My husband and I used Crown Supply for all the lighting on and in our new home. I cannot begin to say what a wonderful experience I had throughout this process. I had a vision, provided some examples of what I liked and was provided the most helpful and thorough explanation of my options and how it would look and meet my wishes within my budget. I wasnt sure if this was the standard service all would expect from Crown and but it is the service that has been proven more than once for me.This place has a top notch team and I decided to try my hand again for an issue with a lamp ive owned for 10 years.I went to Crown to drop my lamp off knowing there was a fee to fix it and while my issue wasnt huge I still was hoping for my lamp to be fixed. It was expensive and part of a set that I didnt want to part with. When I walked in I was greeted by Raul and explained what was wrong. He checked my lamp over, explained some possibilities and then took a shot at fixing it on the spot and he fixed it! One, he saved me a ton of money and time, but that wasnt the important part. Raul was kind, smart and patient with me as I didnt know the lingo or understand the workings of my lamp overall. This experience with Raul has made me a lifetime customer for Crown. We will always recommend this wonderful Electrical supply store and be patrons.Thank you to the Raul, Kurt and the awesome team at Crown Supply for everything!!

Rude! Homeowner beware! These guys dont want for stand up for selling us LED lights and dimmers that are incompatible. All the manager kept saying was Show me the receipt. We bought them a couple months ago. Stay away from these guys!
