Worst customer service!!! Manager was rude and gave wrong price for almond milk! I asked her about the price and she walked off. Cashier Did not give corporate number after asking several times. However lady from corporate office was sitting behind the register and did not try to intervene. Theres a new manager/employees at this location every few weeks. The store is messy and unorganized. I will start shopping at Dollar General !!

Where do I even start. Filthy store, a constant rotation of new employees, management that seems more keen on smoking cigarettes out front than managing the store or heaven forbid, actually training employees. This Family Dollar is fortunate it is surrounded by a lot of pedestrian traffic and lower income housing. If it had to compete with another dollar store it would have ranked long ago.

Dirty out side and inside. The parking lot is always trashy. Inside of store needs a good sweep and mop. Boxes all over the place hard to maneuver a cart through the maze of boxes. Lots of staff changes the staff is slow ringing up stuff. Staff also have no social skills a simple Hello 👋 would do for me. Rude...😡

Love this place! The staff and management is great! The only thing wrong is that they dont have stock. It is more convenient to come to this store as well as economical but when I go they do not have what I need. They said that the truck doesnt come on time and other things. It is a shame that this store doesnt meet the needs of our community. Its a great store with great employees I wish that this can be resolved!!!

The people are great and always working trying to get stock out. I am a merchandiser and this store needs a complete reset to get items organized. They are always polite and trying to get stock out. They need updates on store lay out. I would be interested in helping at no charge. This is where I shop and needs help

I love Family Dollar!!! The manager is wonderful! I wish that they had better help so that this store can reach its full potential as in when I go there the stock is not out, they run out of bags, she cannot do it by herself. She is an asset to the company but it looks like the company leaves her hanging!!!!!!!!

I did love family Dollar store till they sold me a used phone not even the kind I was paying for in the wrong box, the wrong battery and charger. Then gone say they cant take it back cause it been open, evidently its been open before if its got the wrong stuff in the box and the books been torn and taped back up.

Couldnt find any clorox or bathroom tissue, paper towels.

They had no plastic bags and they wouldnt let you have any boxes. Also you had to pick your way around the stock that were all over the aisle to to try to get to what you were trying to find. Very messy store. I ran the receiving at garden ridge and our store was never ever like that when the doors were opened for customers

Horrible customer service today by the manager, or who claimed to be the manager.Disorganization and misstocked on their part made things not ring up the same as the shelf. Refusal to fix or attempt to resolve the issue was made.

It is sad to see our neighborhood Family Dollar dying right before the communitys eyes. The place is filthy, nothing is stocked, the employees ignore you, the parking lot is full of debris and it has a old musty smell. I went to buy my cleaning products as well as toilet tissue, they was out of tissue, all the stock was dusty, and the piece of candy I wanted had ashes on it. I notified corporate. I hope they do something!
