Great alternative to Fred Meyers. I live very close to it so its about a five minute drive from my apartment. They have a huge selection of food. I also love the unique design of their checkout aisles. Its efficient and forces you to organize but also keep everything compact on the rounded belt.

We love going to sprouts! Its like a year-round farmers market. A nice selection of fruit and veggies, and they usually look way better than the regular grocery store.

If you live close it is a convenient stop for a quick few things or the weeks worth of groceries for the family. A lot of growth has occurred around the store yet it doesnt take long to shop.

Ive always have loved Albertsons to bad almost all have been switched over.

I should have driven past it like I usually do. Had yet another awful experience at the register. The store itself is usually clean and well stocked but the customer service experience is unpredictable and when it is bad, its really BAD. The checkers are also not wearing masks. I get why customers dont but having your CS staff without is a bad policy.

Great service and very reasonable. They put up with 20 teens coming in at once and us crowding at the self checkout so we make sure no one gets left behind.

This location is easy to navigate. Prices seem to be be more competitive since I was here last. Bakery and meats are on par with Safeway. I am now wondering what the distinct difference between Albertsons and Safeway is.

Everything is clean and organized and has some of the best help in the industry. I only hope the next time I am helped by the same people. When was the last time you muttered that to yourself?

The Albertsons at Thomas lake earned huge points with me today! As I was walking in a young man who was disabled was in an Albertsons uniform washing their windows working with his job coach! Supporting this program means I will support their store. They are giving back to their community in a way so many forget, to our people who are amazing and just need a little extra hand. In my opinion; this Albertsons is a death trap and I think that if you want to catch a disease that could kill your loved ones, or someone elses loved ones that this is the place for you.Covid cases are reaching an all time high and I just came from there where I saw many customers and an employee not wearing masks. these people were not corrected or confronted by staff that I saw and were allowed to move about possibly infecting everyone in the store.My suggestion, in my opinion, if you love your family and care about your fellow man (the employees exposed to this especially) you should shop somewhere else.Everything contained in this post is my opinion.

Always nicely stocked, fast cashiers, great local grocery store. Sometimes slow to get to the liquor cabinet but it’s a big store and I’m in no rush lol.

Was there yesterday evening, and was very disappointed about their service. They had only one cashier for all check out. And he even help with self-checkout. I hope the management save some money on staff salary. Good luck and buy, my last time I visited this store!!

You can see they are adopting Safeway‘s influence, as self check out is new. Typically a good place if you know what you need, but might be hard to find help if you need it.

If you’re living in mill creek, this is best store for grocery shopping during this pandemic. The store is not at all crowded, staff clean the shopping cart and baskets.

At this Albertsons grocery store its the only place that I can find hot green chili so I drive from sultan Washington to buy it at this grocery store

We found what we needed and more. Lol

Stop by the deli for some appetizers for a party and they were very helpful and suggesting ways of using meats and cheeses and would let me sample anything that I wanted that I was not sure of. Then when I was done there were very helpful and telling me where the rest of the things I was looking for. Its not very busy I went during right after work and it seemed like it wasnt rushed like a lot of other stores at that time of day Ill go back

I visited today to pick up prescriptions at the Sav-on pharmacy inside the store. They are always fast, efficient and friendly.

Store is old and out dated. Prices are decent starbucks sucks with exception of one barista. U cannot get out of parking lot unless u go right

Frequent slow (not that long) lines before Self Check Out was re-installed recently. Bought Blumen hand sanitizer there, learned recently that it was recalled due to Methanol, but I didnt have receipt anymore. First call the person who answered denied they sold it, and I can recall exactly where it was placed because I was surprised to find it, and it was in a large bin by the check out lane, plus I hadnt been anywhere else at that time. Also asked if they could look it up on the Safeway card, no she said, they dont have access to that system. Told to call and ask for Manager, different person answered and said theyre not offering refunds.

This old white guy (who was a cashier) was making fun of this teenager who was African-American (also a cashier) because he had braids and was just making fun of his hair and he was clearly uncomfortable. Horrible experience.

This site is by far the most convenient grocery store to my home, but I only go there if Im absolutely desperate. They took out the self checkout, but never bothered to staff more checkers. The store is mostly deserted by customers when Im there, and it can still take ten minutes to make it through the line at the register. Add that extra ten minutes to my travel time instead, and Im at any of three other stores in the area, all of which respect my time as a shopper, and often have better prices to boot.

Love the store and pricing and staff BUT Hate that this store never never has more than one cashier. Yes they call for help but why more stocking than the number one priority is CUSTOMER SERVICE at registers. This is the only reason. Myself and others I know will go to Fred Meyers. So please we dont really like Fred Meyer but so tired of not seeing enough checkers in this store. Again all your staff and checkers are efficient and friendly.. But upper management needs to be more concerned about upfront customer service extra help. 😀

One of the manager with PINK hair was very unprofessional and downright mean to my wife. Apparently she gave a dirty look behind her back and my daughter saw this. She haphazardly did a price check and got it WRONG. My wife went back and checked and she was right on the price. Manager then accuses my wife of switching the sign or someone must have which is downright RUDE and uncalled for. My wife is an RN and her job relies on what she sees and read. This manager was so adamant that my wife was wrong when she did not even do a thorough check. Our family has been a longstanding customer for over 11 years at this Albertson and appreciated the convenience and the friendly service from other staff members. We expected the manager to a higher standing, but apparently that was not the case. This manager just lost a longtime customer.

If I shop at Albertsons, I like to go to this one. Not only because its close to home but because they have the nice organic/gluten free section. The Albertsons on 128th does not.

It used to be one of my favorite places to shop since I live really close to it, but, since it merged with Safeway, things changed and not for the better. Now, youre lucky if you dont wait in line for less than 4 minutes. Sorry Albertsons.

Ive never felt like a nuisance like I felt tonight when I visited the deli. The man behind the counter ignored me while listening to his giant headphones and talking on the phone, which made me decide to ask for something simple, instead of what I actually wanted. He then threw off his headphones and reluctantly asked what I wanted and I politely asked for a panini. He asked if I wanted it microwaved, while standing in front of an obviously hot panini press. After telling him I preferred the press, he smashes it flat and after a short time hands it to me poorly wrapped and cold(I discovered that in my car while leaving). He referred to me as bro which offended me and I thanked him reluctantly. If I could rate negative stars I would! Worst feeling ever and Im astonished he made it through the hiring process

Today I went to this Albertson to shop some groceries. The store is having 20% off for $50 purchased. My friend said she was gave a coupon from the cashier yesterday (because she didn’t have one). So I was asking the cashier if she could give me one because I made purchased total $135. The cashier answered “No, we don’t have that coupon at the store, you need to get it from the mail”. I was explaining that this store just gave to my friend that coupon yesterday, why you didn’t give me one”. Then she still answered that she doesn’t have the coupon and if I don’t have coupon so I can’t get 20% off. I was arguing with her and didn’t want to buy anymore, but my husband swiped the card to pay for the food. I was not satisfied when she answered me very rudely and didn’t suggest me another coupon (although you was having many paper coupon on her table). She didn’t ask if I have reward card to get another coupon. But why that store gave my friend 20% off coupon yesterday and didn’t give me one? The store has that coupon but she didn’t want to give me. I need an explanation from the store so I called the store to complain about that. But the guy who talked with me on the phone looks like he defended her and didn’t resolve the problem for me.They do have the coupon but the cashier said they don’t have. She is lying and the customer service at that store is too bad.
