I have been with this organization for over 5 years now and they have been using this service since before I was here. We havent had any real issues with our service since Ive been here. They are on time, and for some reason they can not make the delivery they communicate in a timely manner. We have never ran out of water and when our cooler broke we had a new one delivered with no issues.
Zero Stars. Worst Customer experience I have ever had. Do NOT use this service.I got my bi-weekly water deliveries for one month before the wheels came off. For the past 6 weeks, the only thing I have gotten from them is emails saying, were sorry but we had to reschedule your delivery up to and including today. Cancelled service and moved on.
Worst service ever!!! I am customer for more than one year and on my scheduled delivery date I didnt receive water. I had to wake up early morning and put the bottles outside because sometimes water is delivered before 7 am. I order it because I am not able to carry these big bottles and I dont have a car so my only option is to use this service that is worth less than 1 star as people have needs and they are paying for them but looks like service providers dont care. I was also told in the morning that I will receive a message with ETA which I never received and when I called at 4pm I was told that actually nobody will deliver water today and customer service representative didnt see the notes in the morning. What else can I say?
Horrible customer service! I never rant online but this time I finally feel the need. They skip deliveries w/o letting us know - they just dont show up on delivery day. Impossible to get a hold of anyone at the customer service number. Hold times are over 1.5 hours. Simply unbelievable.
Weve been having water delivered to our home for several years now and what a convenience its has been! Our route deliver person, Arnold, has been delivering to us and has learned our habits -- on delivery days where Ive forgotten to leave empties out, hes always made sure were left with a few full bottles (much appreciated!) and/or has double backed later in the day has swapped our bottles out. The water has always tasted great and fresh! Having water delivered has saved us on having to store and recycle the small plastic water bottles we used to buy and going this route where the bottles are cleaned, sanitized, and reused is better for our environment anyway so I feel better about it, too.
I am trying to close the account in my husbands because he passed away and open one in my name. I was on hold yesterday for 2 hours +. This was unbelievable and frustrating. I am already stressed at the loss of my husband and to not be able to handle important business in a timely fashion is very disturbing.
The Drivers we have are so nice and get done with their work quickly. Thank you guys for being such amazing company! I cant understand how they have 1.9 stars..
Worst ever customer service experience. They never provided the service requested, kept saying the delivery date was being rescheduled to the next day. Do not waste your time with this company, horrible customer service, so unprofessional, a disappointment...
If I could, i would give zero stars. It’s a rabit hole. I enrolled for 3 (5 gallon) water per two weeks, they keep adding to the pint that now I have 8. It is impossible to log in to the online account to change the order. The website designed in a way the you will be kicked back to main menu. Impossible to get a hold of them on the phone. I even left a not on 5 empty waters outside for them to take it away without refill, the still refilled three and left the note on top. Worst costumer service and they keep adding to your order. It’s ridiculous…
Been having 6 bottles of water delivered for 7 years now and they have been very timely and responsive with my delivery requests. Our service person, is EXCELLENT! I have issues he resolves them fast. I need extra Bottles he provides them with no problems. The cost of the water has gone up as well as the service fees which is a bummer. The on-line ordering system for extra items does not work well (it is 50/50 on the accuracy) but overall I have had a very good experience with Alhambra.It really depends on who you get to deliver the water as that makes the big difference because he/she is the face of the company.
Worst ever customer service experience. I had Ordered 1 bottle and had kept 3 empty bottles for collection. The delivery person delivered 4 bottles. And charged me for 4 bottles.The customer care service never picks up the call. I have now 6 empty bottles and they are not interested in collecting them.
Our service is excellent. The dual temperature dispenser is fantastic, and when, after a few years, the cold wasnt as cold, they sent our delivery guy with a new one still in the box. Love that the 5 gallon bottle goes on the bottom of the dispenser. The water is extremely clean and fresh. Communication is also great. We always have the option to add to our order. We highly recommend Alhambra.
Not sure why all the bad reviews. Been having water delivered for a few years now and they have been very timely and responsive with my delivery requests. Our service person, Mario, is EXCELLENT! When COVID hit he called to communicate what was going on and did what he could to refill our supplies.
THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE IN THE WORLD!! That’s what I experienced in the last two months!! Lies after lies. They scheduled you for delivery. They never delivered the water but they charged you insisting that they delivered the waters (5 failed schedules plus $250 fake charges). What they delivered was a LIE after a LIE!!!I’ve been waiting and waiting. Every time I called customer care, they put me on hold and dropped you offline. They scheduled me more than 5 times but never showed up.When you want to close your account, they transferred you to different department. It’s like going for a million loop.THIS IS WHAT I DID: I closed the account. Returned the dispenser and bottles. I purchased the water from different company and move on!!Just FYI: Go to different company!! No Alhambra!! PLEASE!!!
Good water! Bad customer service when you cancel. Just got a call from a collections agency and was never contacted about an outstanding bill for $20 that is now $85! Will never use this service again.

Ive been with Alhambra for over 10 years and have been very pleased with them! Our delivery driver is friendly and professional and whenever Ive need to make a schedule change, they are very accommodating.

What can I say about Alhambra service its great it is amazing I have been with Alhambra over 15 years Ive moved once and each of my facility they have always come and lo and behold Ive had the same driver Brett wonderful amazing outstanding the products are healthy its not just the water they offer other products like the ice water coffee Coco other kind of water such as Fuji so on and so forth it is a great service my driver is always on time never fails never miss a delivery date they call you the day before to confirm like I said Ive been with them over fifteen years and I would never change ever thank you Alhambra for providing such excellent service and excellent water.
They change the order without telling you, and you can’t go fix it because the website is rarely working. I called to changed, and they still got it wrong. One time the bottled waters came 1/4 full, and I never got a refund. I rarely give bad reviews, but it’s an absolute train wreck, and they need to figure out how to fix their recurring problems.
Alhambra just NEVER gets it right. What is the point of having a portal where we can go in and order what we want if they never follow through with the CUSTOMERS request?? I skip deliveries, they still come; I order 1, they send me 2; I order 2, they send me 1; I request a different water dispenser (previous one was leaking- all over hardwood floors), they dont follow though until 6 weeks after my initial request.. Palm to FACE! Come on! Just for once please, could you get my order right?Oh and If you ever tell you that they will call you back.... Its a LIE!

Have been trying to get a hold of Alhambra water sense Tuesday of last week on hold for several hours for the last 5 days...Just gave up and also my water was not picked up last week as scheduled...Not sure what is going on...I may have to close my account online...
STAY AWAY!!!! ALHAMBRA WATER DOES NOT GO THROUGH QUALITY CHECKS! Water jugs were not properly sealed and DESTROYED home!(Also numerous people have had same complaints and reported that on Alhambra’s social media, but Alhambra literally deleted all the comments instead of addressing the issues!)Over two months ago, I was delivered a faulty water jug to my home. (I didn’t realize at the time but Alhambra Water jug was punctured upon delivery) I woke up the next day to find water from the Alhambra water jug soaked through my wooden floors. I immediately took pictures of the Alhambra faulty jug and my wooden floors which now had been destroyed with water damage (tens of thousands worth of damage)Alhambra “apologized” for this and said they would replace me with a new water jug (lol...) and that I shouldn’t worry as they have insurance so the insurance could pay for the damage. I spent EIGHT months contacting the person they told me to email who never responded. I now don’t even think that they have insurance.Alhambra does not check for quality in their jugs to make sure they are sealed which makes me wonder if they even sanitize the jugs after each use. Disgusting.Unless you want your floors also damaged, FIND ANOTHER SUPPLIER! Company does seem to have insurance and 0 customer service!!!!
Alhambra service has been excellent. We signed up at Costco. Our service is delivered on time and I receive a call notifying me when they are coming. The water is delicious and saves money on water bottle, not to mention it is better for the environment.

Great water delivery service. Were in Glenmoor neighborhood in Fremont. Always on schedule. Easy to change quantities online, cancel deliveries, etc. We rent a bottom loading dispenser. Water is always ready hot and cold. Good website for managing account, deliveries, payments, etc.

Alhambra water company is a waste of time and money! This company’s customer service and protocols are very disappointing! I had the service for awhile and it wasn’t worth the payout. I tried to cancel in November and they drew the process out and charge me for water I never received. I spent months trying to be done with this company and it took 4 months and countless hours on the phone talking to people that never really helped. Needless to say I am disappointed with the service I received but I will not be recommending Alhambra water services to anyone because of this ordeal and I wouldn’t ever be a customer again! This company doesn’t care about their customers they only care about money! My experience has been proof.Sincerely keeping it real

Online changes to the products are never actually delivered. The energy surcharge has gone up every month. ~.10 a month for the last year. When I have interacted with the delivery driver they are always pleasant and professional. (Not their fault that the provider does not tell them to deliver the correct product.) I get my delivery on time every time.
Alhambra cannot get it right in any fashion. Every time I have contacted them, they have failed to make the corrections needed. Even after I have communicated effectively and the service agent has assured me that the problem (whatever it may be at that time) will be corrected, they do the exact opposite of what they were supposed to do.Most recently, I terminated my account. I scheduled a pick up for 11/24. They made a note for the delivery person to call me and let me know what time he would be coming...I would NOT be able to wait all day for a water guy. THEY DID NOT PICK UP THE COOLER.We moved from our address by 12/3. They still had not picked it up. Now, it is 12/12 and I have gotten the runaround from the customer service department who INSISTS they open my account again, change the address and then pick-up. This company has made so many errors, I do not trust them to open up my account and allow further issues. They say this is protocol.However, protocol was they they were to pick up the equipment scheduled. They take no accountability for their errors and would like ME to accommodate them--again, because it is company protocol.I asked to speak with a manager and was given more B.S. Charleen (Service Agent) talks to a manager and says she is sending that manager an email with all the information and the manager will get back to me in 1-1.5 hours. I ask her CC me on the email. She cannot because, Yes, you guessed it, company protocol.Then she puts me on hold for the 6th time, comes back saying that she spoke to another manager and I would get a call within 24 hours now. She would not admit that she changed the time frame on me. With every call or interaction with this company there is frustration on my part, and errors on theirs.I WILL UPDATE THIS REVIEW ONCE I HEAR BACK FROM THE MANAGER. (I suspect the update will be as unfavorable as this iteration.)
Word of advise... DO NOT sign up...I Wish I didnt sign up for this. I only got the good for the first time.. and I got charged monthly. Called customer service.. and they said they can only reimburse for 2 months... how on earth does this make sense. Why am I paying for something I didnt get? -10 star .. i am so upset.. and I have spent hours with customer service .. so absurd...
The best I have found... ... ...I used to have another companys water delivered, but the taste really changed for me (=POND SCUM; yuck!) Delivered water is expensive, but this water tastes very good and my husband (who is ill) will consume water ONLY if its in half liter bottles, so... ... ...I keep on ordering both cases of 1/2 L bottles and a big 3 gallon handle bottle for my hot/cold dispenser. And I love my delivery guy; he is very compassionate and helpful. If I had time to use Brita or space in my counter depth refrigerator, maybe I would change, but as a caregiver, this is the best thing for me. Alhambra has many different products that I dont use, but if youre into flavored waters or etc., the convenience of having them delivered is phenomenal. The only reason I dont give five stars is that yes--its pricy--but you get what you pay for. Changing your order or skipping a delivery is very easy if you set up your account on-line.

The replacement of our dispenser that prematurely broke was promised but not delivered. The delivery window offered was quite absurd... 8am-5pm. The delivery window was more a door to the entire day that required an occupant present. Who can devote 9 hours of their day to receive a working appliance under lease indefinitely? We managed our schedule to be available the entire day.Unfortunately, as I expected your company managed another no-show without any contact or apology. Calling customer service resolved nothing aside from a loose promise of delivery within 3 days.Is this the model of a successful operation? I sincerely hope the quality of the water you occasionally deliver on schedule is better than your attention to customer satisfaction.Perhaps we (your customers) should have the water you deliver tested for poor quality and contamination?
Water quality is so so. But the delivery service (Alhambra Milpitas office) is horrible. Always mess up with deliver/pick up by date and wrong water bottles. At the end, you will be extremely frustrated. It takes you ton of time to call for closing your account--your true nightmare. Pleas stay away from these services!

Terrible service. The delivery-drivers are either too illiterate, too lazy or too stupid to read & follow a schedule. They seem to only show up if & when they feel like it, depending on their mood of the day. Result, I never know when theyre going to show up or not. You even get a phone-call the night before with a recorded message stating that a delivery is due the following day, but even with that, the driver still never shows up. The Alhambra product is good, but the customer-service is terrible; the absolute worst Ive ever had to deal with. Ive complained numerous times to the company about this same problem, but it never gets fixed. Instead, their method of dealing with it seems to be to simply ignore it in the hopes that it will go away. The company used to be quite good at one time, with prompt, regular, dependable deliveries. Now, however, I wouldnt give 2 cents for the company OR their delivery drivers. Their dumb website isnt even any good; it wont accept my username/password to try to log in and keeps dumping me out. Utterly useless, worthless company.
Placed an order for their water dispenser and bottled water inside Costco warehouse. Now they are changing the delivery dates on their whim and giving us fanciful explanation for the change. Calling the customer care does not help as they see only the latest delivery date!Called up Costco to check and the customer care does not even know where to start looking.

Ive never written a negative review in my whole life up until now. I didnt want to either, but the fact of the matter is that I havent gotten any bottles delivered in almost a month. Ive tried calling them, but they keep saying their online computers/services or whatever are down.So, who the hell am I supposed to talk to then?I was supposed to get bottles delivered on 8/2/2017 which was a Wednesday, but nobody showed up. I called them, and was told they would schedule a delivery for 8/7/2017 which was a Monday, nobody showed up. I called them yet again and was told they were still on route, so I said alright, fair enough. So I waited the whole day, and guess what? Nobody showed up. I tried calling yet again, and was told their services were down or something. At this point, I dont even care about getting water, I just want to cancel my service and be done with them.

Over charged me and and even as I cancelled, they still never showed up on my scheduled pick up to cancel! Im so furious and just in complete shock a business has the nerve to operate like this. The worst service in the world. Water delivery takes a week. Im still waiting for the delivery, which has been promised on Monday. And guess what? They promise to bring water to the following Monday. I am angry. Perhaps it will be useful for managers to try to work as drivers in the delivery sector if they can not manage this process? Four people from the service told me that they are guilty and apologized for the inconvenience. They said that the driver is on the way. Nothing has changed for the week. My patience is over.By the way, earlier I thought that Arrowhead is the terrible company. It seems they were fine.
Calling their Customer Service is even worse than calling DMV!!! Their estimated waiting time on the line is 45 min minimum! Guys, hire more CS Reps! People can not get ahold of you!
This company is trash. Ineffective customer service, consistently missed appointments. And when I cancelled and tried to return the cooler, the technician that arrived was rude and tried to steal our replacement cooler!
I cant even give them one star, but I have to in order to post this review! In reading all these reviews I feel like I am reading my own story. We have received water from Alhambra for years with no problem until this past January 2017. I have had to call every month since then had to try to get them to deliver our water. In April it never showed up at all. The customer service reps are very nice and concerned, but nothing happens. They have even emailed the route supervisor and still nothing happens. One lady did tell me that she noticed that my delivery date kept skipping ahead a day, hence no water--always tomorrow. In May I canceled the service. They were supposed to pick everything up June 5th, but guess what? I called on June 12th and again my pick up date had skipped ahead. Next step is to write a letter and see if we can get these bottles and coolers picked up, or to the dump they will go. I think they must have a huge issue with their computer program. In the meantime we have installed a water filter.

I prefer to give them no stars. They have crappy service I have called trying to talk to a manager since Jan when I started and no one has yet to return my calls. I have paid $238.43 for water starting in January. Which I on;y get 2 bottles every 2 weeks. I wish I never started the services . I will be cancelling after I finish school.
What is with these people? How hard is it to deliver water? 4 weeks ago we had 10 empty bottles and the guy came took two and left two. We have been out for 3 weeks and he has not returned. You cant get through to anyone on the phone. How does a company who is supposed to provide customer service survive doing business like this?

Just like the others...they totally suck. Very nice on the phone, but we were without water for almost 3 months....3 MONTHS!! The bills keep coming though, funny how that never stops. Ive cancelled the service back in April, but no one has come to get the machine....thats kind of weird!
I see that its not just us who would like to give this service zero stars. Seriously, after two months of pitiful service & calling & messaging online w/ no correction or improvement in service we cancelled. Theyre very nice when you call but they arent the people doing the deliveries, so it never helps. Not once did we get our delivery on time and only once did they deliver the correct number of bottles. What a hassle. Dont waste your time. BTW, if it matters -- we signed up for this service through Costco.
Very disappointed in this water service. They send a bill every month for bottles that they never delivered. I would call and reschedule a deliver and it would never show. Finally got tired of the back and forth and no water being delivered and I chanced the service. They came and picked up the bottles but never picked up the water cooler machine, 4 times they scheduled someone to pick it up and never did. 4 months later I get a call from collection agency saying my account is on collection because I didn’t return the machine nor the bottles. The bottles were picked up but they never came back for the machine but still kept charging me for the machine and the bottles. Worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Very very disappointed on their service.
It is so reassuring to see that I am not alone. I just canceled them for poor service, poor customer service, lack of communication etc etc. More than a year ago, I was over-charged $28.40. It took me months to get a response. The $28.40 continued to appear on my bill every month. After a year of this nonsense, I paid it and canceled service. Now Im trying to arrange for them to come pick up their equipment. Hoping itll be out of my garage by 2018.

I never thought it could get to this point. I have lost count of how many times my deliveries have been missed. I know its hotter in some other areas but for us, this week, it was a heat wave. I have 9 empty bottles outside my door as I share this. Scheduled delivery date 6/14, no water. Wind picked up and bottles were blowing everywhere, we put them away because as usual our delivery is not happening on the scheduled date!Luckily we forgot two and surprise 2 full ones! Random! I might get water on 6/28. Theres no guarantee. Help!

By far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They do not deliver the water when they are suppose to and they do not even bother to call you to let you know the water will not be delivered. I called them three time to ask why wasnt my water delivered and they lied and told me it would be delivered another day. It was not and I ended up canceling the service. After I canceled it and before I could ask them when they would come and pick up the empty bottles and the water cooler, they just hung up the phone on me. Do yourself a huge favor and stay away from this company. I would like to rate them at -zeroIts been months and this company is now trying to charge us for water we never got and also for the water cooler which they did pick up eventually and I made sure to take pictures of the guy picking up the cooler too. I just knew I should take pictures considering the bad service we got and after reading other peoples reviews. They have the worse reviewed of any company I have ever seen. I highly recommend you do not use this company. As of 1/5/2018. I will be taking this company to court due to the fact I now have a collection agency after me for money I do not own. I am so sick of this company and something needs to be done to stop them charging people money for water they never received. I sent a letter to this company informing them I will take them to court if they do not remedy the problem of charging us for water we never received and reporting us to a collection agency. I never heard back from them and they received the letter last Tuesday since they had to sign for it so I know they received it. Delivery/Sales Route Rep for the Santa Cruz CA area was unresponsive to multiple texts and calls Monday April 15 and Tuesday April 16 from the customer service rep which resulted in No Delivery on scheduled date: 4/16. Route manager from the Northern California branch was also unresponsive on 4/16. I was prompt in requesting service on 4/15 because the water dispenser was broken and bottles were empty prior to the delivery date. Customer service is in Florida so I made sure I called them at 7am PSTime to reach them as soon as they open. I was told to wait for my scheduled delivery date because immediate service is not guaranteed. Scheduled delivery date, Tuesday April 16th, came and nothing. The driver called me on Thursday April 18th after I cancelled service due to no delivery the prior Tuesday and did not accept responsibility for his poor work ethic and unresponsiveness. He blamed the route manager, being new to the route, etc. Lame excuses all he had to do was communicate by calling/texting back either Monday or Tuesday with an update as to why he was not on schedule. He came to pick up the equipment Thursday and still tried to kindly give me excuses and again blaming the route manager. I called Alhambra customer service again on Thursday after the equipment was retrieved, trying to reach the route manager to figure this out. And they were not able to transfer me to the route manager, only send him/her an email to reach me. Its been 3 days and I still have not spoken to the route manager nor have any explanation about why and how all of this happened. Oh, and I still havent recieved my refund for the April service. Its been 2 business days since cancelling. Horrible. Get a Brita people.

I called Alhambra customer service again on Thursday after the equipment was retrieved, trying to reach the route manager to figure this out. And they were not able to transfer me to the route manager, only send him/her an email to reach me. Its been 3 days and I still have not spoken to the route manager nor have any explanation about why and how all of this happened. Oh, and I still havent recieved my refund for the April service. Its been 2 business days since cancelling. Horrible. Get a Brita people.
Office delivery beware!We used to have Alhambra/Sparkletts water delivered to our office. After the local rep kept sneaking Crystal Light into our lunchroom and billing us a ton of money for it—twice—we cancelled the service altogether.Now we use a water filtration product that also looks like a water cooler (for nostalgia sake, i suppose) and people love it. Plus, who wants to lift that big jug of water a few times a week?

This company lies about when they will be delivering water to our house. They have missed the drop off 7 consecutive times they said water will he delivered, which means they lied that many times as well. They also mentioned that a route manager will get in touch with us in 24hrs and that didnt happen either. They offered me $2 compensation for the rental cooler for our issues that hasnt even been resolved yet. This company is just embarrassing what a shame.
If any company operated like Alhambra, theyd all be out of business. Weve given the local office in San Jose several chances to save our business and they continually let us down by not showing up and delivering our water. They dont return calls or commit to showing up and then dont. Weve been trying to return our water dispenser and empty bottles as weve cancelled our service and were 4 weeks waiting from someone to call or show up. Now were calling headquarters in Florida and Ive been on hold for over 30 minutes. While on hold I called from another phone and pressed 1 to order new service and got right through. When I began to explain why im really calling, they sent me to the cue for customer service stating the wait time is VERY long. I told the woman if they got their act together and provided a good product with good customer service, they may not have as many people on hold complaining. That would be too easy. They would rather staff up to receive complaints and cancellations.
Costco / Alhambra Water Delivery Service has without question the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. They fail to deliver your water as scheduled with absolutely no notice given to the customer. For example, they have currently missed the last 5 scheduled and re-scheduled deliveries during the last 5 weeks no water received at all! They just simply do not show up. When you call, you are told you will be scheduled for a Priority Delivery and given a new date, only to have them not show up again. Each day you call you are again given their standard line that you are now Priority with a new delivery date. I have now canceled their service. Do Not Sign Up for the COSTCO / ALHAMBRA water delivery service!
I am not a customer of Alhambra. My neighbor is. Two days ago, an Alhambra delivery person mistakenly (???) delivered a 5-gal bottle to my house. Instead of leaving the bottle at the front door, the delivery person opened my side gate to the back yard, walked about 100 feet all the way through my back yard, walked up stairs to my deck and put the bottle at the door of the last bedroom. I could not believe such an intrusion could have happened. I called one 800 number, wasted over 30 minutes to get a supervisor who promised to notify the local office to call back. They never did. And she refused to give me the local office phone number. So I found another 800 number listed by the local office and called, waited over 30 minutes without a response. So I have my rifle ready if it happens again.
I had to return a water dispenser and see bottles, and the staff was very friendly and made it easy to close my account.
I wish I could give them zero stars. I cancelled my service after 20 plus years too because of the horrible delivery service. Now they have not picked up the empties like they said they would, so I had to call back again. The service got horrible in the past 1-2 years.UPDATE - I called the local Milpitas number listed here and they came and picked up my empty bottles when they said they would. I think the problem is with the 800 number service, because everything they told me they would do never happened.
The one star goes to the friendly customer service but its absolutely the worst company ever. Requested delivery changes through their website service and no water was delivered. Called to re-schedule the missed delivery and still no water delivered. Called again to find out what happen and they changed the delivery date without notifying me. Three strikes youre out!!!
Deliveries skipped, calls never returned. Terrible customer service. Arrowhead much better all around.

Worst service !!!! i called 4 times to change amount of water for more we drink a lot and every two weeks they bring me same exact amount of water and i called them every time i need more water! OMG!!! Im canceling service
Driver straight up lies about when and how many bottles they deliver. They constantly miss delivery dates to the point that I went and bought my own dispenser and bottles and have been TRYING to cancel their service for a month, but again...the driver doenst show up to pick up the machine and empty bottles. We have stayed home from work twice and both were no shows...I have even offered to drive the machine to their location just to be done with them and the response is we dont know the warehouse location or phone number, perhaps you can goolge it?...When I tell them that I may just throw it away they say well if you do that we will send you to collections. So, to sum it up, I cant get water delivered and I cant cancel the service....Awesome. Never sign up with Costco Water.
ABSOLUTLEY HORRIBLE! I ORDERED WATER THROUGH COSTCO. THEY NEVER DELVER ON THE DAYS PROMISED. THEY RESCHEDULE AND DONT SHOW UP TO THE RESCHEDULE. I HAVE HAD WATER SERVICE SINCE JULY AND HAVE RECEIVED MY WATER TWICE. IVE CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE ONLY TO BE TOLD THE BRANCH MANAGER, SERVICE MANAGER AND DELIVERY MANAGER WOULD CONTACT ME TO CONFIRM A DELIVERY . NO CALLS NO DELIVERY. I TOLD THEM I WAS GOING TO CANCEL.. SO THEY SAID THEY NEEDED TO COME GET THE COOLER AND 8 EMPTY BOTTLES.. REALLY!! YOULL COME GET YOUR BOTTLES AND COOLER BUT YOU WONT DELIVER WATER IN THE FIRST PLACE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Terrible terrible service. Worst customer service. I cancelled my service, paid my dues and I was told I should receive my credit for the bottles with in 6-8 weeks. It’s been 3 months and I haven’t received my money back. Every time I call I get a different information. Such a waste of time . Wouldn’t recommend to anyone . If I had an option I would give negative stars 👎
Worst service provider. Missed deliveries, incorrect billing. Corporate office in Florida makes commitments and local service fails to meet it. Poorly run operation. Zero communication from them
I cant describe how bad there billing department is. I keep getting charged for bottles I didnt order is a pain to call them.your on hold for 45 minutes.My advice is Dont get there services Unless you like calling customer service for them to fix your account for extra water you havent order.
I want to give zero stars! this is the WORST service I have ever experienced and I am surprised this company is even in business. I started service last year through Costco and I have never in a full YEAR had my water delivered appropriately. Between, missed deliveries, delivering the wrong number of bottles, over delivery, not picking up empties etc. lets add to that the crappy customer service call center who promises to call back with an update and never does. I threatened to cancel, they gave me a credit and delivered my water, 3 weeks later they missed my delivery, didnt note the account and didnt reschedule. I had to call AGAIN!!!! EVERY MONTH. Shame on me for even sticking with them this long, I really was trying to give them a chance. DO NOT get this service unless you want to pay to irritated.
Water service never on time always there is a delay of 1 week for every delivery . Customer support says we are seeing it will be delivered today and that today never comes water gallons and water dispencer is lieing at my home for the past one month even after cancelling the account no one came to pick the things.Looks like there is no synch between customer support and delivery locations
Customer service is horrible. Signed up for the service and was charged immediately. Water delivery never came. Received no feedback or information... called and emailed several times with no response. Over 2 months later I received a refund.
RE: DS water services.It was my first water service ever. I have nothing to compare to. However I always had a difficult time making payments via phone and Internet. I would be placed on hold for long time and for some reason I could not start/open an online account. I was overcharged more than once, one rep set me up with what I needed and that didnt come through. So when I called to inquire they had no idea of what I was talking about. It just wasnt easy at all. I had to make time to sit and call and talk to DS reps even for payment. Which made it so difficult for me. The result of that was lack of timely payments (on my part) which led to overdue fees and such. Which ultimately resulted in a balance I couldnt afford at the time. So now Im stuck with fat bill, and collection process.Now in all fairness 9 times out of 10, the DS reps were courteous, patient and helpful over the phone but the service overall was not great.
Alhambra is literally THEE worst water delivery service EVER!!20+min wait time to get through to customer service.They are courteous over the phone, but fix nothing as they say they will.Ive sat at home waiting on 5-6 different occasion for a service guy that never showed.No call backs from a mngr as promisedBroken coolers dropped offstacks of empty 5gal waiting to be picked up.... list goes on and on. Biggest thing is no follow through. They need better mngt to step in and fine -tune all theses small internal customer service issues.Spend the extra and go with.... another company! Anyone else is better.
BUYER BEWARE!!!! IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE AREA LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR WATER SERVICE! I was a loyal Alhambra customer for two years. Starting in June of 2017, my water service took a aserious downturn. My water, which was supposed to be delivered on a monthly basis, was over a week late without any sort of correspondence from the company. When I called them I was told that they were restructuring delivery routes (a them problem, not a me problem). My July delivery simply never came. It was scheduled for the fourth (which i understand that nobody is working on the fourth), but it took me calling and making a stink to them to get my water delivery schedyuled for that Friday. Friday came and went with no water and no word from the company. I called them and they again scheduled me for monday with still no explaination why I did not recieve my water on Friday. Monday came and went with no water again. I cancelled my service and they were supposed to come get my water cooler on Friday, the 14th. As I sit here and write this on the 17th, my water cooler is still out on my front porch. Ihave requested on several occasions a call from the route manager with no response. I even called the corporate headquarters in Georgia, and still nothing. It escapes me how a company with customer service as poor as this is still even in business. Save your money, look elsewhere for water delivery.

Stay away from Alhambra Water Services !!!!!!! Trust me, youll save a lot of headaches and stress.If I could give -0 rating I would but they wont allow it smh.Ive been with Alhambra for 4yrs and only probably once or twice theyve delivered on time. Normally (LOL) they miss my delivery (repetitively) 10 times out of the 12 months in the year. Whats worst is that they dont call you, you have to call them and inform them.This Month however (May 2017), theyve missed my water delivery since the 1st and its now the 17th. Each time I call them for follow up, they tell me the same thing... theres a delay, theres re-alignment issue with our Drivers, weve left vm msgs to your Route Mgr, your water has been re-scheduled for delivery tomorrow.At this point, Alhambras word means nothing coz Ive also escalated the issue to their Managers and Supervisors countless times but yet Im stuck without water being delivered. At this point, I probably have called them 30 times since the 1st.If you like stressing, headaches and repetitive broken promises for re-delivery, then sign with Alhambra. Otherwise, PLEASE look elsewhere !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

0 Stars if I could, My wife started water service with Alhambra around April. They started off great on the first drop off and that was it. Everything from then on haw been just horrible. On our scheduled pick up days we take the empty bottles out and no drop off. We bring them in so that they dont end up walking away and guess what. The next day they pass, happened 7 times. We were set up for 2 bottle every other week and some how they drop off another 4 on a none service day and we had 6 bottles (not counting the one in the dispenser) Wife called several times and customer service is just bad. They dont do anything do correct the issue and canceled today.

HORRIBLE! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH ALHAMBRA! Worst service ever! After 15 years as customers, our three water clubs in the building ran into terrible service several months ago. Driver doesnt show up as scheduled and tries to charge for water not delivered. After a month of missed deliveries, phone calls with the promise of water delivery the next day, etc., we cancelled our account. Driver showed up two hours later (on non-scheduled day) and attempted to deliver. We refused - and have been trying to resolve the balance due since May. Keep calling, speaking to nice customer service folks who promise resolution within 24 hours. Six weeks later and STILL NO RESOLUTION! (All three water clubs have cancelled accounts and are experiencing the difficulties in closing out our accounts.)

I ordered water for an event, a month in advance and called Alhambra about 5 times prior to the day of delivery to make sure that the order was placed correctly.Their customer service reps confirmed the order and date of delivery each time I called.When on the day, I hadnt yet received the water as scheduled, I called them and they said they were sending my contact information to the delivery person.An hour later I call back and the customer rep says that I do not have a scheduled order for the day!!!!!Later after a bit of heated exchange with the supervisor she says that she will make the delivery happen as she sees notes saying that there is an order for the day. And that she will send an email in ten minutes.I have no email and no water and am waiting on customer service for atleast 20 minutes now.Would NEVER recommend them to anyone! The whole experience has been so damn frustrating.
I called and signed up for new home delivery on January 12. All went well on the call and our system was supposed to be delivered January 14. January 14th came and went. No water. No calls. nothing. After about 30 minutes on hold, I got through to a person on January 16th. She said we were set up for delivery on January 21st. January 21st came and went. No water. No calls. Nothing. After another 30 minutes on hold, I got through to a person late in the day on the 21st. She said we were set up for delivery of our system on February 4th. Unbelievably poor service. I told her to cancel our not even started service. We went with Arrowhead and it is up and running in 2 days.
I agree with the earlier review. I had the issue with my cooler. They rescheduled it without notice 4 time.. After constantly following up with DS Service they informed me to call before servicing but showed up without notice. They again rescued it twice so I am sick and tired of dealing with DS service and their team
I just dropped my service as well. I signed up through Costco and was told how great the water was. Sure its great but its in BPA bottles so that automatically negates the quality of their water. I called to cancel and the rep tried to tell me that BPA is FDA approved and safe. Safe!?!? Has he not read anything about BPA at all? They wont even allow BPA to babies and Im supposed to drink it? Ummmm... No. I told them they need to catch up to the times and get BPA free bottles... Society just doesnt want it and they need to listen to their customers! Do not do business with them!
