Today we bought a pair of earrings at the location of the Milpitas mall (see attached receipt). The agent Jeff, who served us, was a kind of disrespectful. My mom attempted to ask him for help, he just simply went pass her. Of course, he did not even come back to her eventually. There were not many customers at the store back then. When I was ready to check out, he saw me approached to the cashier, but he pretended not seeing that, went pass my side and went ahead to sort out the inventory on the shelf. I waited at the cashier for a while, he finally came back, did not say anything, instead, he turned his head to another customer who was browsing around, asked her, can I help you with anything? I had to say to him - hey, I am ready to check out. Then he came back to the cashier and helped me with the check out. I love the little earrings that I bought, but this employee was disrespectful, although we didn’t do anything wrong.

I was shopping with my mom and boyfriend(store was empty when we were there in the evening/no line) and we purchased about $430 worth of items. Yet, we were treated disrespectfully.1) As we selected items and asked for the price, I was initially taken back by how the assistant manager, Frank, would barge into our conversation with a female employee multiple times by shouting if we didn’t purchase that item, he didn’t care and that he’d easily find other customers that would gladly purchase it. I was confused because we wanted the item, but his threats made me feel like we were unwelcome in the store.2) During checkout, I had my phone out and wanted to input my membership ID to collect points, but the lady accidentally clicked on the green button instead of cancel which made the transaction before adding my ID. I thought no problem, just return and rescan with my ID. However, Frank barges in again and increasingly yells at us louder and louder that “We don’t do that here. You expect us to return all this? You should’ve shown your ID in the first place. You can’t get an additional discount anyway because these are already on sale!” I was not asking for an additional discount; I just wanted to collect points to increase my membership tier. I had my ID in my hand from the start, but the lady went ahead and completed the transaction without letting me input, then proceeded to blame me? Never in my life have I been in a situation where an employee is shouting and towering over me in such a loud and harsh tone, especially towards my aging mother, I felt my blood boil and humiliated. Frank continued to raise his voice and shout at us until I told him to quit yelling at us and complete the transaction. We left the store, but I later sent my boyfriend to return his gifts for me because I’d rather support another Swarovski store. The one in downtown San Francisco has better customer service. This store left me feeling horrified.

This Swarovski store treats people without any respect. I talked with two store employees (two guys) who wore badges. One didn’t know anything, and behaved as if he shouldn’t have known about their own business anyway. The other one thought he knew everything, behaved very rudely, and was insulting.I love Swarovski crystals and have been a gold member. I have talked with quite a few Swarovski employees at other stores, so I have a pretty good understanding of what I’m dealing with. The employees I have talked with in other Swarovski stores are quite helpful and friendly. The two employees I met at Swarovski Milpitas store are nothing close to their peers. If you want somebody to ruin your day, come here. If not, avoid this store at all costs.

I’ve been to many Swarovski but this place is the worst one in terms of service..They are very rude.. If you are looking for a good service I advise not going there.

I bought a bracelet and had to return it for some reason. The guy was so rude and asked me what is wrong with the item. They don’t know how to talk to their customers. Very unprofessional and unethical. Never going back to this store ever again.

Today I went to the store and the employee Francisco is rude, he stopped me waiting 20 minutes so that he could show me some earrings and I told him if he could attend me and he told me to wait for my turn or to leave .. I only had 2 people attending and a man arrived to pay and he attended to him before I did and well, I really needed to buy the earrings because I am a tourist at the end of the purchase he hands me the pure box and the ticket throwing them at the counter without a bag or anything. Until I asked him for a bag, he gave me a wrinkle that he had there and told me it was the only one he had. It is rude avoid visiting that store
