Whatre the deal with hanging to give all the personal info everytime I get an oil change?

First, if you’re going to email coupons, be immediately specific about what the coupon covers or doesn’t cover. I arrived with a $15 off coupon only to be told it’s only good on a high dollar oil change ($80 vs $40 oil change service).Second, I was NEVER greeted. Just took my info, tried multiple times to upsell me for items my vehicle did not need. Then, began some “shop lingo” babble about me checking different exterior lights. If he hadn’t been pointing, I wouldn’t have understood a single word.Finally, I don’t believe they actually checked any of the items listed to be checked. If he had, he would have realized my tire pressures were low as was my washer fluid.Even though they are close to my home, it’s doubtful I’ll frequent this slop shop again. Service and personnel would rather be doing just about anything else.

The Manager Daryl is very caring! 😁 He knows exactly what hes doing! He puts his heart into his work, and makes sure that all of his employees are doing their best for every customer. He can do a fabulous job for a headlight restoration! Any time someone comes in for a check on anything he hops right to it! He cares about his customers! He makes sure they have the absolute BEST service!!🥰🥰 And to top it off the shop is always clean!! And the bathroom, and lobby are always clean! I recommend American Lube Fast in Millbrook to everyone!!

Went in for a top off on oil. Asked if they would check for leak from engine seal bc Chevy house said it had to be fixed & was 10 hour job. The guys checked & sure enough no leak. They just save me money & time. Most impressive is all the guys who work there. Knowledgeable & really friendly. Thanks guys!

Got a coupon for $15 off high mileage oil change, and then got there and was told I couldnt use it, it was for synthetic only, even though the coupon specified which oil changes. Also never checked my lights, brake lights, reverse lights, etc. like they use to. But did recommend all these expensive services (upsells) The crew they had here before this new crew were amazing, and since this new crew came in, it has not been the same. Unfortunately I will not be doing oil changes anymore here. Ill go back to doing them myself. I stopped doing them and started using this place cus the service use to be amazing here and very friendly, not anymore

Was there for over an hour with just one car ahead of me. After the oil change he told me he no longer carried the regular oil and charged me $49 instead of the 36.99 on the board and did not tell me in advance. When I asked him to check and top off my brake fluid he said he no longer did this. Terrible texperience. Me, family and friends will never go there again

Suggested an engine flush at an extra 29$ to help with knocking in engine . My truck broke down today . After I paid 79$ total for oil change and engine flush ... I do not recommend! They started shouting orders at me as soon as I pulled in to do checks they are supposed to perform ....brake lights, blinkers, etc

Horrible service. On June 10th my oil filter cap was broken by them so I had to leave my car. When went to get another oil change by different company we was told we had an slow oil leak and took it to Toyota only to find out when they supposedly replaced our oil filter the o-ring was missing and the center piece wasn’t tight which caused the slow oil leak. Contacted the manager Darryl and he wants to argue that we are wrong and that the parts came already together which Toyota have shown how the parts come. It’s going on 2 weeks and manager still doesn’t care and told me that he couldn’t get in touch with his Gm and when he do then he will call me. We was told when we took car to Toyota that damage would be paid for but once Toyota got done and called them we had to pay for it out of pocket which we couldn’t afford to pay !

I’ve always used this American Lube Fast in millbrook but this time was the time !!! I took my husbands truck and let them know all his info is in the computer as to what kind of oil change he needed and I also let them know I just wanted an oil change, I dropped the truck off and let them know I would pick it back up at lunch, when I went to pick it up they had changed the cabin filter and charged me for it and also there was $5 missing out of my console, yes I know that’s not a lot of money but it’s the fact they stole from me !!! I will never be back and will start using prattville location !

I’ve been going to this business since last year . My dad noticed oil was leaking from my car when I had it parked . So I took it to my mechanic and they told me that this company failed to tighten my oil knob when they did my oil change. If my dad hadn’t seen the leak my car would’ve been leading oil and would’ve locked my motor . I called the manager and he sounded unapologetic.Never will I go back to them

As I only had a oil change I can only rate that service. I have to say I was impressed with the service. The employees were very thorough. They checked headlights, breaklights, backup lights, all caps under the hood, all fluids and tired pressure. They even showed me the dipstick before and after oil change. The communication between the employees was wonderful clear and concise communication was given when a vehicle entered, what step the employee was taking, how much oil was in the car at the start. It is clear the employees care about safety and their customers

I love taking my personal and business vehicles here. The guys that work there are very nice and courteous. I never feel any pressure (to have extra things done) there as I would at other oil changing places. They are respectful and informative. I recommend any one to go here!

Terrible place...dont waste your money here. Simple oil change and they didnt put oil filter on right...oil all over driveway and paid another shop $100 to fix problem and $200 to clean driveway. Told them and they laughed and said it happens wouldnt pay for any of the damage. Next had brake pads changed...left off the rim cover and then threw it away...cost me $80 for new one. Went in for a other oil change and the price on the wall said $57 they tried to charge me $70...when i asked why was it more they rambled on about something and they board isnt right. They are dishonest and dont back up their work.

I recently have had two different vehicles worked on there, the last being an 06 Malibu Max. In both instances the repairs were handled with professionalism and the techs team were courteous and reasonable. I would really hate to see them leave and I hope that this isnt true.

I waited outside for 30 minutes and once I was in the oil change bay i was in there for right at 1 hour. All I got was an oil change and it took a solid hour. Theres no way Ill go back here when I can find a 10 minute oil change place right down the road.

Took my jeep to get an oil change and an A/C repair - lets just say now I am talking to their District Manager whom referred me to their insurance company. The DM advised me that the insurance company will advise them on what to do - The insurance company said YES fix it / however now the District Manger and Store manager (Dave) said no its not their fault - I bought the jeep brand new / I am the only driver / they were the ONLY one whom worked on the A/C EVER and now it is broke / Another shop explained what happened (long story) - Now I am in the process of calling the DM boss and the insurance company back / why would the DM and SM say no when the insurance company said YES - I will keep everyone posted!!! - Just heard back from The District Managers supervisor - So sad what hard working people have to go thru in order to get Justice........... Again I will keep you posted as the boss said no even thou the independent adjuster said YES - All over less than 500.00 - Wow - I see why independent repair shops have a bad name - This store has a C- rating with the BBB - so sad.
