Great buy online, pickup in store experience. Staff were pleasant and efficient. Had submitted two separate orders, and both were ready on schedule. Dont like visiting in store, much prefer the opportunity to make comparisons, look up features and make an informed decision as can be better done at home. If Best Buy is the right choice for price, features, and timeliness, then Ill be back!
Thank you to the two gentlemen at the Milford Best Buy who offered to assist me this afternoon. I brought an old computer battery to be disposed. I had not been to the store since before the pandemic and safeguards for social distancing were now in place. One gentleman took the old battery to safely dispose. Usually a very good place to shop for anything electronic. But thrle place was pretty scarce with stock and sold out of a lot things. Understandably so with current world circumstances. So obviously Im not holding it against them. Overall Ive been satisfied with every trip there. 👍

Brought in my gaming computer. The Geek Squad diagnosed the problem and found that my CPUs water cooler was likely to go out. He presented different options to solve the issue. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and fair. You must make an appointment for this location. However, I showed up 30 minutes early and was able to see a technician right away. 😊
Staff was helpful as usual. Store was well stocked and clean. Due to COVID changes, checkout was harder to locate than in the past, but once I was there, it was friendly and efficient.

Friendly, helpful staff. I do more online than in person but when I want to just try out the floor models they generally leave me be. When I have a question its usually easy to get someones attention.

Had a screen protector installed incorrectly, but Logan went out of his way to make it right when I went back and seemed to be more than happy to go get something when I casually mentioned an interest in purchasing the item while waiting at the Geek Squad desk.
Took an old Mac mini in to have data files transferred to a hard drive. Geek squad had 3unsuccessful attempts. The fourth was successful. 4stars for persistence and keeping me informed. No 5 stars because now you can not call a local BBuy. All customer service calls are directed to a National 800 number. Shame on you, Best Buy. For you, customer service is an oxymoron.
Its a best buy...I needed help with buying a new phone and none of the workers seemed interested in helping. One employee disappeared after I asked him to help.
Staff is helpful but they never seem to have alot of stock always have to go to other best buys.

New staff not able to understand the question (may not be there problem), but senior staff (aka manager) are not helping them and eventually not helping customers.Managers ( day : sat Sep 18 evening) are not helpful and are very less knowledgeable and ignorant about bestbuy policies and hence loosing business for bestbuy..They are happy moving boxes than helping jr associate and customer.They should understand more about policies than telling which does not making sense.Worst experience ever…..

I was given a item (keyboard mouse combo) as a gift from my wife that I do not really need that came from Best Buy (a vacuum and a speaker). After the return policy on the website my understanding was this: If you have an item from Best Buy that was given to you as a gift and if you do not have the receipt, gift receipt, or the phone number of the person who gave these gifts, you would still be able to return the items to the store for store-credit only.When I brought the items to the store this was not the case, a manager was called up and he informed me that if I did not have a receipt there was nothing that could be done. I showed them what the website says which is word for word: We will provide you store credit for the purchase price of a gift you return in store. She stated it was at their discretion.So my question is what is the real return policy for a situation like this? I feel like Ive either been mislead or I am missing something. It seems like my race definitely played a part in this. Very disappointed.I will have my wife return the gift with her credit card (very annoying) seriously considering returning my $1800 washer I just purchased from them over this.

Great customer service. I had a curbside pick up. The associate brought it to me and handed it to me without going through all the “red tape.” Some people do use their common sense to help out customers by saving time and energy.
I went in to test some bluetooth speakers and all the shelves were empty. Im not sure why. If you want to have a brick and mortar store for picking up items you might want to fix that. I went home and ordered it on Amazon.

I called the Milford Ma store this morning, Come to find out the store is not taking phone calls. There is an hr wait at the call center. So I drove to the store at 11am. Women at Customer service checks with the Geek Squad to see if they have the replacement battery for my iphone. Comes back yes we have them in stock. Gives me appt for 4:40 today. I arrive at 4:40 for my appt and come to find out they do not have the battery in stock. All I hear is sorry ! On the way home i check my email and get one from best buy that my appt has been cancelled and would you like to reschedule. Are you kidding me - Never ever will I deal with Best Buy again !!!!
I was told by the geeks on the phone that I could bring in my 55 tv to be looked at in the store which I did. When I got there I was told that they dont work on TVs in the store, it has to be in your home. Aaaarrg!

An old fashioned tech store. The net may well has killed them, & though somehow that seems fitting, its nice to see a few big ones survive.Not only does it have all things electronic, including major appliances, under one roof, but it still has a fairly large physical entertainment media section. You may not think this is big - after all, streaming services give us access to HUGE amounts of content - but the studios can very easily censor said library. If you have absolute favorites in movies & TV series, you should take advantage of Best Buy & get them. Because youll have unscrewed ownership of them w/the kind of clarity & sound that the streamers cant touch.

Everyone there thinks they are better than you! They wont let you drop off anything for the Geek Squad. You have to make a appointment to drop off a laptop? They were willing to sell me a remote starter but have to take it to another store to be installed. Get your act together!!
Best buy has the most up to date tech stuff but, they are usually a little more expensive than other stores.
I basically went to this store for the pickup only. That was a good experience. Next time I will go deep into the store. So, more next time.

Im from out of town, and got some equipment to work remotely while away from home. Despite assuring me multiple times that they were selling me the correct dongle to connect my MacBook Air to an external monitor, they sold me a dongle that Mac doesnt support and that the company doesnt even make anymore. (Why are you selling discontinued products!?!) I would have returned it, but a medical emergency forced me to return to CA, and now Ive blown money on an outdated dongle that I was promised would work.
Followed curbside instructions when I arrived on time in designated spot. Notified store via app as instructed. Messaged it would be 5 to 10 min. 45 min later I tried calling store where I was snd when I checked in after being on hold for 15+ additional minutes. Call finally answered then transferred to another associate. Purchase brought out and associate apologized. Was s busy day for them due to holiday w.e., but curbside system needs vast improvement.

Needs to improve their call service. I have called this location on multiple occasions and have never been put through to customer service or any other department. Automated answering voice will send you to a department and no one will answer. Hold times can go up to 40 minutes or you will be disconnected at random. Called twice today, not busy at the times I called, first hold was 12 minutes second was 20 with no answer. A bit frustrating as youd have to make the drive to ask a question or just hope they have what you saw online in stock. Maybe they should hire someone to handle phones? Seems like this is a common complaint.

Compared to other Best Buys, and I visit a lot of them, this location is not too bad, could be because its in the middle of nowhere in a lackluster shopping plaza and not many people bother to visit the place. Place looks clean and the employees are helpful, but again, same type of service, not so knowledgeable employees and lack of trust they know what they are talking about is the problem with Best Buy. I mean I know more than most of the average help they hire here. Sadly Best Buy is sliding down the tubes.

I got a new phone and gaming monitor from here, and the amount of time I spent there was half the amount I had expected. The service was very quick and informative I highly recommend this best buy out of all others.

They need to inform customers buying phones using USB C when the phone theyre buying cannot be used with most USB ports in things like cars, battery packs, etc. without charging thru an electrical outlet. Either provide adapters or cables that can work in such ports. I drive a lot, and often charge while driving. We should not need to buy a new car or laptop to get a USB C port. They are desperately short of those kinds of accessories, not their fault most likely, but at least tell people.I like this store and their staff a lot, but this was a pain. Had to order adapters thru Amazon and then wait, when were about to travel.

Best Buy offers a wide array of goods, ranging from refrigerators to cell phone accessories. We only shop there for computers or computer-related goods. We bought a desktop computer yesterday and researched monitors. We had a young salesman who was quite knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. The only drawback to the store is that with such a wide array of products, and with a good variety of models within product types, the depth of the storage is not great. We found exactly what we were looking for, and there was only one in stock. However, with a large chain like this, items probably can be picked up at another store or transferred to the store where the customer is.

Bought a remote starter around Christmas time for my GF. Was told they didn’t have any appointments for over 2 months. Was not happy about that and the gentleman helping me showed no interest in trying to help me find another Best Buy to get the install done at. Simply said “They are all booked” without even checking. Now here we are a week before our scheduled appointment that I made 2 months ago and they called to tell me they have to reschedule to another 3 weeks away. The woman who called me had ZERO empathy given the circumstances and when I asked if I could just return it so I can find another place to get the remote starter put in she said “No we can only give you store credit because it’s over 30 days”. What an absolute joke this place is. They really need to take a lesson in “How to not treat your customers like trash”. Will NEVER shop at Best Buy again....
I just had an awesome experience at Best Buy! A sales associate named Taylor spent 2 hours with me helping me recover my photos and contacts from a damaged phone to my new phone. His knowledge, professionalism and customer service was extraordinary. Taylor accomplished the nearly impossible and he made my life easier. I went into the Verizon store in Bellingham last week and the salesman made it seem like he was doing me a favor answering questions about a $1000 phone. At Best Buy I had a totally positive experience and would recommend anyone shopping there!

This place used to be full of people but seemed rather empty. The staff kept asking if we needed help which was nice. The selection of electronics was decent and nice to be able to try out the laptops and desktops. The home electronics was okay, but the selection seemed geared toward Sonos exclusively. Not bad, but other comparable options would have been nice. Overall, nice store and friendly staff.

This particular store is nonsense. They never have anything in stock. Shelves of floor models but you have to order and wait for it to come in. Never again will go there. Never. Whoever is pretending to manage this store -- take notice of all the reviews that say this same thing!

Bestbuy in Millbury, MA is a super place to shop. The sales staff are smart, helpful, and gracious. They also are a well stocked store. I spoke with the manager to compliment my positive shopping experience.
Just like any other Best Buy I guess. There are always a lot of sales people available for questions, which is always nice. And the ones I spoke to have always been at least fairly knowledgeable about the tech items I ask about. I think pricing is decent.
Just walking in this store is wonderful.The lights.The sounds.The scent of electronic equipment.Aphrodisiac for guys/gals who love electronics.Doesnt always have what i need, but always has stuff i want.Great selection, great prices..best part though, is you get to see hear and play with stuff you see online. 9 times out of 10 i buy it right at the store knowing i could save 10 bucks online.Overall BestBuy is awesome.

Great store to shop! Staff is great! I love best buy because of their unbiased approach to helping consumers with their purchase. The staff will share their opinions on different products when asked, but for the most part they do not favor a certain brand over another. They will tell you everything you might need to know in order to make an educated buying decision.
Lots of emoyees standing around talking to each other. Had to go up to a group and ask for help getting an item out of the locked cabinets.
Best buy employee told me that HE cant help me unlock my tablet that is locked because I forgot my password. He said they only unlock Apple products.......so then why sell Samsung Electronics¿¿¿ n I brought the Tablet from best buy
