Bathroom was out of order but other than that pretty decent store

Receipt paper at gas pumps werent stocked. Customer bathroom out of order. Not so great.

Everytime i go to this gas station really late at night there is always a woman locking the doors so no one can come in and saying they are closed. It doesnt matter what time it is she does the same thing every time. It says 24 hours. So im not sure why she tells everyone its closed.

Terrible customer service experience. We had to ask about restrooms which were out of order they said. Staff was not wearing face masks during a mandated face mask order. No restroom available for people fueling up, but I bet they arent working all day without a restroom. This is unacceptable for a large gas station convenience store chain located on the interstate. Should have signs posted because Id have definately gone on down the road and spent my money somewhere else if Id known.

Prattville location. I use the same pump everytime and everytime I have to go in the store to get a receipt. I was told by the rude associated that there is paper in it but it just gets hung up. Really, I must have to worst lucky ever to never get a receipt. Instead of talking to your friend why dont you go fix it. In the day of covid I shouldnt have to go inside when the employee and her friend dont have thier face covered.

A lot of items seem over priced when it comes to self serve beverages. What fuel stop disregards the small things at the pump? Things like fuel/oil spills, not windows washing equipment, and no working restrooms.

This used to be a great place to get slushies from but now they have changed the cups where they are so small and it doesnt make any sense shame on you circle k

No bathroom, no windshield cleaning equipment, not trash cans.

I only get gas there because of the sweet lady named Dottie(love speaking with her).The manager Sabrina speaks to her employees in a very rude,unprofessional manner.It is highly likely,that is the reason why there is so many different faces at this location that use to be an entec.Learn to appreciate your staff as well as your customers!

The gas is a tiny bit cheaper but their bathrooms are “Out of order” and the people working here aren’t very friendly.

Went in there tonight and there was a lady named janice and i dont remember the older womans name, but yall need to get janice out of that stote she is not gonna do anything good for it!!!

Definitely two of the most rude inconsiderate unfriendly cashiers I have ever dealt with.
