The variety of Russian foods and drinks here are more than one can imagine. I love getting the tarragon drinks here, so so delicious! Will be back soon, I love this place

Awesome place to go for Eastern European meats, cheeses, and other cultural food. I come in every other weekend to try new foods! Always very friendly, and I love how it’s family owned and operated.

I have been here a couple of times and their selection is great, and everything I got was fresh. A lot of variety of Russian and Eastern European foods, including good Deli selection. They also have some homemade pasties and deserts. Everything is reasonably priced and good quality.

Best and perhaps only place to find Eastern Europe food in Utah. Not too expensive either!

I cannot describe the joy. From foods I have missed, to all of the staff I have interacted with being friendly and helpful. Even on the chaos of New Years Eve, they took time to help and chat. Wonderful place!

Every time I crave something from back home they always have it; grape leaves for dolmas, caviar, salami, sproti, fresh baked bread, pastries, etc. And if they don’t, the owners are always on top everything, so just ask.

One store where you can find imported food from Europe particularly Eastern part of it. Prices are reasonable. Its a small store in a some plaza. It could be a bit more clean. The personal is frieandly and useful. Today a box of cookies I bought broke and instead of replacing it they taped it to my surprise when I got home...

A very authentic Russian store with delicacies from around the world.

This place is amazing.Being from Europe I was really looking forward to tasting home again.They have Pick salami and kolbasz, candy from many different countries, pickles, lots of Russian cakes.The employees are very nice and helpful.It was a hit difficult to find the shop (had to go around the complex) but it was so worth it.

Staff are friendly and all speak fluent Russian, products are decently priced considering all imported. They have a good amount of selections.

This place has a large selection of European and Russian foods. Not to mention authentic Turkish Delight. Fresh baked goods are available as are an assortment of meats and cheeses. The Naan bread is well priced and delicious. Highly recommend! Dont forget to say spasiba on your way out.

I went there for the first time because my husband forgot our babys water bottle and I had to buy one. The clerk named Andrew gave me the last one he had for free. He was very sweet and suggested a nice chocolate which I did buy! I dont live in Utah (was visiting family) but if I did Id become a regular for sweet treats and baklava!

The gentleman working here every time we come is always very cheerful and helpful, happy to explain what different items are and how they are made. We make a point to stop and load up when we come to Utah!

Great place to explore for new things. While it is more Russian than anything, The people are very helpful and can tell you what it is you are looking at. No all Russian, lots of Europian items. Prices are fair.

They have some Romanian food like zacuscă; pickled cabbage for sarmale; pufuleți; cabbage, cheese and meat pastries made fresh and similar smoked meats as one finds in Romania.

This is the only store around that I know of that carries actual Russian groceries and sells some Russian prepared food. Im so happy to know about it!

I reqlly like European Tastees. The staff is very friendly, they have a great selection of chocolate, and other groceries, and the prices are very reasonable compared to the other few stores around who sell the same products for much more.

I love this place. I have been to Bulgaria numerous times and came to appreciate many of their foods. European Tastees sells quite a few items that are imported from Bulgaria including lutenitsa and feta cheese. They also have fresh baked breads, cheese and deli meats from Europe. I stock up on many items each time I go. The staff are friendly and helpful. I do drive across the city to shop here

This store is very much like walking into a nice store in eastern Europe. There are a ton of Russian products, which is why I love it.There are jams, juices, sodas, breads, candies, picked stuff, sausages and cheeses, and a bunch of other good things.

As an Eastern European they have a lot of the stuff I crave from back home. I also like their fresh goods. Also, ask them for a punch card, is you spend more than $30 theyll punch it for you and then you get $20 off when the card is full.

Some products have passed the good through date so be areful buying items like salo, pelmeniand caviar. Prices are too high, most of the products made in Brooklin!Cmon guys!

European? No. Is say 95% is russian products. Authentic tho, with that authentic/imported price tag as well. They have some baked goods which are made that are quite good. Meats, etc. As with russian tradition, dont expect people to be overly friendly.

The store its self looks a bit run down but I was very happy to find treats, juices, каша, drinks and ice cream identical to that found in Russia and Ukraine. Staff also spoke Russian which was nice. Nostalgic and welcoming.

Love the Eastern European food offerings. Go and stock up on canned good every few months. Some things are rather pricy but where else can you find this all. Most items are marked for prices unlike another Russian store Ive been to. Check experation dates though. Really hoping theyll finally open the restaurant one day.

Russian store with great selection. I did not have any experience here with buying stuff only to realize that it was expired (five star worthy already). Hope it stays this way. Staff is always polite. Fresh produce section is pretty good and carries tasty seasonal items. Extensive deli meat variety.

Great imported foods and gifts. Fresh fruit and vegetables and hearty breads.

This is a place, where I go to get all the goodies, when I miss my home country. Russian bread, great cheese, amazing smoked meats, kvas, sweets, pickles...... You name it, they have it. Staff is very, very accommodating. To be honest, i can easily spend 1/2 of my Paycheck there.

Their selection alone earns them 5 stars. The checkout wait is often long, and the floor could be cleaned a little more frequently, but when you see what they have you wont notice anything else. One of the best specialty food stores in the Salt Lake area.

Food is expired! Everything we got is expired....Spent over 50 and and it expires in 2018....Im very confused... is this how the dates are supposed to be? No way all of this food is expired

It shouldn’t be called “European Tastees” it should be called “Soviet Tastees” it literally only has Eastern European foods and nothing from the west. That being said, they have a large selection of good foods and fresh bread.
