They never disappoint. I have been using them for a few years now. I have always had a a good experience with them. They do excellent work, which is why I keep coming back. I am not one of those people that will allow just anyone to touch my car. Too many hands leaves too many rooms for error. So there is only a select few. They are at the top of this list. I appreciate all they have done. Although I do not enjoy putting my car in the shop, as long as they are open, i will return when I need them.So thank you to the crew that work here. You are all awesome and always friendly service.

Brought my car in with a coolant leak that caused me to have to jump my car every time I drove it. Got it back after a couple weeks, check engine light still on. A week or two later same problem started again. Brought it back to them for the same problem and they had my car for a MONTH before it was fixed. And even then, it still wasn’t fixed. So I had to bring it back for the THIRD TIME. Absolutely do not recommend. $600 and six months later and I’m still dealing with the same problem that I could’ve gotten fixed somewhere else. Do not come here. I drive a VW Passat, so don’t let these people near your vw.

Been using them 23 yrs...awesome service everytime

Tried to overcharge me. Wouldnt recommend their services.I had them install an exhaust system onto my car which they did a great job doing. A little bit later, the exhaust pipe was loose from the car, and I need a tire rotation, so I went to them for the tire rotation and to fix the pipe (thinking that since they were the ones to install the pipe, that they would fix the problem). I ask them to do the two tasks and requested a price for which Lisa says will be 20 dollars over the phone. I pick up my car late in the evening, so they were not at the shop. But, I went back later to pay for the services. When I get there, Lisa tells me that it will actually be 95 dollars for the work. I then respectfully ask her why it would be this much because I originally was led onto believe the work would be twenty dollars. After asking this question, she gives me my card back and says something along the lines of it doesnt matter in a decently aggressive tone. I think they are nice folk and never had a problem with them before, but Id say this was pretty unprofessional, and it made me feel scammed. I do not just have a hundred dollars laying around, and I was led on to believe the work would cost twenty dollars on the phone. My feedback would be that you need to be more clear on pricing and letting someone know when you are charging them a hundred dollars before doing the work. I have read some of these reviews, and I dont think I am the only one with this sentiment.

My daughter who attends GCSU recently had her car shut off while on the road. It was around 4pm. After calling a few shops in the area, all of which were either busy or didnt answer the phone, I happened to stumble upon Complete Auto Car. The lady that answered the phone was very pleasant. I explained to her what the situation was, and that I needed to have a tow truck tow the car to the shop for them to look at it. It was almost closing time at this point, but she said bring it right in. The tow truck driver left it there overnight and the next day the shop looked at it and determined that the alternator needed to be replaced. It was done quickly and at a reasonable price. I am happy with the entire experience and the way things turned out. I cannot speak yet about the overall quality of the repair, and whether I will have to return the car, because the job was only completed today, but for now the car is running fine again. Thanks Complete auto care. I appreciate it.

Towed the car to them and instructed them to give me a quote and do no work until I had approve. I was informed they would never work on a vehicle without the owners consent. 3 days later she gave me a quote of 525.00 so I asked the time frame to have it complete and I was informed the mechanic had been working on it already for an hour so it should be soonWell to say the least I was shocked but was to find out that wasn’t the end. I arrived to pick up my car to a bill of over 700.00. Wait we’re not finished lol I Paid the bill and went to my car and it wouldn’t crank which is the very problem it was towed there forSide note they were asked to replace a light bulb while there but guess what?? Didn’t hapoenThe gentleman had it fixed within the hour and so far it’s running good.I’m guessing he did a good job but considering trust and honesty are important to me I won’t use again

They are very slow do not take your vehicle to these people youll be waiting weeks or months before they get to your vehicle. The mechanics are very slow about doing things. They give you excuse after excuse as to why they havent gotten to your car. Or maybe their just that way with black costumers. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been going here for over a year. I have always been happy with their service. I find them to be very honest and I trust them completely. They tell me the price up front and never have suggested unnecessary repairs. They even came up with far less expensive solutions for me over what the dealership was telling me to do. I am thankful to have a place I can trust so much.

I took my Dodge Dakota there to have the a.c. worked on. The mechanic was very rude 2 different times and told me electrical issues dont keep my doors open. I left there crying because of how much attitude he gave me, and the fact that he made me feel like it was hopeless.I called R&M Services Center. The owner was very nice to me. He even spent 20 minutes looking over it with me, offering possible easy fixes and checking minor potential problems....and charged me nothing! I am dropping my truck off with R&M today!!

I was in and out in one day. I am a regular here and repairs are always done quickly and at very reasonable prices. The owner/head mechanic always takes time to explain the problem and repairs being done.

Took my bmw here to fix a misfire somewhere paid $500 almost $600 for the repair car still has the same problem. Took my mercedes here like 2 months ago to replace ac compressor and tensioner paid $800 for the repairs when i go to pick up my car now the key wont turn the car over (a problem i never had before) now ive been waiying on calls and updates they never call or even try to keep me updated! Not once! And its going on 2 months now. Terrible experience!
