Ive never had such an amazing car buying experience. Billy was a dream to work with, gave me gentle advice, and wrapped up my entire AND TOTALLY ONLINE deal in less than 24 hours start to finish, including delivery FOUR HOURS AWAY. I got a better payment than I thought, the PERFECT car, inside and out, delivered right to my door! And honestly I felt like I was treated so fairly, with total respect the entire time. As a woman, thats still so rare to not be talked down to, or asked if I have to check with my husband, (what year is this???). NOTHING like that from Billy and the whole team. Everyone was top notch professional. Im seriously so blown away at how easy that was to buy my dream car. I cannot recommend them more highly!

When we first to Childre Nissan, it was to buy a Cadillac. Turned out it wasn’t a good fit for our needs. But we knew immediately we wanted to work with Billy Poole, and have him to help us find what we wanted. He was fantastic to work with, very patient and listened to what we were looking for. I researched the car, or actually truck (Yukon), that I was wanting and located it at Childre Nissan. I drove 7 hours from Bradenton, Florida to buy it sight unseen. I dealt with Leslie Madden, a most pleasant young lady, that dealt honestly with me throughout the purchase. If not for Leslie, I wouldn’t have driven the distance. I recommend this dealership.

I would highly recommend that anyone in the market for a vehicle take their business else where. If I could back up and start the process over again I would most definitely use someone whos got salespeople who actually know how to treat their customers. Heres my complaints, I went on a Tuesday morning and intentionally got there a little early in order to look at what choices were there only I didnt get there quite early enough because first thing the salespeople start closing in so ok everything Id enquire about would be to hard to find financing because of it being an older model vehicle with higher mileage and an outrageous price tag on it but of course they didnt bother mentioning the price its because of my not so great credit which Im sure plays a big part of it but I kinda got the feeling that if I was going to get a vehicle it was going to be one of their choice which wasnt all that bad of a choice cause I really do like the vehicle I purchased and I do appreciate them working with me to find financing. Now heres where the beginning of the lousy customer service comes in to play I was going to need a cosigner for the financing which wasnt an issue my mom agreed to sign with me but what she didnt agree to was to be placed as the actual buyer of the vehicle with me as a cosigner which makes absolutely no sense to me at all considering my credit isnt good enough to buy it to begin with and once we started singing the paper work I noticed that her name was in the buyers place and mine in the cosigner place and I said multiple times this isnt right Im the buyer not my mom and they refused to change it saying that its not going to make a difference that I would be listed as the buyer on the title well theres a very good reason behind me specifically telling them multiple times I needed to be listed as the buyer not my mom and again I was assured I would be well guess what I got my tag in the mail this week and low and behold guess whos right, well it definitely isnt the employees of childre Nissan and now due to the fact that my mom cant be listed on my insurance policy for matters I wont go into Ive either got to change it or find a different insurance agent so I called up childre Nissan and talk to Josh (salesman) and tell him whats going on thinking they would be willing to give me a hand in the matter considering it was their mistake to begin with but instead he says it would be completely up to me to refinance without having my mom cosign with me and I said that is the problem now she didnt cosign for me I cosigned for her. Well after a few different tries to explain the problem and basically being told its my problem not theres I said I would need to speak with a lawyer on the matter which I fully intend to do because after mumbling something I couldnt quite understand in a very condescending type voice he hangs up on me as I was trying to ask him to repeat himself so there ya have it folks take your money to someone who actually knows how to do there job without screwing up your paperwork.

This was the most pleasant auto deal I have done in a long time! Started off looking at 10 different trucks at 8 different dealers. Didn’t want all the the sales talk and sales people trying to get me in the showroom! I guess wanted the lowest price and then we would start narrowing it down. No phone calls just text or email! Right off Danielle at Childre Nissan did just that! Others didn’t! At first I really didn’t think much on the truck, so many desert runners out there, but this one was super low mileage so I just had to check it out. It was perfect! Got a really fair deal on trade in and they even match my loan from my credit union! I was in and out in a very short time! If you want a Nissan, well this is the place to go! When they say family, they make you part of the family!
Dealt with Rob and Jason on the phone multiple times over a 4 day period. Had a day and time agreed on to come finalize the deal. I took off 1/2 day of work and called prior to leaving my residence which is well over an hour away. Was told looking forward to seeing you, over 1/2 way into the ride I received a call that the vehicle was being looked at by another person and that the deal was probably going through. Since I was closer to Childre Nissan than home I continued and met with Jason only to be informed that the vehicle was indeed sold. (Damn that was really fast) Im not saying that I wont do business with Childre Nissan but I am saying they are defiantly going to have a hard time earning my respect before they can get my business

Terrible, will having you waiting holding your drivers license not even telling you what’s next or what you waiting for! And the guy that test drove my car (trade in) left my keys inside the car with my purse in it came back in the building and didn’t say anything i was thinking he still had my keys ... just like i HANDED him my keys he should’ve gave them right back to me!!

The air compressor that was placed in my car 9 mths ago obviously was defective. I was told by the service guy it was nothing I did the compressor was building too much pressure so therefore that was a manufacturing defect. I was told I would have to pay $784.00 for a replacement because I was over the 12,000 mile mark. I confused on how is this my fault when the compressor was defective from the manufacturer. I don’t mind paying for the labor but the compressor I should not have to replace.

During the covid-19 social distancing, I was so impressed with the way Children Nissan Service department followed through with it. I did not have to stop into the service area at all. Chairs were arranged outside 6 away for the others; gloves were worn by everyone with whom came in contact with my car/me; no wait time; service was done quickly; all were very kind and personable! Love Childre Nissan from sales staff to finance consultant; to service area! They are always striving to give the very best service. Kudos to them!

My wife and I have been searching for a jeep for about 5 years now we stumbled across this nice, or so I thought 2008 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 79,000 miles on it, ok so cool went and looked at it, called first thing Friday morning, go test drive it drives great, my sales lady Danielle was amazing to work with, the issue is when i had to deal with the owners themselves the old man is very nice but his son Jason Childree, want to cop an attitude when you try and get some info on a car that at the time of purchase you were told it had just got new tires and rims thats why they were charging an extra 1800 and would not budge on the price. this was Febuary 26, 2021, ok purchased the vehicle under the assumption that it was in good mechanical health, wrong theyre delivery driver takes it to my house and drops it off, first time we go to crank it, No start, get try to jump it off nothing, get battery changed still dose the issue called and talked to Jason Childree the young man i suppose hes the grand son of the owner he had it straightend out and we would get it right monday morning! I called out there today and was met with immidiate tension by Jason Childree on the phone and started to get heated, so at that point I just hang up and go to the dealer get out there the car wont do what its doing, of course its a intermitent issue like the service bulletin says! This place only wantyed to give me my money back for the deal, and make me eat the price of that service call! not in this life time A*sHo*e! I just hope this review will save someone from getting BENT BYE these Snakes!

What a complete waste of time. David still had me drive way 2 hours away to look at a truck he knew had neen sold. Then passed me off to Paul who had the audacity to try and sell me something. Classic used car salesman bait and switch tactic at its finest.

They absolutely could not get their figures together. One time the price of a new truck was one amount, they would go away and come back and the number would be higher and they could not give me reasons for charges on the bill. They lured me their with a great Frontier for sale and when I got There the vehicle had vanashied- not one person of all the managers running around could tell me where this truck they had listed as an advertisement for their company had gone. Way to much trouble. Watch out if you go there, they are pros at something but it was not at selling vehicles.
As always, I was treated like an important customer. Aaron is one of the best customer service reps I have ever met. Last week I got a warning light to check tire pressure. I called Aaron and he told me to bring it by right away and he would check and fill if needed. We scheduled my oil change for a few days later. I expected delays because of the covid mess, but everything went smoothly and my service was accomplished quickly and efficiently. Very enjoyable doing business at Childre Nissan service department. That great attitude and service has to come from the top down, so it reveals the values of the organization.
So bought a ford escape from Rob he was super nice and had everything set up for us to come in and get out quick. No hassle! No trying to switch up the car we wanted. Easy and friendly! Gave us 2 years free oil changes too!
I have been searching for a white Murano SL with Cashmere Leather interior for quite some time with not much luck in Warner Robins and Macon. I found an incredible used one at Childre and stopped looking at Vroom & Carvana because those have such horrible reviews. I still wanted the contactless delivery option though!! I was very honest with Danielle at Childre about what I wanted and dang if she did not pull through higher than any expectation I had! Needless to say, I now have a gorgeous white Murano SL with cashmere leather in my driveway. It was delivered to me at no charge and my trade in was removed with no issues. I literally did all of the signing in my house with the delivery driver. So easy! If you want the absolute best treatment, use Danielle at Childre as your sales professional and Matt there as your financing expert. I never knew how truly AWFUL Five Star really was in Warner Robins until I met Danielle & Matt at Childre. Keep rockin’ on and doing customers right! I hope your bosses are impressed and proud of you both!
Made an appointment to see a 2018 Pathfinder on Tues 02/04/2020 at 5:15. After numerous emails from both the salesperson and her supervisor I was assured that the vehicle was available. I arrived at the dealership to be told that it had been sent to the body shop “ about 20 minutes ago due to a crack in the grill”. They assured me they let me know when it was available for me to come test drive.. today I check the website for this vehicle to find it marked as sold. I will not try again with them.

Josh Coffey is the MAN!!! My wife and I came in seriously in need of a vehicle now and another within the next week or so. Josh got me a deal on a brand new Altima and Rogue, all in the same day! My wife and I can finally relax as one of our main problems have now been solved. After I bought the Altima, I drove my wife home only to come back to find that he had already had my perfect 2nd vehicle (the Rogue) pulled up to the front and the numbers already ran on the vehicle in case I was interested! It was the most comfortable car buying experience of my life and very convenient! I think I spent an hour and a half total doing both deals. He got me crazy affordable payments on them and could not be more happy! We will definitely be back when it comes time for my kids to get their cars and for any other car buying needs I may have! Came in for regular servicing of my Rogue. During the inspection the mechanic determined that I needed a new battery :( Estimated $150 which I had not budgeted. I asked Aaron to double check because I know and trust him to only recommend what is truly needed. Aaron confirmed the need but he was able to give me a credit from the prior battery so I didnt have to pay the entire $150. This is just another example of Aarons exceptional customer service. Always looking out for the customer which is not common these days. I also appreciate the mechanic performing a good inspection which caught a potential problem that could have left me stranded had the battery conked out somewhere when I was on the road. They also rotated my tires which I purchased there last year and no charge for the rotation. :) It is always a pleasure doing business with an ethical company.
I would not recommend Childre Nissan to anyone! The service sucked! The salesperson had poor communication! Never called me back with some questions I had about a vehicle that I was planning on buying!! Not sure what the General Manager is teaching them but you dont let customers just walk out you are in the business to sell vehicles not let customers walk out the door!!

I had an appointment at 10am on a Wednesday, my car was not touched until the following day after 12pm the following day and the service technician still couldnt give me any information until Friday after lunch, three days later. When, I got my car back Friday evening there was another noise going on with my car that I have never heard. So, the services that I received was unsatisfactory.

I purchased a new 2018 Nissan Frontier from Childre Nissan on December 31, 2018. This was the fourth vehicle Ive purchased from them, and their unmatched customer service skills, along with their completely pressure-free style of selling cars and trucks are the main reason why. It was one of the shortest lengths of time Ive ever spent at a car dealership when looking to buy a new vehicle. I told them what vehicle I wanted to buy, the terms I was willing to agree to, and the total amount I was willing to pay. No haggling, no back and forth, no nonsense...and mostly, no waste of my time. I knew they were straight shooters before I even walked in the door, so I was confident the results would be very positive, and they were. The only thing that kept my experience from being absolutely perfect was that they had to get the truck I wanted from another dealer, and because of the New Years holiday, I had to wait a few days before I could take delivery of my new ride. Oil change and check skid light. The oil was changed and they reset the skid light and drove said front end was out of line and that I need needed front tires. Skid light was back on before I got home and I called to let them know. I have not heard anything back.

I was impressed with their help and up front pricing. I brought our car in for several scheduled maintenance items and I wanted some good inspections. CAREFUL! BEWARE! Know the law when dealing with these salespeople. They tried to charge me a $599 docking fee on top of the advertised price of the car.They only dropped the charge after I read the Georgia law to them. Then they claimed ignorance as if theyd never sold a car before.Skummy business practices, but still nice people. Dont want to hurt their rating..just want everyone to be aware.

My husband and I waited 4 hours for the salesperson to tell us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. We were trading in a vehicle, no one ever told us the value of our trade, no one told us any payment or payment plans on the vehicle we were looking at, and it took them twenty minutes to find the keys for our truck. I watched 3 couples come in and out car bought and sold in under an hour while we were waiting. I believe we were ignored simply for trying to buy a vehicle under 20k. I will NOT be going back and will NOT be recommending them to ANYONE.
If I could give this place a 0 I would! They sold me a lemon. I had to replace the transmission in my Sentra 3 times and the vehicle is only at 78,500 miles. The first time the transmission tore up they acted like they didn’t want to do any repairs even though I had warranty. My transmission tore up after only having the vehicle for 4 months. Awful place. Awful customer service. Happy to sell you a car but as soon as you’re off the lot they don’t give a rats behind about you. Butler Nissan in Macon is a life saver after dealing with this hell place. Butler Nissan happily did all the repairs and got me into a brand new 2020 Nissan Altima. GO TO BUTLER NISSAN!

I had an appointment at 8:30 am. at service department (which was made in earlier in the week). After about 4 hours, the service dept. still had not done anything that I requested. Car was just sitting in the lot. There is no reason to make an appointment if service is not going to be performed at the requested time. TOO MUCH WAIT TIME FOR AN APPOINTMENT!!!!😤
