The worst pharmacy experience. 2nd drive thru doesnt work. Have gone to them for almost 6 months and tried to pick up multiple times a month. Every time but one there is an issue. Either they mess up charging our insurance (and then lie about our coverage or try to charge us for goodrx when it should be free through insurance) or they are out and only give a partial fill (without warning) or things went to the other Mill Creek rite aid. Almost always a 20 min plus visit because they are so slow or have not filled something correctly. Had been with Bartells for three years before this and never had the amount of issues we have racked up in less than 6 months. Not worth the hassle anymore.

I recently moved to Mill Creek and I’ve only been to this location twice, but both times I have it’s been through the drive-through with a 20+ minute wait. I understand being busy, but they desperately need to use the second lane during the busiest time of the day. Make sure you fill your gas tank up before coming here otherwise you may run out of gas waiting for your turn.

Great store, convenient location, good selection of Passports photos, good cosmetics department, groceries, wine and liquor, slef printing center, plenty of parking, pharmacy and very professional and helpful staff

I love this store, it always has everything I need. The only complaint I have is that theres one employee that never fails to give me a sob story.I dont know how to describe her other than she has silver hair and is heavier-set.Regardless of if theres a line of people waiting or if youre the only person wanting to check out, shell outline the health issues she has, accompanying it with some sad story while trying to gain sympathy from you.Its awkward because 9/10 Im only trying to quickly purchase a snack or drink but Im held hostage listening to her.I have nothing against her, but damn. Im here to purchase what I want, not listen to all your problems.

They get confused… Leaving customers driving away with half orders .....needing to come back.• Customers also get backed up in the drive-through..... waiting patiently while the staff struggles.My first experience w/ this pharmacy… left me no choice, but to drive 20 minutes away to Snohomish.REASON:There was a lineup of eight vehicles @ the drive-thru.• After a stagnant 15 minutes w/ no movement, I drove 20 mins to Snohomish rite aid.Snohomish Right Aid:......180 degree difference. They have their systems dialed.Five years ago the Snohomish pharmacy had 2 1/2 star reviews.• Whoever the manager is there completely turn things around.

Seamless Covid operations here. Online reservations were simple. Text and email notifications. Store front was welcoming and efficient. Virtually no line. Vaccine administration was lightning fast. My second appt was automatically made for me. A+ everyone! Alsoooo the store looks beautiful and new. There are self check out stations, which saved me a few minutes of waiting in line.

The recent remodel and addition of a Ready Clinic make this location great but Judy in the pharmacy makes it special. She is such a great person and so kind to us. The store has a small convenience section for just about anything.ProTip- Use Rite Aid Reward and Plenti to save a ton!PLEASE GIVE ME A 👍🏻IF YOU FIND THIS REVIEW HELPFUL

Always has what i need but the absolute slowest most clueless ladies ever working

The pharmacist here is a real gem of a human being who earns every penny of his salary. He is kind, wise, and caring toward customers. And also highly skilled - he runs the Mill Creek location like a well oiled machine.On 6/6/17 at about 4pm, I found myself with a complex pharmaceutical issue on my hands, that had stumped every other pharmacy in my area. But this pharmacist understood immediately. He had the forsight to stock the med, and worked hard to solve my problem during a very busy hour. He articulated clearly the steps I needed to take in order to pick up the Rx, and he never lost patience with me. He deserves a commendation.Because of him, I would highly recommend this Rite Aid Pharmacy location! Yesterday, he was my hero.

I switched to this pharmacy from Fred Meyer after more than a year of problems with them. This store is clean, has great hours, and so far I have not had any problems with pick up of my meds. I get text message notifications that are actually accurate about the readiness of my meds and I havent run into any issues with meds not being available or my script being filled wrong. Lines are never that long amd even when they are, staff are great about keeping things moving along. Most of the staff are very nice. Ive run into one or two I could do without but they didnt mess around in getting people through the line so thats cool. So far, I highly recommend this pharmacy!

First time ever shopping at this location. Store has recently been remodeled and looks fantastic! The pharmacy staff was extremely helpful and fast. Chris and Joel were very efficient. All of the other staff that I walked by greeted me and seemed friendly enough. Thanks for making my experience painless when so many pharmacies are a pain to deal with.

I called early in the morning yesterday to fill a prescription. I went to the drop off window at this location because the person on the phone had instructed me to do so. After waiting for awhile for someone to acknowledge me the woman was extremely rude, she didnt help me at all and I ended up leaving without my prescription. I know that the people who work in the pharmacy have a difficult job but hello Im a physical person standing asking for your help and you are rude and deny helping me out. If I could rate this location with zero stars I would because of the way I was treated was uncalled for and shocking.

I visit from PA every year for several months and have need to visit this Rite Aid quite regularly during my stay. The pharmacy staff is EXCELLENT and have helped me above and beyond what expected and have gone out of their way to help me many times. When unable to locate my BP meds, and although script was not due for a couple more months, contacted my health insurance company on the east coast to make sure the meds were made available for me!!! I can’t thank them enough for their commitment to helping and always being very friendly!! The rest of the stores staff I would also rate as excellent as they are ALWAYS friendly and helpful no matter what time of day I’m there!!

We have used the Millcreek store since it first opened. The front staff is always smiling and there to help. The pharmacy staff is excellent. They are there with answers to all of your concerns .

Ive been going to the Mill Creek location for over 16 years. Judy in the pharmacy is wonderful. She is always helpful and sweet.

Its expensive and they do not carry knuckle or fingertip bandages. The Quick Clinician in the lab coat had never heard of them.

The pharmacist is awesome. I was having a major sinus issue and he totally helped me out with stuff from behind the counter that I didnt realize they had. I was better in a couple days after 2 weeks of suffering.

My family has been coming to the Mill Creek RiteAid for 16 years because it is a fabulous store that employees so many amazing people! We always look forward to seeing our friends at RiteAid! That goes for both the store & pharmacy! Not to mention all of the great deals on a weekly basis & the Plenti Rewards program, which is the best rewards program I have ever used!

Above and beyond some of the worst costumer service Ive ever experienced from the pharmacy. Scripts have been lost, or just taken entirely after telling me they didnt have it and not giving me the option of going to another store. Ive had them incorrectly tell me my order is ready so frequently that I cant rely on anyone. Ive never been treated so consistently poorly anywhere in my life.

Came in to have a prescription filled for someone else after a medical emergency. I did not have their Rx card, only their normal medical insurance card. The pharmacist said, rather rudely, they might be able to look it up, but it would be well over an hour.It was about 8:00pm on a Sunday, the person I was helping decided with the uncertainty, they would just fight through the pain until morning when we could get to a Bartells.

This old lady in the pharmacy needs to retire; I guess if you are their friend you get preferential treatment. The lack of concern and diligence will kill you.
