Just wanted to take a second and say Thank you to this particular GameStop as I had a question about a console trade in and I previously called 3 GameStops around my area and out of the the 3 I called,this was the only one that picked up and answered my question and sounded like he was happy to help and answer my question. The other 2 POS GameStops,1 didnt answer and the other answered but sound as if he didnt want to help and seemed annoyed at my question.This GameStop at Great Mall to me at least had an employee who IMHO TRULY like helping ppl out. THE FREE GAME CONSOLE IS REALLY COOL, because it gives the potential buyers a moment to delve into the world of gaming. Also, make sure to come EARLY when there are big sales (Black Friday, etc), as it gets really crowded. The only complaint is the miniscule amount of money you get when you sell used games (they consider unwrapping the plastic wrap of the case as used)

I only visited this GameStop due to be stuck in the area and having to kill time, this I will not likely be visiting again. That, however, isnt because the store was bad. In actuality, this store was one of the better ones Ive seen to date. It was tidy, well stocked, full of games, collectibles and more. I was shocked and impressed since this location really seemed to have itself all together. Its only flaw was there was a good chunk of open, blank, unused space. Thats not completely bad though, as that means more potential for things in the future. Hopefully Ill pass that way again in time and see if its changed.

This is like a flagship Gamestop so the selection is more robust. Tons of collectibles: statues, beer steins, board games, blind boxes, oddly enough not many t-shirts. Game selection is good, sales associates are friendly

This Gamestop has a lot more of everything since this location is pretty big. They carry a lot more stuff that other Gamestop locations dont carry. I was looking for a specific shirt and no other Gamestop close to me carried it, but this location did have it. I love that they have two display cases full of Collectible statues. They also have lots of action figures, cup, mugs, accessories, clothing, backpacks, funko pops, and lots more random fun stuff. Employees are cool and helpful. Quick tip, if your coming to this Gamestop location and not the mall specifically, park where the AMC theater is located. The Gamestop is just across the theater. They even have their own entrance so you dont need to enter the mall at all. Heres a couple of pics of the shirts I bought. The gears of war shirt was the one I was looking for. The Stranger Things shirt I just liked and decided to buy it. I have only seen these two shirts at this Gamestop location. This is an example of cool stuff that this Gamestop Carries, that other Gamestops dont carrie.

Its hit or miss with the employees -- some are great while others are not. Demo for the VR is rarely ever working to try out. The store can get very crowded on the weekend and the line very long. Doesnt have a very good selection of pre-owned Switch games.

Cashiers are nice but they run out of stock quickly.

Honestly game stop is getting old and is still very expensive. Usually its not worth buying stuff from them or even trading with them. Youll almost always get a better price if you buy/sell online. Sometimes its worth it to drop by and check out the used games section but other than that, go somewhere else (online).

Not entirely sure why stores like this are still around. You can get these games anywhere, including on the platforms themselves. To make up the gap, they sell shiny trinkets and ugly shirts. The customer service is a bit pushy and not so helpful.

Ordered a new 3DS game for pick up. Game was already opened and not sealed, but has their GameStop new price label on it and tried to sell it to me as new. Total fraud and I dont know how this is legal. Line move slow and employee is on the phone all the time. Takes 15 min to serve 2 guys.
