I had a phenomenal expierence with Charlie from the printing department she was beyond helpful and printed my items so quickly although they were custom and the photo was blurry but she managed to deliver! So so happy she made my day!

Every laptop there are sold out but the people there are really nice and funny.

The store is clean and the workers are polite. However, the three of them that I spoke with looking for products (one in candy, one in makeup, and one in foods) were not helpful in guiding me to products I was looking for. What happened to grocery workers knowing their products?

Very unhappy with the print shop. I ordered business cards I expected 20 dollars for 250 cards, I got charged 50 unknowingly. Originally they made my name too small I told them to remake it and they charged me an extra 30 bucks for that is just awful. I got to my job and noticed the street name was spelled wrong and my job is on the same street as staples. Went back to the store got the manager to refund me but no apology or even an explanation. Will avoid this store and recommend friends and family do the same

Spotless and spacious location. Supplies very picked over and limited, out of 2 of the 3 choices in item I was looking for. Left without purchasing anything as prices seemed high on most items. Staff was helpful when I sought them out.

I have never had a bad experience here. Customer Service is always great and Managers care about helping the customers. I had a recent issue with price matching an item, however the store manager, Zayid, cleared it up in no time. I would recommend if you are in the area. Thanks again Zayid!

This place is pretty awesome when you have projects and such. They have a lot of helpful tools to assist you and make you feel confident in your products.

I wanted the print shop to enlarge my company logo to a poster. They were unable to do it. Manager with 8 years experience was not very helpful or knowledgeable. Went up the road to FedEx and they had it printed perfectly while I waited without any issues.

Decent experience. Needed help with printing something. The lady there had started helping me, but then another customer disrupted her. I shrugged it off and figured the rest of the process myself and got what I needed fairly easily.

It was a quick stop been here a few times. Good people. Organized store

Today was my first and last time in this store, in milford do not know about customer service, ask how to get an impression of the computer and how was the use of the internet, the only lady who was an elderly lady and whose bad character gave me to understand that she hates her job and that she is only interested in keeping her insurance payment, I complained later with the store manager and it seems that it is her grandmother

If your rich this is the place to shop, but the Walmart next door is way better and cheaper!

Faxing way over priced other places half the price !

It took 20 minutes to send an 8 page fax at $1.69 per page. Frustrating! Ridiculous! I was told that nothing could be done to speed it up. Thats the system.

They were very helpful and professional.

While at the store I asked the manager to check the stock room for an item that was out of stock in the isle. She came back and said they had none. I went home to order on line and noticed theres 6 in stock at the store. I call the store to double check and she said she found them and that they were hidden. I asked her to leave one with the cashier but when I go back to the store she had given the chasier the wrong item. The manager goes back to the office and hands the cashier the correct item. Mistakes happen but not once did the manager say sorry about the mistake.

The copy and print center needs Jesus. Did not enjoyed my experience with them. I asked them if I can have 4 signs made with letters and ended up with 4 posters, not only that, but they misspelled a word even tho I wrote it clearly and correctly. I took a business card the day before and was told that would be ready by 12 noon. Got the the store at 4 pm and my business cards were no where near of being ready. I wa told that they have a lot of work to do and that my cards were 4th in line when I brought them the day before and (I repeat) was told by a copy and print associate that my card were gonna be ready at 12 noon. I traveled three cites before making it to the store. I am sooooooo dissatisfied with their services. I Will no longer come to this store.

Staff was very helpful and courteous

This store does not care about customers. Person working at the copy center only cares about flirting and trying to pick up the men who are there. You ask for a call when your order is ready and no one does. You have to call them. Very poor customer service.

I like Staples and buy most of my office supplies there. But, not so great customer service over phone, and at this store.

I sat in front of the Boston post Rd. store for 20min. Only to find out I had to wait 30min for the manager to arrive late to open the store. I think its ridiculous the the entire staff is standing outside of the store and the manager is the only one not to arrive on time.
