Homemade ice cream! Delicious!! Tons of flavors, samples available, super friendly staff, short/fast lines and plenty of ice cream for your dollar. We were visiting Milford and went back to Berties several times!

Please bear with me....Me and my wife drove 7 hours from MD yesterday with my 2 daughters. Today....we dropped the oldest daughter at Dean College to start her freshman year. As you can imagine, this evening was challenging for us to manage our emotions. After dinner I could sense the emotions building in my wife. I asked if she wanted a class of wine. Instead, she wanted ice cream. I found Berties and got my wife and youngest daughter in the truck. We all ordered small servings in a cup.As we got in the car, my wife says, That place was really cute! Right after my youngest daughter says, and everyone was so nice.Needless to say, the mood changed as I heard a constant scrapping of empty cups.Thanks to you and your staff on a Tuesday evening for making the sun shine on a gloomy day. Ice cream makes everything better but Berties turned an emotional evening into a special evening.Thank you.

Love the ice cream,it was delicious, but very small amount...... I guess if you pay for a larger cup. Then it would be 👍

Got 2 milkshakes at a slow time. One came out great but the other one came with a lose cover (over filled) and leaked down my hand. Taste good but not worth $15.Maybe if the what I would assume was the manager hadnt been on her phone she could have noticed and fixed this issue.After leaving a $5 tip I would have thought theyd pay more attention and care more.

What a cute little spot! Absolutely adorable and very clean. Tried a specialty sundae and it was delicious. I’d like to try the fudge next because I heard it’s good. Friendly and helpful staff. We needed a place like this in Milford! Would definitely recommend.

The quality, the flavors and the servings are are top notch. We are so happy to have such a wonderful shop in Milford. I love the cake batter as a Frappe!

Berties Ice cream is good. You can try be4 u buy, which is great! Service was above and beyond and ice cream also. Next time in the area - will stop by for sure

Good place, good ice cream, good service, clean and accommodating. Prices are a little high for the quality. The mint chocolate chip has horrible green coloring added.☹️

Its a pleasure visiting here. The hand-packed pints are fantastic, with our favorite being Rum Raisin. Really happy this building remains in good hands after the great run of Truffles.

Amazing ice cream wonderful service and they have a little bit of everything they have a candy corner they have fresh fudge caramel apples delicious ice cream,shakes Sundays and even ice cream cakes to homemade ice cream cookie sandwiches 😋 so incredible you definitely need to go an try it out!!!!

Awesome selection of ice creams, chocolates and candies! Staff was friendly and attentive. Ice cream selection included good options for low sugar, sorbet, soft serve and more. The peanut butter lovers chocolate sundae is outstanding.

First time visiting this fairly new Ice Cream parlor. My friend and I each had a Hot Fudge Sundae on their Dark Chocolate Ice Cream and they were delicious. Staff was friendly and readily answered our questions about all the different flavors they have. Will definitely visit again when in the area!

Tho obvious it was still setting up, the precautions taken amid our time of Covid is commendable. They have plenty of flavors, and the apple cider donuts frappe Id had was simply delicious. The chocolatier side was so very tempting, I look forward to being able to watch them make fudge.But kudos to the service. They were super helpful and friendly. I cant wait to visit again!

Update: scoops are now a correct portion... the icecream is amazing.Ill start off saying the icecream is delicious! The 2 SMALL at home sized scoops was not IMPRESSIVE. There are 4 other icecream shops within a 15 minute drive that will scoop your small cup to the max (for about the same price) and their icecream is just as good. Where they are new to town Im hoping they change.
