Good selection terrible employees. Stood at check out for 5 min and no help no one asked for help. Found some one that called for a cashier. Then took 2 customers before me. Never shop here again.

I went today to buy some crocs @ around 7:43 pm a white lady with blonde hair didn’t greet me & rudely told me WE ARE CLOSED. When closing time is 8PM. My daughter got scared at the tone of voice she spoke to us! NEVER will I step foot in that store again! I don’t get why people get a retail job & then don’t want to deal with customers

Good choices of shoes and sandals. Large collections. Cheaper price. If you are looking for a shoe on a budget price, this is the best option. Highly recommend.

Very bad customer services. I pulled down my mask to try on a sunglasses and the guy who worked there asked me to put it up with an attitude, when I checked out, he was still irritated even I had my mask on…

They have great selection of shoe brands and designs. Staffs were helpful too. Prices was reasonable too.

Buy one, get one half off is great. Be aware you are at the mercy of the shoes they have. Few times wanted shoe, but not in my size

Great. Was able to try on shoes of all sizes. Then ordered the same pair which will be delivered free of cost whithin 10 working days or less. Very convenient for a person hating to stroll through shops.

Drove from south San jose to get shoes only to find they closed an hour early. Whyyyyy. Its 9. They list 10pm!

Like the prices and some very nice shoes. The sale rack had shoes but they were mostly the same price as the regular shelves.

The supervisor Jenny didnt give a money-back return because there was a 1/16th of an inch scuff on the boots my wife purchased two weeks ago. Everything else was perfect about the boots. Will never go back to a store with such poor customer service.

Never experienced such a poor customer service.I asked 2 different people 4 times to help me find out a definite size shoe with no help which left me frustrated.Was also asked to leave the store as one of them complained about me yelling at them.Experience of a kind.

Big store. Not well organized. Prices not as low as competitors.

The girl I asked for help didnt even know what shoes I was talking about since she didnt even look at them she only said oh we dont have them and then I asked an other gal and she went to look for them in the back and they had a pair.
