Don’t waste your time or money, they have rescheduled my delivery multiple times without explanation and have not one person available to talk to if you have a question or in my case want to find out why they keep making our deliver farther and father out. I’m cancelling my membership . Water is poor quality anyways.

Changes in planned delivery dates (often of the day of the scheduled delivers) without even notifying the customer - I guess I was sort of notified when I see my empty water bottles still in the driveway. I have yet to find someone I can talk to as they overcharged me for a delivery never received.

Twice now said my deliveries were complete and I got charged.. but water was NOT delivered. Not returned my million emails and calls don’t go through. You have to go through an entire automated voice system for them to hang up EVERY time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Terrible delivery service. Got a notification last month that my water had been delivered. Went out to my porch. No water. After several automated responses to email and unable to get through to them on the phone, I finally messaged them on Facebook messenger and got a refund. But no water. Now this month, my delivery keeps getting rescheduled. It was supposed to be delivered Monday, 10/4. It was rescheduled to 10/5, then to 10/6 and now its rescheduled to 10/7. I tried to get on their website to cancel my service and the website is down....

I’ve had my delivery rescheduled for over a week and I still haven’t received anything! I called over 5 times and STILL HAVE NOT received anything. I’m beyond pist off. What company runs this place? I think I should contact Nestle instead.

The worst service ever. They are so unreliable with their deliveries for something as crucial as drinking water. I usually schedule my deliveries in advance of bottles getting used but these guys keep rescheduling every time and that too at the end of the day close to 8pm they will send you an email to say the next day delivery is delayed.Please do not waste your time getting water from them. Find someone else.

Totally unreliable and unpredictable water delivery service. They reschedule your deliveries at the very last minute with no prior notification and they keep rescheduling it every day. Deliveries get pushed by a week. Call center has no contact with actual operations and they repeat the same excuse every time. Call center staff dont even know why you are getting rescheduled multiple times and even if one of them is kind enough to place an ad-hoc delivery for next day, even that gets rescheduled at last minute. Better to buy bottled water from Costco or other places instead of relying on them for your water delivery.Posting an update on 09/28.Its been over a week since last scheduled delivery date and it still keeps getting rescheduled every morning and I still havent received the delivery yet.

Worst service and absolutely unprofessional management - wondering why Nestle shareholders still keeping them. Even though they have a great product - we love Arrowhead water. But the local team who is in charge of delivery is a bunch of people who have no idea what they are doing. Constant rescheduling, terrible support, useless app. And recently we start getting very dirty bottles - looks like they dragging them around. Hope they still clean them properly inside at least. So simply put, if you can live with any other brand besides Arrowhead - stay away and don’t touch it even with a 10ft stick. Otherwise get ready for misery.

The water is really good, when I have it to drink, but they are so unstable in their delivery service. They never show up on the scheduled delivery dates, much less show up at all. I have had this problem several times in the past 2 yrs of service with them. They even send me a text to say that my delivery has been delivered, while I am that the front of the office waiting, and no delivery has even taken place. It must be a delivery driver problem, where the driver is lying about his deliveries. Can only mean that they do not take care of their employees making it hard to keep good workers! Beware of the non deliveries!

Terrible service, they never show up!!! They gave me a discount after I called to try and cancel and I thought eff it I’ll give it another chance and here we are a week after my scheduled delivery and they’re nowhere to be found. The first couple months we’re going well but this is just ridiculous. I’m cancelling. No more chances.don’t be scammed by the Costco sales people.

So sick and tired of this place.The account is under my boyfriends name.Im the one thats always home when they deliver but I dont hear them when they come. Theyve been told to deliver the water on the patio, and they just wont do it. Let me correct that.... thats if they deliver when theyre supposed to. Calling the customer service number is a joke. Because I dont want to accept their special promotion it just hangs up on me. Three times in a row!

Theyve rescheduled the water deliveries multiple times with no explanation whatsoever. The last time they rescheduled it thrice and on the delivery day, they sent a notification that the water was delivered but I had not received anything. They even charged me for this. Ive contacted customer support thrice since then and no one has cared to look into it.

I am in charge of the water account at my work where we have over 100 bottles per month coming in from this company, I have been trying to cancel service for over a month. 0 stars. Consistently scamming their customers. Charging them for hidden fees. Canceled service and they charged me a delivery fee just to pick up the bottles and dispenser. Happily only used them for one month and never again. My mistake thinking Costco chose a good vendor but they are not worth it. Its better just to fill up your own 5 gal bottles at Whole Foods than to pay them to keep charging whatever amount they make up this month to be your bill. Unfortunate!

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.If I could give this review a 0 I would. For the past half year, I have never gotten my water delivery on time. I have missed all deliveries and have only received it once after constant calling. Each time I call, the customer service representative will blatantly hang up on me if they do not know how to help me, or the escalation manager will make false promises and hope that I will not call again. I have been taken off the delivery system with no explanation, and although I both called and emailed, they will not respond or fix the issue. Furthermore, they charge me even though I did not receive water. These people are not accountable and do not care about their customers.

The guy at costco encouraging people to sign up for free delivery of 4 bottle of water just only charge $19.46 but later on when sign up my account this lier and cheater company charge delivery fee @$7.95 and 4 bottle for $25.96 . There is a big difference . Its a shame for employee who works for this company because your salary is coming by cheating people . Please think twice to work for a lier company .

One of the worst services i have ever seen. Ready Refresh is incapable of providing quality service to their customers. I gave one star because i couldnt go any lower. Please do not make false promises if cant deliver on the commitment. We had to go a week without water before we realized Ready Refresh isnt capable of providing deliveries on-time.

I signed up and schedule a delivery date for 3 bottles of water and 1 dispenser. The driver showed up with just the 3 bottles and said he would be back the same day with the dispenser. He never came back, i called the office and was told he would come tomorrow between 8 and 5. Again they never showed up or called. i then called and cancelled. the next day they picked up the 3 bottles and then charged my credit card for the 3 bottles of water and a 20 dollar deposit for the dispenser they never delivered. customer service said I should still pay for the water I couldnt use without a dispenser. I then called my credit card company and reported a fraud claim. the other problem is they wont let you take your credit card off of their website. the whole thing cost me several phone calls and a big problem and never even tasted there water. i cant believe such a good company like Costco would align me with such a fraudulent company.

Would give them no stars. Should have known when they missed the very first delivery. The second delivery was rescheduled every day for a week finally had to buy bottled water which is the reason we signed up; so we wouldn’t have to buy bottled water every week.Canceled the service without a second delivery. Terrible customer service. They should shut down and start over with a better business model.

Zero Stars for this company. I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. Wasted a day waiting for them to deliver. It never happened. They said they could not deliver for 6 days. How do you stay in business like that? I called Costco and told them it was the worst thing I ever purchased there and that they should not support them!

Has consistently moved my delivery date about 4x a month for the last 6 months and repeated calls to customer service do nothing. Plus just increased their delivery fee by 50%. Their service used to be reliable and dependable but no more. Will be looking for a new supplier.

I use this company for my mom, my home and at work. At work I put water delivery on hold for 3 months, after it was to be reset and our order should continue, they stated that we ordered a box of 500 cups after, which I never did. When it comes to my moms water, her order randomly changes at will of ready refresh apparently. I have to deal with them removing requested orders, so now I have to call them to ask why they decided to remove one of her sets of water bottles she has been getting. Then at home my water is late every single month for the last 3-5 months and It takes about a week before it shows up. I’ve never been so sick and tired of a company before, not only are they late, but now I have to verify if they provide what’s ordered every single month for multiple accounts??? Or that they don’t add stuff to my work’s order because they’re trying to make more profit by thinking a business account won’t notice unauthorized purchases tacked on by ready refresh????

I ordered service on a Thursday and was delighted to see my delivery was for the next day. I took the morning off work to accept the delivery, I did not buy bottled water for the weekend, waited ALL day... nobody ever came. I checked website and they moved my delivery date to the following Monday. I again, took Monday morning off, waited ALL day... finally called them. The operator said they would be out for delivery by end of week. I told her I thought it ridiculous just cancel my order altogether. Rather than attempt to “save” my new account, she canceled my order.I wrote to customer service explaining my frustration and they sent back a blanket email staring they “see a customer service rep took car of my request “.No customer service!!!!! You failed!

I have decided to change my review. Below is the copy of my review from 2 years ago. I have seen a marked improvement. I am happy now. Deliveries come on time. I get what I order. Customer service is responsive.---------------Old review.---------------I go through this every month. Sometimes water delivery gets delayed by 2 weeks. The worst part is they dont tell you that we have a problem, it is going to be delayed. They just keep extending the day by 1. Customer support is utterly useless. Call them in the morning they will say the driver is out for deliveries so wait. If you call them in the afternoon they tell you the local office is closed to check again tomorrow. Next day, repeat.People Help me out here. Is there an Alternate?

Your paperless billing starting 1-1-2019 is inconvenient. We must go on-line, put in our password then downloading the statement. How cheap are you? Send the client an email with the statement in a PDF form and make our life easier. Your representative said that if we want paper there is a $3 charge. Please change your mind and send the client an email with the statement attached.

Im so disappointed in their service. Every time it gets worse and worse. Driver left bottles with water at the front door and didnt even ring a doorbell. In the system I specifically requested that bottles should be left at the garage door. I have injured back and how am I supposed to transfer heavy bottles to garage from the stairs at the entrance? In addition, delivery was scheduled for Monday, October 14th and they sent email about same say delivery at 6:30am on Saturday, October 12th. I didnt expect such short notice and didnt put empty bottles outside of garage. Now, I have 8 empty bottles in my garage that will occupy space until next delivery.
