We can choose frames among many very famous brands and most of them have very good discount! The staff working there are very professional and warm-hearted. Last week, I went to Golden Vision to take the eye examination for my lenses. Everything had unreasonable prices. The photos of my eye cost $60 while I would have only been charged $30 at other optometries. The prices of the lenses were 150% higher than other online stores or other such places. Their service was horrible and they tried to take advantage of my insurance to get more money. I suggest that you don’t go here.

Professional service but horrible attitude from certain staffVisited here for eye exam and glasses. Everything went pretty smooth for my first visit to do the eye exam and select glasses. The doctor for eye exam was very professional and the staff assisting me select glasses was pretty helpful.The bad things came just now when I visit again to get my glasses. Because of some mistake the staff made, I received the wrong glasses frame (not even the same brand). This was actually acceptable for me, I can take this wrong one cuz it looked fine, but I need to make sure the price of this wrong frame is the same as the right frame.However, the staff that served me was not there today, and I talked to another staff who game me these glasses just now. I can feel her impatience when I talked to her about the issue. Then, when I asked her to check the price of the wrong glasses for me, she said she was not able to do that, and kept telling me to come back two days later to talk to that previous staff. This didnt make sense at all that she was not able to check the price of a frame, not to mention that she can access the specification of this wrong frame. I doubted it, and she kept refusing to check the price, acting like I was wrong in the situation. Then I asked her to provide me the detailed specification for this wrong frame, and she refused again, saying that it was confidential information. This is even more absurd, because I couldnt even know the detailed information about this wrong frame, which was originally their fault.I then called the manager, and that staff told the manager that the frame was wrong, and that I wouldnt leave before knowing the price...this word was really offending. The manager kind of apologized about still failed to provide the price of the frame somehow. Finally, I left the glasses there, and told them I would come this weekend to solve it.I gave four stars not one star, because of the profession of the eye exam doctor and the nice attitude of the first staff though she made a mistake that I could accept. However, the missing star is for the attitude of the second staff. Very unpleasant experience when I actually did nothing wrong.

Wow - great experience here!first, make sure you have an appointment - they only let patients with appointments in. they are very responsible with their COVID-19 measures and precautions, they even give out extra masks to put over your own mask to make sure you have multiple layers of protection. any glasses that you touch are put in a separate box to be sanitized.overall experience was wonderful! the staff was very friendly and helpful. not hovering for too long and giving us the privacy we need to try on styles, but helpful in showing us other styles that may not be on display and answering any questions that we had. the shop is very bright and clean, and they have amazing selection from ray ban to cartier and chanel. very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend!

Dr was very detailed in terms of explaining to me the best option fir my eye glasses. Lots of glass choices. Sharon was very friendly and took me over my glass options. Since my prescription is quite high, normal contact lense couldnt give me a clear vision. I knew abt scleral lenses being able to accommodate my high prescription but I was pretty scare thinking of placing hard object in my eyes. I came here to get scleral lenses for the first time. I was nervous but Yvonne explain things very well. Dr. Ma and Dr. Yee helped fitted me for the perfect lenses. Now I can finally see and appreciate the beauty of my girlfriend. Had a great experience here getting my glasses picked here! Sharon is super patient and helpful, I spent quite some time picking the frame but shes very nice helping me select the right pair and explain the lens options to me and help me figure out the insurance details.

I had a bad experience here and I would not recommend people to come here for their glasses. They charged much higher than other stores. And their service is terrible. I have VSP insurance which covers the $155 frame fee but told only could choose from two small boxes full of dust. She told me only these two boxes are less and equal to $155. Then for the lens, they sell kinds of features and charge me kinds of fees. I dont want to add these features, but they reject and say the glass wont work without these extra features. Actually, my insurance could cover all for good lenses. As the result, I have to pay these extra fees.Then I got a pair of glasses two weeks later, but suddenly the lens drop off and the frame was broken after two weeks. I want to replace it with a different frame and would like to pay the difference since the quality of the frame is not good. But was told that I have to choose the same size and same model as the broken one. I would like to ask the store manager. But the employee told me that the manager is not working that day and I cannot find her. Then I asked her the name of the manager and found the name card at the front desk of the store. I tried to call the number of the manager but found the manager is in the store who is standing very close to us in the store.I will never go to this store and not recommend people to go there.

I’v been a long time patron at 高登 Optometry for about 20 years now. I like to go to this place for my yearly eye exam and selecting my glasses and contact lenses, because I know that Emery there is going to help me. She was so great that even after I moved to other area, have tried few other places, I came back here. The store is located near 99 Ranch Market and May Flower Restaurant which is easier for me to pre-booked my appointment and go there to do all needed tasks at this plaza. Due to COVID, I missed my last eye exam and just visited them recently, the store changed to be more bigger and brighter. Mask and 6 feet apart are enforced. Highly recommended this place.
