A great shop. They got me in and repaired my Evinrude at a reasonable rate. I will use them again.

Best place for your boat needs

I very rarely leave a review so low but the customer service at this place is completely nonexistent. When I dropped off my jet ski they said theyd call me with a quote and to give me an estimate of timing. I never got the call and instead had to call repeatedly to ask myself. The person at the front desk always said they had no idea what was happening to my machine, said theyd talk to the repair guy and get back to me - which they never did. Finally after three attempts myself I had to have my husband call. It seems like they are more willing to talk with men than women. Come to find out they ordered the part anyway without giving me a quote as promised. They also did an annual service to get it ready for summer, but when we asked what was included in that service they couldnt tell us. Once again the guy at the front desk had no idea and they refused to let me talk to the mechanic because it was too busy in the store with 3 customers waiting when I called. Extremely frustrating, I will never go there again. Oh by the way... the taillight they installed fell off after our first trip out - really guys you couldnt tighten a screw all the way?

Its closed permanently

Great place with very friendly, knowledgeable people, some of whom have been there for many years. Prices and turnaround time are very good. Very easy to talk to and extremely helpful in answering any questions you have, even over the phone. Also have a good amount of in stock items/accessories for boat maintenance needs.
