Female worker always has something to say about me and my friends buying squishmallows. Hope she gets her panties out of a wad. Rude, unprofessional, and annoying. Won’t be coming back here thanks to her.

The service is always incredible up front and the store is very clean. I require monthly trips to the pharmacy so it is nice that people are so helpful and positive.

Walgreens has always been a good pharmacy. The only thing that I can think of improving is the drive up waiting time. I think another person should help during the afternoon rush hours. So sorry to see Barry leave. He always was there to help any problem, miss him.

After the poor experience I had with the Prattville Walgreens, I called the Millbrook Walgreens trying to see if they had a class II prescription. Whoever answered the phone was nice. She checked to see if the prescription was available and it was. I also told her I had already been waiting 2 hours at the Prattville Walgreens and she stated that she would make sure that I was marked as waiting for the prescription and it would only be about 20 to 30 minutes. Well then I get to the drive-thru window and the girl was rude then she proceeded to tell me it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait for the medication. Took my prescription and took it to the Wetumpka pharmacy, they were great!!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy you can use. Call them and they say prescription is ready and waiting for you then when you get there after driving 30 miles they say its not ready, cant be filled, doctor didnt write it right, insurance company wont cover it this time.... Always somebody elses problem. Havent had a script filled on time or without a problem yet. They wont answer the phone for another pharmacy when I try to transfer my scripts to get better service.

I have severe chronic illnesses - for those in this area, we have local and chain store pharmacies to select from - In short, Ive tried both - this Walgreens is the benchmark in personal care and treatment. Pharmacist like Kay are the justification for the high standards, she and the staff go above and beyond consistently. Uniformly, the other pharmacist are of the same propensity. I have never used a better pharmacy. God Bless.

Very poor service and rude

From the front checkout to the pharmacy, hands down the best pharmacy around! Some store prices are way overpriced but thats the price for convenience. .pharmacy staff are absolutely the best!

Went to drive thru at Millbrook Alabama Walgreens location to pick up my husbands prescription earlier today. The girl that worked the window, didnt get her name but she had long brunette hair and glasses was extremely rude and cut me off before I could even ask her questions regarding his prescription and insurance. Then when I asked where the debit card was because usually the other nice ladies place it in an envelope with the receipt she pointed at the bottom of the kiosk and when I finally figured out what the nerd was saying she said there you gooooo about 3 times like I was a child. I will no longer shop here and both me and my husband will start using another pharmacy for our prescriptions. Whoever she is does not need to be in a customer service position at all.

The Customer Service here is the best. We mainly go here for the Pharmacy and Barry and Kayla are AMAZING. They are always so helpful and caring. The Best Walgreens EVER!!!!

Prescriptions promised yesterday at 7:00 PM; still not ready or STARTED at 8:25 am today. NO apology, nothing! Poor customer service and made to feel as though I was bothering them trying to get my medication!

Ive always preferred Walgreens and the staff here really is top-notch, especially Barry, but ever since RiteAid closed and CVS had their little tussle with BCBS insurance, this location has become SO busy that you cant hardly get in. I just sat on hold for 16 minutes waiting to speak to someone about my prescription and then got hung up on. I cant go after work because the line of cars is all the way across the parking lot starting before 5pm. I dont think anyone in this store is doing anything wrong but it appears that corporate really needs to recognize the influx in business and allow them to staff more people all day long. You used to be able to wait in store for a prescription, but now, even if your rx is something that doesnt even have to be counted, the wait is 2+ hours. It makes me really sad to have to consider another pharmacy.

Mostly helpful and friendly staff. Always clean, and well stocked. This location lives up to what I expect of walgreens!

Pharmacy is always understaffed and on more than one occasion I’ve had to come back for the correct medication. No one should have to wait 20 minutes or more in line to get medicine.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Its not per se this store but Walgreens in general, DO NOT PURCHASE WALGREENS GIFT CARDS!!! if something is wrong with the Walgreens gift card you purhase it isnt the stores problem only way to handle is through corporate and they said it would take 3 to 4 days for someone to even contact us about the gift card we paid cash for. Then they have to mail you a new one. Ridiculous!

Ever since they took perscriptions from another pharmacy, they are overwhelmed and they havent hired additional staff to keep up with the increase of customers. I suggest another pharmacy in this area--even Walmart is better.

Barry and Melissa always go out of their way to make the customer happy.

My prescriptions have not been filled multiple times despite being requested through the app and auto refill. This last time I had a prescription expire before my last fill even though I requested it to be filled through their phone system so the excuse of the “app not working properly” as they told me before couldn’t be the case. I had to go back to the doc and get a new script and then had to come in again and the outside line was all the way to the street per usual and many people in line inside were also aggravated with how long the wait time was. I stood in line over 20 minutes and decided just to leave. I will be taking my business elsewhere and it seemed like half the line was saying the same as well.

Always have to wait unreasonable amount of time and they are always understaffed 🙄
