I would not recommend they have bad customer service I brought a car and 3 days later it wasn’t working Larry lies and say he’s gonna call you back and never does they’ve worked on my car 3 times and it’s still not fixed also no one have given me hard plates I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I bought a car from them put the down payment and made the payments to Larry Bryant via Zelle so I have record of them which never he never sent to the finance company (which is a felonly) only to find out through Ellis county the car was never registered to me. I had my attorney contact the district attorney who is now going to be investigating it. I encourage anyone that has also been scammed by this irreparable business to do the same!

I signed ALL paperwork. Then 3 weeks later pick up my car telling me the were going to “diagnose “ it. Only to find out that they didn’t accept unemployment. Took my car for good!!! Won’t give me back my down payment. $970

These people are scammers. They sold me a flooded car and play like it wasn’t. Also played like they performed work on the car but didn’t. Be very careful with the the owner Larry he smiles like everything is good and will then stop answering the phone.

I purchased a truck on May 2020 and were already on December 31 2020 and still havent received my plates

This business should not be labelled as such. My daughter was scammed by these people. First, do not trust Larry Bryant. This man works for Legacy Auto Brokers, and he tried to get my daughter to send the money needed for repairs to his private Yahoo email address. She was reluctant and didnt trust him, and so didnt send the money to his email. Then Larry tried to convince her to send the money using an unfamiliar iphone app. My daughter found out the app was also an attempt to get the money sent directly to him instead of to the business. Secondly, Larry promised my daughter that Legacy Auto would fix all of the damage on her car when she dropped it off. Then when she was ready to pick it up, they finally mention that they only fixed part of it, even with the absurd amount of money that was handed over. They lied and scammed my daughter out of the repairs that they promised her when she dropped off her car. Never doing business with these people again.

DO NOT TRUST LEGACY AUTO BROKERS OR LARRY BRYANT. He is a scam artist who likes to take advantage of those who lease cars from him. I was making my payments as normal and without notice they bought the account back from the bank I was making payments to. When I was notified I called the business number and Larry’s personal number for a month with no response. Imagine my surprise when my car was repossessed for non payment when I had no where to make payments or no one to get a hold of to make the payments! Up until that point all of my payments were on time. My last payment was the 19 and according to the bank on the 23rd he bought the account back after even they begged him not to. After calling and talking to Larry he says he notified me through text message (that I never got) but that was a month after he switched banks in the first place and continued to ignore my calls. Today is when I get a notice in the mail dated a day after I called him arguing about the circumstances with the car. This was obviously an effort to save himself. I will be going through the courts on this matter because of the blatant unprofessionalism and harshness to his clients. Don’t even get me started on his customer service and how he treats his employees. Absolutely disgusting. Save yourself the trouble.

The car i just purchased in the beginning of April has broke down every 2 weeks. I thought, when i made the decision to purchase I would be dealing with good people and be well taken care of. I was wrong. It’s now June 5th the day my paper plates expire and i still haven’t received my hard plates. I called last week for them and the office manager who I’ve seen talk to multiple customers disrespectfully the few times I’ve been there looked for them i told him i was still having issues with my car and I just want my plates before making my next payment and he told me “well idk what to tell you” so i got ugly with him and instead of de-escelating the situation knowing i was already frustrated with the car issues and me coming out of pocket to pay for them ever since i got the car, instead he went ahead argued with me for 10 minutes on the phone about how he’s always right and this whole argument was my fault. I’ve worked in customer service for 10 years and I have never talked to a customer like he talked to me that day. Long story short, i got scammed. From my first experience i recommended them to a lot of people inquiring about a car. I will never recommend this business to anyone else!

Recently bought my first car here, and now it has transmission issues within a week of driving off with it and cannot get in contact for the life of me. Much less back to legacy.
