Amazing breakfast and service at this pleasant gem just in the North Bay. Everything we had was great, including “The Best Breakfast Sandwich I’ve ever had”- my daughter. Really nice location and friendly staff. Give this place a try when in the area!

Wow! This place is good. Such a cool, casual diner experience but the food is seriously elevated. I got the breakfast sandwich with fresh squeezed OJ and coffee. It was perfect for breakfast before hiking Muir Woods. Servers were all fantastic. They also have a secluded outdoor eating space, but the diner inside is too cool to miss.

Breakfast of blueberry pancakes, bacon and cup of earl grey tea. The food is good, but expensive. Thats Marin County. Service was good, not great. Took off one star because the fork still had bits of old food stuck to it and the sugar dispenser was greasy as hell. Shoreline is obviously very popular because it was really busy on a Sunday morning. They need to be better at keeping the place cleaner.I would eat here again.

Do not be fooled by a first glance at the outside- amazing breakfast with a classic diner vibe, and really personal service. The menu is very original and creative. Service was fast and attentive. We had the Machaca Hash (incredible, but they might be sold out because its amazing slow-cooked beef) and the stuffed french toast. Both were wonderful.

Ok, the food is ok! Long wait for food, be prepared to wait for 50min after your place the order, also, if you ok with arrogant and rude staff, this is the place, the service is terrible, and if you complain, it is like you made it worse!! Won’t be seeing me again!!

Brunch atmosphere with above average brunch prices and below average brunch food.Much too expensive. A simple eggs and toast breakfast was over $15 with tax and tip. The food was okay, but nothing amazing. The tacos were actually much less than fine and the breakfast burrito was pretty basic and bland. Their in-house salsa was good, but didnt make up for everything else.

Food quality has declined. Everything was very watery… watery green juice and tomato sauce and refined beans with eggs were liquid… too bad as this place used to be great.

Great stop. Was looking for a cup of coffee driving through Sausalito and stumbled upon this place. First of all, everyone working here was over the top friendly and helpful. Great spot sitting outside. Great breakfast. My wife saw someone with a BLT and the bread looked great, asked if she could get toast with that bread and they went back in, figured out what bread it had been and out came some awesome grilled toast. Perfect to sop up the yolk from our Huevos Rancheros.

Rude staff, won’t let you change seats if you don’t like where you’re sitting and they’ll tell you in a blatantly rude way. The lazy manager would rather have upset customers than wipe down the table and let his customers switch tables. This is the type of restaurant that shouldn’t have survived the pandemic. The manager has no respect for new customers trying to have a nice meal at this less than average restaurant. I suggest you elsewhere to have a regular breakfast with better customer service.

LOVE this place. Its like a diner, but its super healthy and it has flavor from the influence of Mexican cuisine. Its not cheap, but its organic and awesome.

Randomly found this spot on our way to Muir Woods. The food is really good. There is a bit of a wait time but it totally worth it. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients. I ordered a vegetarian scrambled egg and chicken sausage. Absolutely delish! If you are around please drop by! And oh yes the staff are super nice as well :)

The hash was fantastic some of the best I ever had. The coffee was ok nothing to write home about. Service was good enough. I would definitely go back for more if the hash.

Worst huevos rancheros on the planet. They charged me for a couple slices of pickled jalapeños, werent even roasted fresh. Tortillas arent homemade. No bell peppers or onions with the huevos. Beans came from a can. Huevos were bland. Huevos were swimming in water. No hashbrowns with the meal. Ill never return. Save your money

I was first introduced to Huevos Rancheros at The Shoreline Cafe as a little girl with my two brothers. As a child I was a picky eater and would be a rare occurrence to stray from pancakes for my breakfast of choice. One time I tried my dads Huevos Rancheros and loved it! My breakfast horizons had forever been expanded. Ever since I moved out of Marin county I had been on the hunt for a new restaurant that met my Huevos Rancheros standards and still to this day have not found a restaurant quite like The Shoreline Cafe. Thankfully I have moved back to the area and will gladly jump at the opportunity to come and get a delicious plate of Huevos Rancheros.Over the decades since the early 90s my father would take my two brothers and myself to breakfast, we have since grown up and moved away to our own homes. Even when I grab breakfast by myself the owner asked how my brothers and father are doing. The staff is friendly and I was amazed they remembered my family and me from so long ago. Now thats attention to detail that is seldom seen today.As long as theyre open I would gladly come to eat at The Shoreline Cafe, a true place of old Mill Valley nostalgia!

Terrific. Mellow Marin diner vibe, Stumptown coffee, quick and courteous service, great food. Tennessee Valley Toast and hash browns both highly recommended.

Magic breakfasts. My favorite place to eat for quality, health and flavor.

Nestled in a corner of a little mall, this little diner offers classic diner food alongside Mexican-inspired creations. Yes, for breakfast there’s the traditional 2 eggs, toast and bacon but you can also get mole eggs with lime crema and pico de gallo. At lunch dig into a tuna melt, BLT, chicken enchiladas, or the flavorful conchinita pork (as a wrap, taco or sandwich). There’s outdoor seating, which is really nice on a sunny day.

All I can say is WOW! We randomly found this coffee spot on google while searching for local breakfast spots. The atmosphere is very warm, the staff super friendly and the food.... amazing.The mole is homemade and easily the best I’ve had but coupled with eggs and hash browns for breakfast, it’s a game changer. Bottom line, Shoreline Coffeemaker Shop is great place to grab a good cup of coffee and an excellent breakfast.

Unassuming cafe with excellent and delicious offerings. I highly recommend this place as Ive never ordered two sets of toasts, but their rustic toasted and buttered bread with their high quality apricot jam is irresistible! 😋 Their seasonal veggie omelette was beyond my expectations and the hash browns were wonderful and not oily.I was a bit concerned when I saw the old hand drawn menu and the modest assortment of pasteries. It looked like an average cafe, but the food and coffee were top notch and its literally a hidden gem!

So this review is based solely on the coffee and almond croissant I bought there. Coffee is horrible. Almond croissant is pretty good. Since it said coffee shop, I walked in expecting it to be just that, wanted to get a quick coffee before catching the Muir woods shuttle. Didnt realize it was a full on diner.

My first restaurant experience with covid. UghI was rushed to order, chased for not waiting for a bill since I left cash, and my granola had 1 piece of fruit. Not comfortable at all. Go there if you want to spend 50 bucks on ok food and an anxious staff.

The presentation of the food on the plate was sloppy on old mis-matched plates.The coffee was not good (was it Sanka)? and it cost $3.50! Ive been going to this place for 15 or 20 years whenever I get on my vintage motorcycle with my buddies and go for a ride on . We tank up at the local gas station and then come in here and have a simple good breakfast and then peel off heading up to Marshal or the coast in points North returning to Stinson Beach for a nice glass of wine before heading over the hill. Definitely check it out the wait staff is very very friendly and the food is simple and good.

I just moved from SF and my boyfriend surprised me and I am in love with this place. The menu is creative, healthy and gluten free option. Coffee is super strong and dark but not bitter, so its perfect. I tend to get the avocado with toast and the eggs on the side. Service isnt the best but never rude so Im ok with that.

Let me tell you: The GREAT FOOD is RIGHT HERE!! From the delicious coffee (and we got boring old black coffee) to the fresh & lovely Green Drink (mmm!!), you cannot go wrong. My hubby enjoyed his burger (and hes a flat-out burger professional 😁😂🤣) - he had the one with habañero blue cheese 😳 which he doesnt even LIKE blue cheese, yet he loved the way this particular burger tasted! I had the Tennessee Valley Toast 💖 a most delicious slice of rustic bread (we ordered an additional side of this bread with jam ... yummy!!) topped with avocado (NOT a skimpy amount either!) and wilted kale with a couple PERFECTLY fried, sunny-side-up eggs (not runny, yet still so softly cooked!!). We added a side of Cabot Cheddar & Jalapeño hash browns, too...I wish I wasnt stuffed and that we have to move on with our day, leaving beautiful breakfast behind ... !! Id eat it all again this instant 😆
