I called regarding a concern with a lost item of mine and Cruz I believe he is the assistant manager went beyond his area and helped me out by asking McDonalds if they found my items. Even though I didnt get a final answer yet, he was willing to help me out for later today and I am impressed with his customer service wow A BIG 5!!! For sure, if I was able to give a 10 I would have done so... thank you Cruz for everything 🤗

I dont know how this lady is still not fired with her lack of customer service. Andrea, is very rude, no patience. After trying to be civil or polite with her and her keeping up her nasty attitude.. I thought, Im maybe shes having a bad day...but it seems every time I here, its the same.The McDonald worker are great though.😉

The McDonald’s here has the rudest people. Speaking about other customers. Gossiping and assuming things about women with children. I do not recommend coming here, horrible customer service.

Card reader does not work well

Andrea needs to get a different job..... maybe insurance... but she is horrible with people or at least not the only register at a gas mart...... she sucks!

Its close to the mall and the prices are about the same everywhere...
