Although the quality of mattress is good here, these people lack customer service. The seller seemed relatively arrogant and indifferent when I told him I was looking for a less expensive mattress as I’m a student and will only be in this city for 6 months. His expressions and response were derogatory and felt insulting. People here lack compassion and are highly money minded. They need to be trained about basic etiquette and good customer service. Overall 4.5 stars for the quality and a 0.5 star for my experience as a customer.

I had a very positive experience purchasing a mattress for my elderly parents. Nick Bedel assisted me and he was very professional. He made the necessary recommendations (not pushy), was friendly & courteous, patient and very responsive. And because of my parents need for a good night sleep, he was able to put my order through before the delivery cut-off time. I also received a delivery confirmation call from the warehouse. Next day: my parents received the mattress a little earlier than scheduled, (but we received a call to let us know ahead of time). The delivery people were very efficient and nice. They wore masks and gloves, shoe covers at entrance and quickly put in the new mattress and remove the old one. Needless to say, my parents are very happy and that makes me a very satisfied customer. I definitely will recommend Mattress Firm.

Super pleasant visit. Had an appointment right at opening, was greeted by Mike at the door, he asked what I was looking for and took me right over to the sample products. I made my purchase with no issues at all. Mike was Kind enough to load the mattress in my trunk and I was out of there in less than 20 mins! They have a sanitation center setup for customers upon entering - extremely well thought out!

I first called the store and spoke to Mike. I let him know my situation and when I would be in. I went to the store tried out several mattresses and made my selections. Every mattress in our apartment needed to be replaced due to mold. He sent the invoice the property management company who manages my complex prior to my leaving.Delivery was fairly quick once the management company sent payment. On delivery day there was only one snafu, but upon calling the store Mike immediately made it right. All in all a great experience. I will gladly go back if a need arises. Thanks, Mike!

I visited the store through an appointment due to shelter in place/ COVID times. I was not rushed during my appointment at all. I was given plenty of information and choices to make my decision. I can be a bit indecisive but this wasn’t a problem and I felt comfortable to make my choice. Overall a great experience. Also it was clean. My pillow bundle was first sent to the wrong address, even after I called back to confirm the address after I hadnt received it in 3 weeks, I was assured it would be delivered to the address I gave at time of purchase. Once I was finally able to track down my tracking number (with no help from mattress firm, I luckily stumbled across it when tracking my mattress delivery) I found out it was indeed sent to the wrong address and the package was no where to be found (apparently stolen). The next gentleman I spoke with was able to help me get a replacement, but once I finally got it the pillow cases and sheets were the wrong color from what I originally ordered. After now a month of trying to get this, Im just going to keep it and not have to wait longer, but I am pretty displeased at my experience. You really burned me Ryan!

Jason quickly got us to beds within our price range that exemplified a range of firmness and quality. It was very easy to choose which bed was right for us. You dont get that option when shopping online. The prices we paid were extremely competitive compared to online retailers, and we got to try everything and see it all in person before purchasing! In the end I feel like I got an exceptional deal; weve done online research to confirm this. Were new to the area (we moved from the East coast) and everything was presented very clearly and truthfully. I am going to recommend Sleep Train to anyone I know who moves to California.
