Ed is absolutely one of the kindest men I have encountered in the mechanic business. When I arrived to pick up my car (that was i first time actually meeting), he greeted me like we have been knowing each other for years. He consistently kept me in the loop about the status of my car as promised. He had my car for about 2 weeks. I got my car back today and you would have never guessed I was in a car accident. Ed definitely takes pride in his work as well as his customers leaving happy. He even told me that he made sure the insurance company paid the top dollar for the factory parts because they were trying to pay for a cheaper version. My car is brand new, it was 3 days shy of a year when I got in the car accident, so I can appreciate that he made sure my car received the original parts as it deserved. He definitely has a new customer. I will show a before and after pic. Take your car to Ed! You will NOT regret it

Dropped my 13 Mustang GT to have the spoiler installed on a Wednesday car was finished by Friday! Paint was matched perfectly and the spoiler looks amazing! Bill was very professional and the overall experience was amazing! They will be receiving more work from me!

Bill and crew did an excellent job repairing damaged body work on my GMC Envoy. Completed in a timely manner, paint matched and they even buffed the entire truck. Looked better than when i purchased it.

You live and you learn the salesman/repairman was courteous and polite but I will never refer anyone to either of them, they charged me $3100. for a radiator, trans pan, wheel alignment and recharging my air conditioner, three yrs of hell for a 2003, werent any of the worked done properly and some not at all. I was never given an estimate before they started on it, so I never gave the green light to even do, thank God its over and im done but I did report them to Better Business Bureau but should have followed up with court but didnt have time after losing my only child, brother and mother. Go somewhere else dont waste your time esp females because they definitely think we dont know anything.

Horrible service was not even greeted when i walked in, and then this jerk Bill, the name says it all, sits there on the phone talking, to somebody and completely blows me off like i am unimportant. Starts asking me a bunch of questions, and says state farm doesnt accept his estimates, his attitude explains it all. Do your self a favor, and go to a place where they value your business!
