I didnt even go for my oil change bc when I called the woman who answered was kinda rude. When she picked up the phone all I heard for first five seconds or so was two people laughing I was ready to hang up. She had a attitude of some sort after and I wont spend my money or take a chance with my car with people like that.

Brought the car in for inspection and was in and out in not time and they were very professional and good prices.

Repairs are fine but theyve tried to scam me, and another family member of mine. I was suspicious the first time but I know for sure now because the same thing happened to them as me. Really made me mad. Both me and my family member had major repairs needed amounting to $1000-2000 each. but when our cars were brought to multiple other garages, we were told that was not at all the case and our cars were fine with those two repairs. They can do minor repairs but theyre probably going to try to scam you. Not a good place to go.

I went to have my tires changed they did a good job changing the four tires but they broke one of the lug nuts on my back tire they didnt repair it

They weren’t wearing masks inside during Covid with a statewide mask mandate, and there were customers inside. Won’t go back.

Billy and April are great to deal with. I used to be an auto tech myself, so luckily I dont require their service often, but they are my go to shop when I do. April recently got me out of a bind when an online tire retailer messed up my order and refused to help. She was able to locate and order a replacement tire at just before 5pm and had it at their shop by mid morning the next day. They have very reasonable rates, and Ive always been very satisfied with the work.

Brought my 06 MB ml350 here for a basic inspection and sticker but it was a good experience and Bill was friendly and helpful. Gave me some advice regarding new front struts which will be needed soon and looked around for different pricing options for the parts for me.

We took my husbands car to a Georgia auto mechanic for rear brake work (drum brakes). After the major repair, a week passed, it rained, and the brakes locked up while he was leaving the driveway. We returned to the mechanic, he fixed them again, and a day later, the same thing happened when my husband was driving home on Rt. 7 (50 miles an hour - not fun having your rear tire lock up). At that point, the mechanic bought new brake pads, a different brand, and things were okay until three months later when they locked up again. They released and the mechanic found nothing wrong. Another four months have passed, and something within the drum has come loose. Rather than deal with a mechanic who isnt truly fixing the problem, we decided even with warranty coverage, its no longer worth it. Bill Jenkins not only is fixing it for a much lower price than expected, but he also let us keep the car there rather than risk having the brakes freeze up and lock the wheels while driving. I appreciate his honesty and hope having someone else do the brakes is what it takes to make this problem go away for good.
