Boxes lined up all over the store that need to be stocked. You can’t even get to the items you’re looking for. When the manager is there it runs smoothly. When she’s not, you can definitely tell the difference. The lines on the weekend when there’s only one register open, even though there’s another worker that could assist. It can be ridiculous sometimes.

That sales associate who handled my purchase was such a nice man. He needs more hours or he said he is going to quit. If he quits than I will never Shop at dollar general again at the location. And I will stop my mom n grandma from shopping there too

Each trip is hit or miss shopping experience wise. No shortage of junk food not seen at stores that kids will want! Bring your kids at your own financial risk!

Our dollar general is pretty good! Clean mostly and nearly always stocked... Ive been to hella lot worse.

People there were friendly and polite

I went in to find some baking soda but found everything but...the cashier was nice. the store was slightly cluttered but this seems to be pattern for most Dollar General stores...so, that being said, it was pretty neat compared to other locations Ive visited. I was able to find some off-brand drain declogger for a dollar/bottle, so not a bad visit.

Love it so clean that is if it is the one on Hwy 51 going towards Mumford. It is beautiful, organized, friendly service, products look fresh and not out of date. It is kind of hard to get in and park. Its one way in and one way out. Its worth it to go!!!!

They dont make their orders correctly, so they dont ever have half of what they should have. They also ignore the register area to sit in the office, or pretend to stock shelves, while customers wait. Have had to yell for someone to come to the register several times. No wonder its so easy for the neighborhood kids to steal from there. The employees are lazy, and dont care.

I live in the neighborhood and I am so very excited about the new look. It has everything.

Its convenient. The wait can be a bit much at times but the customer service here is good. Very knowledgeable staff and some employees are more friendly than others. I prefer coming in the mornings cause later in the day its tends to get crowded and they only have one register open.

This place is severely understaffed and the staff that they do have seem to have a I dont care attitude. Store shelves are frequently bare or seem as if a hurricane ravaged the place. I frequent the place weekly and never has there been 2 cash registers open, regardless of the length of the line. This has always been the case since the opening day of the new store. Dollar General should invest more time and money into their staff, you get what you pay for.

New renovations look nice.

It USED to be really clean and well stocked. Lately it is in total disarray, boxes are all in the aisle and they hardly have anything on the shelves. I asked were they going out of business...they said No. I dont know if theyre under new management or just dont have enough help. They give excellent service, I guess why I keep going.🙃🙃

If I can avoid going, I do not go, not one time have I been in any Dollar General, that I didnt have to walk around or move stuff out of my way to shop.All of it really ought to be put on the shelves or put in a storage area. If its a newer store then its usually clean. It seems if the store has been around more than a year they become very cluttered. For paper and staple items its much better than Walmart

I routinely have to walk out of here because I dont have time to wait in line for 30 minutes.In fact, its so bad that I could probably go to Kroger and itd be about as fast.

Seem to not know their own sale prices. Will tell you No its not on sale when the tags say that it is. Make sure to check the expiration date on food items.

Theres never enough staff on duty. This issue is universal- not just at this store. I understand that retail can be a hard gauge for a schedule.

This is a great lityle neighborhood store. They sell a little bit of everything. Great prices on toiletries and cleaning products.

The worker are nice but just lazy. There are boxes everywhere and ability it find things are just limited. There is either too much stuff smushed on the shelves or nothing of what you are looking for. Pretty sure workers are taking it home and using it for themselves. It(the store) will be empty for 2 months and loading trucks are on the lot almost every week. Like I said, the people arent rude or anything. Its just boxes(or everything smushed on shelves) or you cant find anything. Not reliable for finding things quick.

They have plenty of makeup, more than most locations. They run out of my ruffle flaming hot chips quick though.

This store has not been straight since shortly after grand opening. The shelves are never stocked. The merchandise that is seasonal is most of the time left in boxes on the shelves or in carts. Its hard to get around with all the stock on the floor still in boxes. Merchandise not being priced so you know what youre paying before you get to the register. Just sad to see the store like this and employees more concerned about being on their phones and outside smoking.

Why advertise coupons for items if you make it ridiculously difficult to use coupon?Even after signing up for the online account to get coupons, I still cant get any.Cashier seemed just as clueless. Mentioned that it can take up to 30 minutes for a coupon to get to their register!30 minutes does not warrant the name instant coupon.

This store is clean and organized and you can actually walk down the isles unlike the Millington location.

I wanted to go at 9:43 pm and the worker said it was closedBut the crowd was saying it closed at 10:00pm but he still didnt let us inHe said they closed 10 minutes before 10:00 if it is true then why do yall say it close at 10:00

How is this store still open for business? They have the worst attitudes. They dont want to answer questions. Then to add insult to injuries they close at unnecessary times like 7pm 8pm.
