It went terribly! I am born deaf and went in to possibly obtain hearing aids. He said that my ears were severely damaged and suggested Cochlear Implant. Also dont have any device to meet my needs which is not true. DO NOT go to this place if you are totally deaf. Also the man needs to be open and not mind set on CI only.

Since getting my hearing aids I definitely can hear far better. Russell and Angela have been great. Had a problem with one of my aids and was able to get right in and Russell took care of it. I even lost one and they replaced it with no problems. Miracle Ear is the best.
