Staff are all very friendly and helpful... I wish prices werent so high.. we are at the mercy of Hannaford because there is no other place to shop.

I dont know who manages this store, but they must be from here. Its obvious he or she has never been out in the world since they wont stock anything difficult to pronounce- things like tahini, filoand Morin . Their meat department is the absolute worst! The way mangle meat is a crime. You cant get as decent cut of beef VB or anything so exoexotic as a frozen turkey. They never have such common things such as frozen whipped topping or plain clothes pita bread. You cant even get a box of barley! This store is in need of new management.

Havent been to this Hannaford in awhile. Used to go all the time. Its a nice store, for a corporate store. Will be going here more often in the future, as I like the Millinocket Area, the mountain, the downtown, all that cool stuff. Will do a full review of this supermarket at a later date

The Hannaford in millinocket is very clean and has very friendly people working there. They also have more alcohol aisles than Ive seen in any other hannaford, lol. The deli makes a lot of good meals on the go, the staff is courteous and friendly, and its usually not that full of people. I also see them constantly updating their flowers and produce making sure the freshest stuff is out.

Great place, really nice employees, reasonably priced and well stocked. Dont listen to the narcissistic dullards who are crying on here about not being able to find enough vegan cheese.

They have a good 👍 selection of meats.

Some items are where you think they would be but then those items are in a weird spot. Not near the similar items. Organized by jars...brands or types of food.

The store itself is clean and well-lit. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I ask for help. My only problem with this store is space during this pandemic. I am a care-giver it is very important for me to stay healthy. The aisles are too narrow to keep proper distancing and customers ignore the floor signs that show the proper path to take to try and keep safe distancing. I was happy to see the staff wearing masks and sanitizing their hands, carts, and check-out counters.

Im appalled that this Hannaford store in Millinocket does not enforce mask wearing of customers in the store. They have signs saying that masks are required, but I saw many customers in the store without masks. The other day I had just walked in and I complained to the cashier about a man without a mask, but the cashier said that they could not do anything, so I walked out and went to Walgreens to get salad dressing, and fortunately everyone was wearing a mask in Walgreens. Ive been avoiding going in any stores in general in Millinocket as several places I have seen people not wearing masks. Today I absolutely had to go in to Hannaford for a few things, but I wore an N95 mask to protect myself, as Hannaford does not seem to care about their customers health. I again saw more customers without masks, and I complained to a store employee, and got the same answer that there was nothing they can do. This is unacceptable. As a note, I do not go to Hannaford in my home town of Plymouth, NH either, but rather I use Walmarts curbside pickup which is super convenient and easy to get a slot the next day (Hannaford there has curbside pickup but its next to impossible to get a slot).

Its a decent little Hannafords has everything that a standard Hannafords would have prices are about standard as well even though its out in the middle of nowhere sometimes they run out of stock a little bit early so its best to get there earlier in the day

Store is not the same anymore people seem to like going to the store in East Millinockett

This is the only grocery in Millinocket. If U go in late in the evening, a lot of stuff is not stocked. It isnt because they dont have it bcuz I got the nxt morning and low & behold the shelves will be stocked. If there was another store in townb

This is one of my favorite grocery stores ever! Included in this store is an efficient and friendly pharmacy and a redbox.Positives? : great prices, well stocked, superb produce, good sales, clean, friendly and efficient staff, and well organized.Negatives? : I wish that more cash registers were open.. And I wish they carried more bulk items.This is not a HUGE store, but is big enough that I always get everything I want/need.On the occasion that I venture to another store, I always regret it. Highly recommended!

Its a small full size supermarket with a deli, butcher on site, and a bakery. Its very well stocked for such a small town. They have an organic isle. They sell beer, wine, and hard liquor. They have a full pharmacy. They almost always have someone to bag your items in the checkout line, and will ask if you need help out to your car. They have a large selection of fresh fruits, and vegetables. And all the staff are very friendly.

We stop at Hannafords when stocking up for camping food. Great prepared and general groceries are available. This year, I found an imported, uncured bratwurst from Germany. The Germans originated bratwursts, and alone, truly understand how to make them. That made camp food a notch up this year.

A lot of selection for this rural area. This Hannaford supermarket had a good percentage of the selection of the market basket I shop at in Nashua, New Hampshire, which is nearly twice the size of this Hannaford. Staff was very friendly too.

Honestly this is our go to grocery store in Millinocket. They do tend to have most things youll need but as a small grocer they dont have everything. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful. They were very accommodating when we requested a special order recently. I hope the town of Millinocket will see some growth and the store will start to offer more especially fresh seafood.

Great small Hannaford store however, the steamers are not always working in the seafood department. We have traveled in Maine and New York and wanted seafood very disappointed. Please fix the steamers!!!!

A local told me that lately their price costing has drifted back down since supply is a bit more stable and larger. I found that location of the outlet plays a large part of pricing. The local was very appreciative since the leavell of affluence being moderate low and volume is also small. Compared to other Stores people were more personal knowing everyone, me being new transplant manager jumped right up to alertness trying to acomadate me in assisting me to find everything I needed. Modern store, self check out, people were accustom to using, plenty of belts with attendants to ring you out quickly too. The produce is nice and fresh, even a bit before fresh, last a lot longer waiting to ripen up. All tasted great but a little firm for me, nothing a sharp knife couldnt take care of. Overall a pleasant time except being slightly challenged looked for a seat and its the only store that DOESNT have one for a struggling disabled person trying to be self sufficient. A Chair or bench up front at and end cap wouldve made this the best ever store I left my monertary units with. Sorry no photos, but I be around for a few days and will get quality photos to post.

I was lucky to go there during a down period (while most people were working or hitting the trails), and every worker was very helpful and pleasant.

I am giving them only one star because of the parking! They have 8 handicap spots that are used by many without a handicap plate!!! They have no police patrol as its a private business! You need to do something about this major problem! Many photos of the offenders are displayed on many many FB pages!Oh and your fruits and vegetables are so old and soft too!

Had essentials needed however could not find noncaffienated Coke zero, so went with Store brand. A few sections were limited in choices, but had great experience overall.

Has gone downhill since they have cut back on about everything service used to b excellent now its almost non existent. Item after item I usually buy is not carried anymore but are at other Hannafords. Pharmacy Id go to Walgreens or Davis. If service means a lot to you go to Ellis in East Millinocket

We call it Pocket Hannaford because its so tiny. Decent selection, though could use some additions in the gluten-free offerings.

This store sucks. They dont at all accommodate specialty diet items and the very small amount they do carry of specialty items is never consistently in stock and the employees have no straight or accurate answer when they will have it back in stock. I was laughed at and told no when I requested vegan cheese to be carried. They are a horrible business.

Manager of this store is very rude and disrespectful to her employees she try to intimidate her higher paid employees hoping they will leave so she gains points with corporate by saving money, she has taken her cashiers off registers where they were happy reasons said to me from a lady there that she didnt have the personality for it . But people loved her this was done because she wanted to put ; a younger girl up who was _a friend of sally .
