We had a terrible experience at Marin Auto Works. After servicing our 1997 Land Cruiser for years, Marcel told us we should donate the car, that it couldnt be fixed. Luckily, we got a second opinion, and it turned out that the routine and major maintenance had not been done. The car has been fine in the two years since.

An honest mechanic!!! Cant say enough good things about Marcel and his shop. His work is top-notch, pricing reasonable and hes a pleasure. And honest - my seven year old car has had such frequent issues that I must be one of his better clients but on my last visit he nevertheless encouraged me to trade it in for a new car because he expects it to continue develop issues!
