on average 10 percent cheaper than 2 other local places that I received quotes from.Plus the quality of service was incredible. They even cleaned my car and restored it to show floor quality to when I first bought the car.If you want the best in the local South Suburban area, Custom 77 Auto is the best. Dont go anywhere else, period, as you wont find better.Finally, if you work with Enterprise car rental, they have a couple of loaner cars there so you can work with them to pick up a rental on site if needed!

Went for an estimate for a cracked bumper... Went somewhere else because price was twice as high as another shop who does great work... The other issue is he reported it to carfax as an accident and theres now an accident on my record for a cracked bumper cover... If they fixed it... Fine but they didnt... Just for getting an estimate... Gave 2 stars cause i used them before and mostly good... But they did forget to paint a piece of trim
