Horrible packaging skills. Products were damaged upon arrival. I ordered Xylene, a toxic CHEMICAL, this could have been a health hazard if it started to leak.Do not get any items shipped to you. Overall would not recommend.

Horrible customer service and support. We have been waiting three months for a simple quotation. Their local rep has not responded to our many contact attempts since September. Finally, I just decided to call their corporate office in New Jersey, Ive been on hold for seven minutes already. The receptionist has transferred me to three voicemails so far and I have to keep calling her back. All we want to do is buy their products. Completely unsatisfied.
